Veronica felt kind of bad for embarrassing Lyra in front of Johnathan. "Forgive me, Lyra. I didn't mean it...." Veronica looked down at her shoes and then back at Johnathan. "You really do like him don't you?" Veronica trusted Lyra's decisions but never really trusted the other people around. Maybe it was best if she hadn't said anything at all. Then she looked back to hear Johnathan's response. Then turned away, ignoring what she had heard. She said enough for today and it wasn't time to keep going as if to start a fight. Maybe it was time to start accepting him. But she couldn't get the weird thought out of her head to not trust him. There was just something about men. She shook her head to try and forget it. Then started to walk towards the meeting room. Opening the Student council meeting room, Veronica turned to Lyra. "where are the others? Will they be joining us?"

Maria wound up back at her dorm after wandering about for a little while. She unlocked the door to her room, opened the door and stepped in, shutting the door behind her. She examined the room once again, cheerfully noting a kitchen across the room from the beds. There's so much I want to do, Maria thought anxiously. But what should I do first? I want to shower - I could wash up early for the party later today... Or I could have something to eat. I'm kind of hungry. Or maybe I should just sleep. I'm exhausted, anyways. But maybe I should train a little, or... Maria looked at the note beside the door, still hanging taped at doorknob-level with the same old thing scribbled on it.

"Oh, that's right, I was supposed to put Valentine away. Guess what's not happening," Maria muttered to herself and walked over to her bed. She laid down on the bed face-up and staring at the ceiling, doing nothing but thinking to herself.

Getting up to leave the room, Leo caught sight of someone standing just outside the door. He was holding a piece of paper... with her name on it? Curiously, she inched towards him, tilting her head to one side as she got closer, wondering who he was and what he wanted with her. "Um... Hello...?" She half-whispered once she'd reached him. "Can I... help you...?"

Mars tapped his foot impatiently as he waited. He didn't have much time, as he needed to get to the student council room. Checking his watch, he got ready to leave for the meeting as who seemed like the girl he was looking for approached him. "Ummm, I'm sorry, but I've got to go. I'll talk to you later. Names Mars by the way." He then immediately turned and jogged towards the meeting. "I can always talk to her later. Shouldn't be too hard to find her during supper." It was probably very strange for her, seeing someone with a piece of paper with her name on it suddenly leave once she approached him, but he wanted to be on time. Mars wasn't the type of person to skip things like club meetings and classes. In fact, he prided himself on his perfect attendance in class.

As he approached the student council room, he began to think. Would Lyra be there, or would she still be at the nurses? Well, as long as Veronica wasn't busy, it seemed likely that She would drag Lyra to the meeting one way or another. She was always so professional when it came to things like student government. He didn't always agree with her, just like he always didn't agree with Blake, but unlike Blake, Mars found himself agreeing with Veronica on some things and respected her for her dedication.

As he approached the meeting room, he saw the two girls just arriving at the door. "Looks like I'm just in time." Mars scooted himself past the two and into the opened door, looking at Veronica as he spoke but trying to keep eye contact away from Lyra. He still felt slightly guilty for what he said before, but once things started in the meeting he would assume things would feel better for him.

When Leo left Killua decided to follow her. "Hey can I tag along with you?" Killua asked, approaching her. Maybe I should just go back to my dorm.. Killua thought. Killua shifted slightly. "That is if you don't mind.." Killua said nervously.

Leo watched him leave, an odd blank expression on her face. "That was... odd..." She murmured, shrugging. She then started off in the direction of the north dormitory, figuring she'd hang out in her room or something for a while. Not like she had anything better to do, or anywhere else to be, after all. She supposed she would just set up her video game consoles in the room and hope Valentina didn't mind having them there... Nodding to herself, Leo decided she-- Looking up, snapped out of her thoughts, Leo realized that she'd been spoken to. "Hmm? Oh. Hey Killua... I was just gonna go play Call of Duty in my room... Did you... want to come...? CoD's really only fun if you have someone to play it with, after all... We could do something else, if you don't want to, though..."

Killua was surprised, She wants to play Call Of Duty with me? Killua thought baffled. "Of course, totally" Killua said smiling. "I'm just surprised, sorry." Killua said. "I used to play CoD all the time at home." Killua said almost excited. This is how me and my sister used to talk.. Killua thought.

The redhead gave a bright smile in reply. "Awesome! My room's this way..." With that, she continued walking, trusting that the white haired boy would follow. "It would've been weird playing CoD alone, so it's nice that you're willing to come with me... Thanks..." She turned slightly to smile widely at him. "I'm glad you're my friend, Killua... Thanks... again..." She laughed a little. "Sorry... I'm kind of rambling and not making a lot of sense, aren't I? Sorry..."

Killus smiled back and started to follow. "Of course your kind of like my only friend so.." Killua said embarrassed. "So I'm really glad your my friend to." Killua said smiling. Leo is my first and only friend, since sis died.. Killus thought. "Hey Leo I know this is out of the blue but I used to have a sister, but she was murdered. My sister was my only friend I could talk to, I'm starting to feel the same with you. So I just wanted wanted to say thank you." Killua said.

Looking at him somewhat intensely for half a second, she turned to look straight ahead as she spoke carefully, "I see... I'm sorry about your sister... I'm glad you feel like you can share that with me, though... I'll be here whenever you need me, even if you just want me to sit quietly with you or something... That's what friends are for, right?" She smiled a little awkwardly at him, sure she was saying all the wrong things but not knowing how else to put her thoughts into words. "I know I can never replace your sister, but I can at least be your friend... And... I don't really make friends very easily... So thanks for sticking around this long..."

~Lyra~

Lyra didn't answer Veronica's quiet question about whether or not she "really liked him" or not. She wasn't thinking about that. Her mind was too busy trying to figure out why Johnathon didn't seem more upset about what had just happened. Instead...he waslaughing. Why he was laughing, Lyra didn't know. Nervousness, maybe? But why would he be nervous? Lyra found herself getting angrier with every passing second. She was angry at the nurse for behaving the way she did and she was angry with herself for not doing anything about it. She wasn't angry at Johnathon...but almost hurt, in a way.

"Good day."

Lyra blinked at him for a moment, and then turned her face away without anything to say except, "You, too."

And she and Veronica were off to the meeting. Sighing, she muttered to Veronica, "That stupid nurse. I really ought to report her to Headmistress Weatherstone..."

Of course, Lyra would never do it. The nurse did her job, and did it well. Besides, she knew how to deal with Lyra's clumsiness better than anyone else...but still, Lyra wasn't happy with what happened, and the awful pit in her stomach was back. She could hardly wait to get to the meeting; maybe it would take her mind off of whatever she was feeling...

"Where are the others? Will they be joining us?"

Lyra glanced at Veronica and smiled as she said to her friend, "I'm sure they'll be here soon...they wouldn't dare miss the first student council meeting of the year...unless they want their sorry butts kicked by two girls."

That's when Mars came running up, and it was apparent to Lyra in a matter of seconds that he was going to avoid her. She didn't care; she was going to avoid him right back!

Stepping into the meeting room that was reserved just for Student Council, Lyra inhaled deeply. The room smelled clean, and everything was in perfect order. It was the first meeting in the room for months, so everything was perfectly tidy.

Too bad it would only stay that was for only a day or so.

Taking her seat at the very head of the table, Lyra pulled out the stack of notes she had written over the summer. They were simple matters, and none of them would take very long to talk about...but first, they all had to wait for Blake.

Again.

Killua smiled for a sec then asked, "So how long have you been playing CoD?" Killua wanted to change the gloomy subject. Killua looked out the window as they walked. Several students stood in groups.

(this will be my last post tonight sorry, It's like midnight here.)

Leo shrugged a bit. "Only about a year or so, and only when I have a friend to play it with... I'm more in to things like Final Fantasy and Assassin's Creed, stuff like that..." She replied, smiling slightly. "I usually like things with a bit more story line than first person shooter games, but I still like to play CoD sometimes..." She shrugged again, then looked at Killua curiously. "What about you? What kinds of games do you like to play?"

~Headmistress Kinya Weatherstone~

Hearing the bell that signaled the end of class, Kinya sighed in frustration. She had only just made it up the stairs - she didn't have much time left. Soon, students would be flooding into the library...it was just a good thing that the books about Dark Magic were restricted and in a locked room away from wandering eyes. Thinking back on the horrible, almost sand-like like substance sticking to Veronica's chest made the Headmistress frown. The veins twitched and popping out under it would make anybody want to cringe...

I have to help her...somehow...I don't care how long it takes.

Making her way across the large room, weaving through the many shelves (most of which holding books about Otherworld History...this was Liam's favorite floor.). After what seemed like forever, she finally made it to the restricted room and cautiously unlocked it, looking around before she did, almost to be sure that nobody would see her. She flipped on the light switch as she entered. The room wasn't big in comparison to the rest of the library, and there were only two shelves...but they were both full of books. Kinya just hoped that one of them might have some sort of explanation.

So she pulled a book titled,
So You Think Your Cursed: Volume 1, and started reading. She almost laughed at the light-hearted title, like being cursed was a walk in the park...but maybe it had some useful information.

~Professor Liam DiFranco~

Liam's head snapped up...what had he just heard?

"I'm not actually a part of your class, as you might know, but I have some interest in the Otherworld. If you could redirect me to a book, or something I could get from the library, I would very much appreciate that."

Someone...who wanted to learn about the Otherworld in his free time?! This boy wasn't even in his class! He needed to quench his thirst for KNOWLEDGE!~

"Ohh! I've got many books, many many many books!" he said, grinning brightly. "Wait right there, I'll be right back!"

Liam sprinted off into his office, and seconds later, returned with a large and heavy stack of Otherworld History books. He heaved them into Geno's arms, and said, "And there are shelves and shelves on the top floor of the library, it's the very large building right beside the Main Hall! When you finish these, tell me what you've learned and what you think of them; I've also got more, in case that's not enough!"

Slamming his hand down on the boys back in an "affectionate" pat, the professor said, "It always does my heart good to see students with the thirst for knowledge!"

Just then, he remembered Emma and she had wanted to talk to him about her eyes...sighing, he looked back at the girl and said, "Emma, we can talk in my office."

He walked back through the door that he had just burst from with an armful of books...

He burst again, with one more book. He set it neatly on the top of Geno's stack and said, "I forgot one!"

And he walked back into his office, holding the door open for Emma. You could even see from the outside that the room was incredibly clean...it was almost...weird.

~Professor Crysta Chime~

As her students began to filter out of the room, Crysta poured herself another cup of tea. Though Aleksander's pure aura put her at ease, she couldn't shake the bad feeling that sat in her stomach. Her eyes drifted over to the boy, who had that goofy smile on his face...Crysta couldn't help but let out a light laugh at it. He was so dorky...but that made him rather adorable, in her opinion. There wasn't a doubt in her mind that the girls would be flocking him soon (if they weren't already).

Turning around and sipping her tea, she studied him silently. She recalled back on when she was telling the class about strong auras and shy ones...Aleksander's aura was strange. It was very strong. Incredibly strong...strong enough to give Crysta a headache if she tried to look at what he was feeling, and strong enough for people to see it right away...she smiled. Her own aura behaved in such a way.

"Aleksander?" she said. "Would you mind staying and talking to me for a few minutes?"

~Professor Giovia Eriwind~

"Come on...come on...almost - yes! Yes I've done it!"

Giovia held up her creation. A small vile filled with a light blue liquid that sparkled slightly when the light would catch it a certain way...it was beautiful.

Well, it was beautiful until it exploded. Giovia shrieked, ducking behind the counter. Blue goo was splattered everywhere, and the teacher sighed.

"I haven't done it." she sighed.

She stood up, upset that her ultimate painkiller potion was a complete failure. Why didn't it work? Her formula was completely unflawed...wait...what was that on the counter? Winged-Lion Saliva...? NO! That wasn't right at all! How could she be so careless? She slapped herself, saying, "I meant Winged-Tiger Saliva..."

Now what was she supposed to do? She'd used up all of the other ingredients she needed making that one vile...maybe she'd call Xavier and get him to find more for her...

Geno stood silently in disbelief as the teacher stocked him with the largest pile of books he'd seen anyone carry, and was almost impressed with himself. He had hoped for maybe one book, or something, but this was a bit more than he could handle. He sighed. It wasn't like he didn't bring this on himself, so he wouldn't complain. The teacher, whatever his name had been, left the room calling some student out before he had the chance to "thank" him. He threw a short glance at the girl he seemed to have talked to. She didn't look like the bookworm type, (Get it? Cuz he thinks she's blind) unlike the teacher himself, and he wondered for a second why she was talking to him. He dismissed the thought as he realized it didn't really matter. He started slowly wobbling towards the dormatories with the pile of books.

When he got there, he dropped the pile of books on his bed, and picked one at random. "Otherworld History: A Basic Understanding of The Unknown". He read through the first few pages, and grunted loudly. "Oh man.. And I got 17 other books on this? Great. Better get started then.." He picked the book up and moved outside to at least enjoy the good weather on one of the benches.

The book was more boring than he had imagined, but it always started like that. Even with that state of mind, he was easily sidetracked whenever someone passed him, or something minor happened around him. His eyes got caught on some girl who climbed a tree just a few meters away to eat chocolate. Why she'd climb a tree to do something like that was beyond him, "but whatever she wants, I guess.". Some older guy he didn't recognize came over and shouted "Get down from there before you fall! You're wearing a skirt for Pete's sake!", which caught Geno entirely off-guard. He hadn't even considered something so... Perverted, but it still caused him to feel uncomfortable and divert his eyes. This was gonna turn out to become a long day, wasn't it?

"We'll im gonna explore onnii-chan. Cya!" Nichole said as she jumped off the branch. She went off to explore more of the school. Nichole hummed munching on some pocky. She wondered where everyone was. Nichole looked around for at least someone to talk to. She was bored out of her mind.

Kouji said hello to students that he passed buy and smiled reading his book again. "This is a very good book on dragons."she said as he read. He then went to at least say hi to the staff. So kouji walked to the nurse's office and knocked. "Hello anyone in here?"

~Nurse Elsa Longstorm~

The nurse blinked as Lyra and Veronica walked out of the infirmary. Did she do something wrong? Lyra had looked so...sad that moment before they left. She glanced back at the boy who she had just had her hands all over and said with a sheepish smile, "I'm sorry if I made you uncomfortable...it's just you're SO handsome I--I'm not helping, am I? I won't do it again, 'kay?"

She then sat down again behind her desk, placing the files that she had been looking at back into her cabinet. Suddenly, there was a knock at the door. It couldn't be a student, usually they just walked right it. Elsa looked up, and sighed. She smoothed out her coat, stood up, and walked across the small room and to the door. Opening it, she saw a young man standing there. He wasn't a student, she could tell that much by his attire...was he staff? He looked pretty young to be working at the school...of course, Elsa was only twenty-three, but after she had graduated from academy she didn't have anywhere else to go...Headmistress Weatherstone was kind enough to let her stay at the academy if she acted as Giovia's assistant. That was back when Giovia taught a class AND ran the infirmary, so she could really use the help. After two years, Elsa was given full charge of the infirmary so Giovia could focus on her class.

"Can I help you?" she asked, tucking a strand of her dark, chocolate brown hair behind an ear.

"Hi yes im kouji just saying hello to the staff." He said smiling his lady killer smile."How are you today?" Giving her a rose. kouji moved his hair back into place and chuckled leaning on the wall."I shouldve know mom would send nikki here. Oh well, little sister's do make things interesting. So may I know about you love? "Using a British accent that girls fell in love with.

Emma nodded and walked inside, avoiding from hitting the door. Once she heard the door shut, she lifted her hands to her head, where she untied her blindfold and took it off "Dont scream or get scared.." she told her teacher before opening her eyes and looking at him. The writings in her eyes. They were a yellow color so it stood out easily from the brown. She waited for a reaction, weather it was him being frightened or interested. She had no idea.

Umbra woke up with a start, He frantically turned his head left and right , Umbra had fallen asleep during his combat class and according to the clock he had slept through meditation as well. As he realized what he had done he thought, "Shit what kind of idiot am I!" Umbra got up and started to run toward his meditation class, Vaulting over walls, and running on roofs. Maybe at least he could meet his other teacher before she leaves. He was so upset with himself, as this isn't the type of thing he would typically do.

When umbra finally arrived at his classroom he poked his head inside and said, "Hello?" as he continued in taking a few steps.

(SO sorry i havent posted in a while, I have jusst been uber busy lately and i just for got to post, I plan on being a lot more active now.

also @Rai\-Chan )

"We'll see about that," Blake replied, a smirk still gracing his face.

When Shinji patted his head Blake tensed up and gave him one of his famous 'do that again and you'll be sorry' glares. Now watching him leave Blake stared at him until he was out of sight, the conversation they had replaying in his head a thousand times over. Before he knew it five minutes had passed since Shinji left and he was still there, sitting at the bench and still going over the conversation like a flustered school girl. It was only until he got to the part where Shinji called him Mr. Secretary that he remembered that he had to be at a meeting at the student council room...and he was late...really late. Cursing out every deity in existence Blake got off the bench and started walking toward the building. Entering the building Blake was met with a flush of cold air thanks to the central ac.

No use running as I’m already late

Though they were probably waiting on him Blake didn't have the means to make himself run; besides his pride wouldn't allow him to do that anyways. Finally reaching the student council room he saw that Lyra, Veronica, and Mars were of course already there and that he wasn’t as late as he thought. Ignoring them he took a seat and waited for the inevitable, meaning an earful of Veronica's rants, Mar's sarcastic jibes, and Lyra's bubbliness.

(sorry for the late reply)

Nichole went back outside and blinked seeing a guy sitting by himself."hey dude you ok?" Sitting down with him. She poked him a few times confused. She offered him some chocolate to cheer her up."hello earth to who ever you are!" Waving her hand in front of his face. Nichole ate more chocolate humming.

~Nurse Elsa Longstorm~

Taking the rose, Elsa raised an eyebrow. He was cute, she'd admit that much. His accent would be enough to make any normal girl melt...but Elsa wasn't exactly a normal girl.

Is he hitting on me?

Usually, she'd be perfectly fine with the sort of interaction if it was a student...but he was a staff member, like her. It wasn't as fun flirting with her fellow employees...they didn't get all adorably flustered. She twirled the stem of the rose back and forth between her fingers as she said bluntly, "I'm the school nurse. That's kind of it. I take care of the sick and injured and all that jazz..."

Holding the door upon, she slid a heavy stone over to the door to hold it open. It was a nice day, she'd might as well let some fresh air in. As she walked passed the wastebasket, she was about to throw the rose away...but stopped at Johnathon. She held it out to him and smirked, "Give it to your
girlfriend."

Glancing back at Kouji and keeping the same smug expression on her face, her eyes clearly said,
"I'm not impressed by you."

Kouji's eye twitched and he swallowed his pride. "Darn. Usually that works." He rubbed his chin and walked out. "Ok back to the library for me." Jogging to the library and went to look up some stuff he found last time. On romance! "Hmm cook her a lunch? No. Gave her the rose. Tried the accent. But what will work?! Ugh time for mom's help I guess. No no. Its time for dads." He texted his father and then nodded getting a plan. "This is a shoe in!" Kouji stood and jogged out of the library. " a compliment then just walk away." He said nodding to himself. He went back to the nurse's office and smirked in his head. "I love your eyes, they're beautiful. Well cya." Kouji said to elsa before walking off like a badass.

Walking in more and frowning Umbra said "Yes I would love a cup of tea, I'm soo sorry about cutting class Mrs.Chime I fell asleep In my first class probably because I was using my power a lot today and that just wears me out. I promise I will not let it happen again!". Umbra put his hands on his knees as he was a little worn out from running here. As he looked up at Mrs.Chime she looked a little strange , but this was a good thing. He looked forward to her class tomorrow, because Umbra needed a little peace in his life as a break from the partying he does.
