There isn't reason to automatically think that Fayette has runaway from shop, after you know that she hasn't followed Sophie or go to lavatory then there's real option for that she has run away.

Why Fayette doesn't have clothes: her own clothes are ragged and nobody gived her clothes to put on.

Yes, although if you have a nonhuman chara that your dying to use i may allow it. Any enchanted weapon would draw a lot of attention in what ppl assume is a non-magical world.
