Well, considering I've landed a direct hit to its knee and slash on his hip as well as on its left, a chest shash, and a clean cut to its inner right leg and whatever battle damage occours from there on in, and the fact he weights like 500 pounds in that armor, I think we can assume one clean hit will be enough...


But it's not going to be one clean hit, it's gonna be a Roll.... You've begun to fall into my rhythm!

Yeah that's fine. If your post now could be related to wrapping up your little adventure and getting back to bed, that would be great. (This goes to everyone else as well who is playing an orphan character). Cause it's like 2 AM at night in the roleplay, and I want the next day to start so I can introduce more plot stuff.

Nah. As long as any of the Orphans (as they know where the room is) get there, they can break through it, I said so with my post.

Can anyone see my love for developing characters emotions and motives? Can't say I'm a great writer but I'm learning and having fun with attempting complex characters.


Did some brief interactions with Carita the noble but can't wait to actually interact with the orphans more.


Loving the dynamics of the roleplay so far and enjoying the rising tension that is a regular night at the palace.

Edmund is the father of Lucian but Carita is not the mother. Yvene is the blood daughter of Edmund and Carita. Edmund doesn't know about the son he had with the women he loved before Carita. Carita accepts Lucian as her own because she is insane in her love for Edmund.That's why I said that Carita was hurting my head. She has several layers under just the cheerful court lady that has political power. I said 'He's just like his father' but you probably misread it as 'mother' which happens. I'm just happy with the complex relationship balance which will be explained in Carita's character sheet when I'm done. Probably as a spoiler as well. Throws up hands as Hana proceeds to pop in an advil.

okay! so, it's a little contradictory, but i thought that in the current scenario, it would probably be fitting for both the empress and uzoma to be up early. in the spoiler tags are their adventures during the morning - they're irrelevant and only serve the purpose of character development and filling in what they were doing for that period of time. sorry about the length - hope this is okay. :')


oh, and also! the little bit at the end of the empress's morning pertains to the background i... still haven't written out for her. i'll get that done soon!
