~Nurse Elsa Longstorm~

Blinking at the boy, almost shocked at what he was saying, Elsa crossed her arms and bit the inside of her cheek. She didn't like this. He was purposely TRYING to get her to go after him by playing hard-to-get...but it wasn't going to work. She was the one who guys chased, and she wouldn't be caught dead chasing someone else...especially not this guy! Twirling a strand of her hair around on finger, she looked him up and down.

"I don't need anything." she said, turning her head away from him in quite a condescending way. She glanced at him, but immediately looked away. She tried to tell herself he wasn't that cute, but she knew it was just a lie. He was very attractive.

NO! She wouldn't even think about that!

"I need to get back to work. I suggest you do the same." she said, starting back towards the infirmary.

Watching Lyra take out four spiral notebooks and then practically throwing them at Mars, Veronica, and him only further proved his point. I guess she's not the only one mad at me...what the hell happened anyways?

That being said Lyra's attempts at being 'furious' were halfhearted at best. Still to witness this must mean something must have happened. Though Blake probably wouldn't delve into itm, at the end of the meeting he'd probably do some of his subtle bullshit to make sure Lyra was okay. Coming back to his senses Blake nodded and took out a ball point pen from his pocket, surprised that he actually got what Lyra was saying, but of course not showing it.

Not reacting to Lyra's comment about Veronica keeping them align Blake inwardly chuckled at the part where Mars would be taking care of the funds, letting a bit of amusement slip to his face, watch him squander it all, that would be a sight to see...Although he never admit Mars was of course the better candidate to handle the funds, but that didn't mean he couldn't joke about it. Going back to his thoughts Blake wondered what Shinji was doing now…pondering on whether he was in any clubs...

Way to seem like a total stalker…

"Ok but at least enjoy the treat." He said as he left waving. There was a box on her desk wrapped in pretty paper tied with a beautiful red ribbon. Hey he bakes as well. Go figure. Kouji walked back to the library and hummed putting some nore books away. He looked back at his drawing and decied to do a new one. "Ah perfect. " as he started to draw the dress out and added more details."mmmm maybe just a few more ruffles down there should do it. Nice and elegant I must say."

Kriyze said:
"Oh.. I'm sorry.." He wasn't sure how to react. He'd never lost anyone important to him, so he had a hard time relating. "Oi, oi, calm down. You sound like you're dying, and I can't say that's what I want to happen the first time I meet you!" He checked through his pockets, and eventually found his red cloth napkin. It was embroided with all sorts of markings, and made of expensive fabrics, and everyone in his family had one just like it. He really didn't like it, he felt like a child having to carry it around, but even he felt it was too expensive just to throw away. He offered her it, and said "Here, take this." @twilight sparkle
Nichole took it and dried her eyes."thank you." She smiled and felt happy again. Nichole giggled and started to sing! "~my name is pinkie pie! (Hello!) And I am here to say (how ya doin?) Im gonna make you smile and I'll brighten up your day! It doesnt matter now. If you are sad or blue. Because pinkie pie knows just what to do!~" Nichole covered her mouth blushing then rubbed the back of her head sheepishly. "~I love it when you smile smile smile! Feel my heart up with sunshine sunshine! All I need is a smile smile smile! From these happy friends of mine!~" nichole sang bouncing on her toes like she was hyper.

"Eurgh.." Geno adds too silently for her to hear, as he turns back to his book. "Keep the handkerchief, I never has a use for it anyway, nor do I want it. With your appetite, you might find a use for it though." He slid a few inches away from the now loud and somewhat obnoxious girl, and realized he had to deal with her for the rest of this year... At least she seems to be alright sometimes..

Nichole said"hey whats that supposed to mean!" Frowning. "I dont eat like that!" She clenched her fists getting angry. And an angry nichole was a scary one. Nichole said"are you making fun of me?" Punching a tree her grin creepy. " you are making fun of me arent you. You just want to see me frown. You think im annoying huh?" Her hair covering her eyes as her grin got bigger. "Guess what?" Looking up her eyes a bit red."I dont care what you think of me anymore. "

~Professor Crysta Chime~

As her students began to filter out of the room, Crysta poured herself another cup of tea. Though Aleksander's pure aura put her at ease, she couldn't shake the bad feeling that sat in her stomach. Her eyes drifted over to the boy, who had that goofy smile on his face...Crysta couldn't help but let out a light laugh at it. He was so dorky...but that made him rather adorable, in her opinion. There wasn't a doubt in her mind that the girls would be flocking him soon (if they weren't already).

Turning around and sipping her tea, she studied him silently. She recalled back on when she was telling the class about strong auras and shy ones...Aleksander's aura was strange. It was very strong. Incredibly strong...strong enough to give Crysta a headache if she tried to look at what he was feeling, and strong enough for people to see it right away...she smiled. Her own aura behaved in such a way.

"Aleksander?" she said. "Would you mind staying and talking to me for a few minutes?"

"You did to begin with?" Geno was confused again, she constantly changed moods! He didn't respond with anger though, just his regular somewhat surprised neutrality. "I'm sorry if I offended you. I didn't make fun of you, I only tried to joke, I'm sorry. I think we should get along if we're in the same team, don't you?" He grabbed the hand she just punched the tree with, held it firmly and inspected the knuckles. "And please don't hurt yourself over me, that's, as I've said, not the first impression I'd like you to have of me. Come on, let's go see the nurse." He tried his best to divert her attention from her anger with him, and defuse the situation. He didn't know how she'd react though, she was pretty... Unforeseeable.

He stood up, still holding her hand and started walking towards the general area he thought the nurse's office would be.

Nichole struggled digging her heels into the dirt."let go of me!" Nichole growled and tried to get her hand out of his as she got dragged. Nichole felt a few tears fall. "Why are you being nice? I thought you didnt like me?" She asked her voice cracking as she looked away. Nichole sighed and looked down walking with him.

Geno stopped on a dime and turned around. He actually took off his sunglasses, and offered her the warmest smile he could conjure, and said "You misunderstand, I don't mind anything you do. You are a much better person than many people I know." His smile faded for a short second, but he soon brought it back up and added "I'm just... Not very social.. Nevertheless, I don't want you to hurt yourself, especially if it's my fault. It's not like I don't care about you. You're my squadmate!" He let go of her wrist. "Still though, that could get infected. Let's find the nurse."

Nichole nodded blushing a tiny bit and followed him. "Sorry for the way i acted...maybe I can help you get more social? " walkimg next to him. She looked up at him and looked at her bleeding hand. She sighed washing it and winced then relaxed when her wound was all clean. Nichole was back to her thoughts once more and looked at her bleeding hand once more. At least it stopped for now.

"Maybe you can, We'll see.." He said absentmindedly. He noticed a nurse-looking person hastily walking away from that same guy who had shouted to Nichole when she was climbing that tree. She entered a room that looked infirmary-y enough, so he followed her and stopped by the door, knocking on it. "Hello?" He looked behind him and signaled to Nichole to come over. (Assuming she's coming) "Could you take a look at.. This girls hand."

Maria found herself in the Training Room, which appeared to be empty (of people, at least). She examined the room, noticing a shelf taking up the entire wall opposite the door with what appeared to be little lockers, labelled with names. Perhaps this is where weapons are kept, Maria thought, walking alongside the lockers, reading the names as she went. Most of the lockers seemed to be empty, while some had one or two weapons inside - Little slits for ventilation were visible near the top of the locker doors, which she could spot the weapons through. She looked up at the third row of lockers and saw a locker with her name on it. "Challenge accepted," Maria muttered with a smirk pasted across her face. She climbed up the lockers, using the handles on the doors for footing, and eventually reached her own locker. She opened it and hung her gladius by its sheath on a hook in the locker, shut the door to the locker and hopped down from the locker.

She uncoiled the whip, holding the stock and allowing the lash to go limp on the ground. She cracked the whip forward and a smile spread across her face as the loud CRACK reached her ears. She pulled the whip back to her, laying the stock down and stretching the lash out until the whip was stretched out as far as it could be. Maria picked up a target (with great difficulty), presumably for archery, and placed it on the ground just within the whip's reach, then walked back to the stock of the whip. She picked it up and started to practice whipping the target.

Watching as Lyra hurled his notebook at him, Mars let out a sigh of relief. Small little tantrums like that usually meant that it was only short term anger. At least, most of the time. He was hoping the odds were in his favor. Lyra's glare and stern voice towards him didn't reassure Mars, though.

Mars was always good at micromanaging, math, long term planning, and almost anything regarding money management. He wasn't too worried about his duties as treasurer, as they came as second nature to Mars. In fact, he was pretty sure the rest of the student government wouldn't have much of a problem either. Everyone was perfectly suited for the role that was assigned to them. Still, he couldn't help himself from making a jab at Blake. "You hear that, Blake? You've gotta show up on time from now on. Can't summarize what you don't hear." Mars smirked slightly, twirling his pencil in his fingers. Sure, it was an official meeting of the student government, but, just like his duties for treasurer, taking shots at Blake came second nature to him.

Snapping himself out of his non stalkerish thoughts, it seemed Mar's insult was the perfect thing to get Blake to stop thinking about…him. Deciding to embrace this opportunity to forget about Shinji…for the time being…Blake looked Mars in the eyes as he found maintaining eye contact was usually the best way to unnerve normal people and irritate people like Mars. After all Mars was definitely not normal, instead he was an over arrogant shithead.

“Better not get to cocky Mars, or you might end up squandering all that money away," Blake retorted. "Wait did I say might? I meant will, excuse the mistake treasurer. Actually go ahead and spend all the money, after all your ego needs a good deflation before it ends up suffocating you with all that narcissism you have."

~Professor Crysta Chime~

Crysta stood up upon hearing Aleksander's reply, and she gave a...bow...to Emily and Umbra. She smiled and said, "All you need to do tonight is meditate; find absolute peace. Just relax for fifteen minutes..."

As she started to walk towards her office, she paused and said, "Oh, and don't think you can get away with not doing it. If you try to skip out on doing it..."

She turned back towards them and giggled, "I will know."

She reached out and opened the door to her office, holding it open for Aleksander. There's a certain image one thinks of when the words "teacher's office" comes into their mind...
this was not that image.

Crysta's office hadn't a single chair, much like her class room. There were two bamboo mats that sat facing eachother where a desk should be, and a pile of huge pillows where a sofa or chair should be. There was lavender incense burning, like always, and an array of lovely tea-sets placed neatly across a table. There was also a tea-stove, as well as a cabinet holding any type of tea you could imagine!

It was a very strange "office".

"Come in, Aleksander!" she smiled.

~Nurse Elsa Longstorm~

Elsa walked in to see that a box had magically appeared on her desk. It was weird...was Kouji a teleporter? She decided not to think about this...it didn't matter; she had a present! Even though Elsa wasn't easily impressed, she did like gifts...especially ones wrapped as nicely as this one.

Sitting back at her desk, the nurse carefully unwrapped the gift, and was slightly disappointed to see what was inside. A berry tart? Wrinkling up her nose, the nurse looked down at the thing with disgust. She'd never been fond of sweets, and even though the tart was beautiful to look at, she didn't find it at all appetizing. What would she do with it? She didn't really want it to go to waste...

Suddenly, there was another knock on the infirmary door.

"Ugh, I swear if it's that guy again..." she huffed, standing up. She walked to the door and opened it, only to see a boy and a girl, whose knuckles were bleeding. Sighing, Elsa said, "Come in. I'll clean and wrap your hand..."

The lead the two inside, and grabbed the tart off of her desk, handing it to Geno.

"Want a tart while you wait?"

Mars chuckled at Blake's comeback. He always found it entertaining arguing with the student secretary, seeing it as another competition of sorts. In fact, if he wasn't so boring and careless about everything around him, Mars might actually like Blake, if only slightly. However, if he wasn't boring and lack care, he wouldn't be Blake.

"Hey, my ego is just fine if you ask me. You know what I always say; If you're going to fall in love, have it be someone you've known for a while, and I've known myself for a very long time." He wrapped his arms around himself, giving himself a joking hug. Mars knew that he was very egotistical, and he fully embraced it. It wasn't something he was completely proud of, but he didn't hate that about himself. He just saw it as confidence. Mars stopped hugging himself and adjusted his shirt back to how it was. "Besides, all you're doing is taking notes. If you wanted to do that, you should've taken history class. Wait, never mind. You need to be dedicated and have care for what you do in order to do well in that class, so you probably wouldn't do very well. After all, I can't remember the last time I saw you have care for anything since I met you. Who knows, maybe if you learned to care a bit, you would be just like me."

Nichole blinked and said"my onnii-chan makes tarts like that. Wait you dont like berry tarts?" Her eyes wide. "How could you not like it? When he bakes or designs something he puts his heart into it. Did you not at least taste it?" She said before looking down. "Sigh. Whatever." Shaking her head and sat down. "Onnii-chan only bakes for someone who he either likes or because he is kind. Not really to flirt as much now. " she let the nurse look at her hand anyway. Nichole grumbled and said"I already cleaned my hand mam." Just keeping her eyes with the wall for now.

Blake gritted his teeth at Mars's display of affection for himself. Mars loved himself and wasn't afraid to show it. He supposed everyone had their quirks, but Mars's quirks were so damn annoying, it was like someone continuously poking a sewing needle in your side. That being said Blake could admit Mars was a very calculating person and someone who could easily take and throw back a comeback which did wonders when ever Blake needed to let off some steam or distract himself. Of course he'd never admit that as Mars's ego would probably inflate over its carrying capacity. At the comment of him not caring about things Blake let a slight smirk grace him.

"I simply don't care because I don't want to waste my time, especially on people like you," Blake stated while giving a shrug.

It was far from the truth however as Blake did care it’s just his way of caring was very subdued and hardly noticeable also it took a bit for Blake to see if they were deserving or not.

"Thanks, but no thanks, m'am. I'm not very fond of.. Sweets." It was a lie, Geno just didn't like this type, but he didn't want the woman to think he was insulting her by any stretch of the imagination. He turned to Nichole and said "I'll leave you to it, as much as I'd like to keep you company, I was just about to finally understand what I was reading in that book... And I've got about 15 others that I'll have to finish.. Sometime soon, so I better get going, right? I'll see you around." He raised a hand over his shoulder as he walked away to wave goodbye to her.

He walked back to the bench, and luckily no one had touched the book, as far as he could see at least. He picked it up and walked back up into the dormatories, where he sat down cross-legged in the bed. He put the book aside, as he didn't actually have an idea what the heck it was supposed to mean, and gave meditation a shot. "Calm down... Calm down... Think of nothing... No thoughts... But wait, I'm thinking this right now! Damnit! I'm doing it wrong. Ok, try again....... I can do this.... I just ****** up again!" He grabbed the pillow and threw across the room in frustration, where it landed in Mars' bed.

He tried shifting positions, and it didn't work. He tried going somewhere else, it didn't work. He tried lots of things, and they all didn't work. Eventually he pulled a chair up to the window and started staring outside. "How would've thought doing absolutely nothing would be so hard!? I mean come on! I do that all the time!" He leaned forward in the chair and supported his arms on the windowsill. This was his homework, and he didn't want to be yelled at by the creepy teacher.. Crystal Chimney, or whatever her name was..

He had to try again. He closed his eyes, and tried to clear his mind.... Nope. Definitely still thinking. Damnit. He let out a long yawn and rested his chin on the windowsill. He looked out at all the birds... and the squirrels........ and the students................. zzzzZZZZzzzz...

Calista didn't really have anything to do now, she could go hang out with the others but she didn't seem to be able to make any friends. Hugging the sleeping Kuro a little tighter, she continued on down the halls and out to the school grounds. She wasn't sure what to expect but she decided that she should at least try and maybe catch up with some things that she missed. Going somewhere a little more private where no one would be able to see her or so she hoped, she placed the little black cat onto the grass.

The place where they laid was deep in the trees, in the shadows so no one could see what was to occur now. Taking Kuro's red collar into her care, Calista released the sleeping Kuro of his collar, his eyelids shot open and suddenly he started to grow bigger. His elegant black fur decreasing and revealing pale skin under them, his paws turning into human hands and his body form from a cat's to a human's. The transformation was complete, the once small cat was now a young boy, a bit taller than Calista but shorter than Shinji.

The cat boy stared at Calista with a stern look and with a twitch of his ear, he tackled the small girl to the ground, Calista trying to hold back her cries,"K-kuro! I'm sorry! I know I disturbed you b-but I just wanted to chat." Calista whispered, sort of screaming a bit out of fear of Kuro biting her head off again. Kuro was not the type who liked to be disturbed and for Calista to make him awake from a nice nap and to even make him become human by force was not Kuro's idea of affection.

Pouting, Kuro got off of Calista and looked away, his long tail swaying behind him. Calista knew that Kuro wasn't gonna speak to her now, getting up from the ground and sighed in defeat,"I'm sorry Kuro. I'll make it up so please don't be like that." Calista begged, trying to muster him up a bit with her sweet words,"I'll let you sleep with me and let you take a bath with me if you talk." Calista bribed using the most embarrassing things that Kuro always wanted from Calista. Feeling shamed of her deal, Kuro's ears perked up, glancing at Calista, a smirk appeared on his lips.

Now giving Calista some attention, he licked her cheeks, agreeing with her deal,"Better keep your promise Cally~" Kuro chimed happily, snuggling into her fluffy hair, liking the smell of it,"I really regret this." Calista thought crying deep down.

-----------------------------

Shinji walked back into the building, his hands in his pocket. His jacket was wrapped around his waist and he was pretty much minding his own business until he heard some chattering upstairs. Walking up the last two steps, he noticed a group of students, three to be precise along with a smaller girl in the center of them. It seemed that the girl was struggling and crying for something from them, the other girl holding a white ribbon in her hand and a guy holding the poor girl down.

You didn't need to be a genius to know what was happening, she was being bullied,"How old are they? This is childish." Shinji thought annoyed and went up to them. The girl happened to not have seen Shinji behind her along with the other two guys who were busy holding the girl down. With swish movement, Shinji snatched the white ribbon from her hand, glaring at them, his form towering them,"Scram or you'll be meeting hell soon enough." Shinji said, his tone threatening.

If you looked closely, Shinji's eyes were a bit different, more darker red and glint with lust to rip them to pieces. It was almost as if he was death himself who had come to take their disgusting souls to the depth of darkness, deep into the core of the earth to be tormented by his hands.

-PG 13~ <3-

~Lyra~

Lyra's eyebrows twitched with annoyance as the Secretary and Treasurer went at eachother's throats, but honestly, she wasn't too surprised. The two were always arguing, but Lyra knew that neither of them meant the things they said. She watched them go at it for a while, resisting the urge to scream, "BURN!" every time of of them made a witty comment about the other. After she had had enough, Lyra fished two pens out of her bag and threw them both at the boys' heads at the same moment.

"Would you both be quiet already? What kind of student council members are you, anyway? Sitting here, trying to prove your dominance with well timed insults? Honestly, you both are so immature." she said, crossing her arms and shaking her head. There was a slight smile on her lips as she scolded them. She looked up at them, and then grinned, "Besides, both of you are idiots. Plain and simple. I think everyone here can agree..."

She glanced at Veronica and grinned.

"Do you understand, boys?" she said, putting her hands on her hips. She assumed that both of the boys knew there would be hell to pay if they didn't answer with a
"yes, ma'am...".

~Nurse Elsa Longstorm~

Elsa raised her eyebrows in surprise...could this girl be the librarian's brother? They didn't really look alike. She had dark brown hair and eyes, and Kouji had the blondest hair she had ever seen and incredibly blue eyes. Then again, both of their faces slightly resembled eachother's...it was possibly.

"Did you not at least taste it?"

Elsa shrugged and said, "I just don't like sweets. They're bad for you and rot your teeth. It looks good, though..."

Elsa quickly tied her hair back into probably the world's messiest bun and drew back the green curtain to one of the first aid rooms. She glanced up as the boy declined the treat and left, so the nurse shrugged and very nonchalantly tossed the treat into the trash.

She snapped on two rubber gloves, and was about to reach up to pull out disinfectant and bandages, when she realized the supplies she had used with Lyra were still on the counter. Shrugging, she waved over the girl and said, "This shouldn't take long. Please have a seat on this table."

Aleksander smiled and followed Crysta and she opened the door to her office.

I wonder what she w- ooh tea. He spied the tea and his mouth watered. The thing with Aleks, he liked things way too much. Since arriving from Italy, he wanted to try every drink and food there was. If he liked it, he really liked it. Almost like an addiction. Crysta's tea was one of those things that made him really really like tea.

I should definitely send some to Mama and Papa sometime.
Aleks thought, fondly remembering his parents. His parents were very supportive of his acceptance into Hawthorne and brought him up as any normal child even though he had a special power. To his parents, it was a blessing. Aleks' family line has been traced to ancient times. Many many times it was found that his ancestors were soldiers and warriors, mainly those who had died defending their loved ones. When Aleks' parents discovered his power, they insisted it was the power of all his ancestors who had fought and protected before him. Aleks felt proud to be the one who was given a true gift to protect his loved ones. However he has always had a strange feeling about his destiny. He truly believed that as strong as he was, one day something will come and Aleks will die. But he will die defending the person most important to him. That's what he believes is his destiny.

Aleks, despite firmly believing in his death, has taken a different approach to this. He remembered saying to his mother, who also believed in his destiny and was crying.

10 years earlier

Mama was crying when Aleks, seven years old, walked into the room. He asked her why she was crying.

"Oh my little baby.." She said and told him what she and Papa thought about Aleks' destiny. Little Aleks listened to his Mama solemnly. Mama cried and hugged her little boy. Aleks hugged her back but then stood back.

"Don't worry Mama. I won't hide or try to change my destiny." Aleks said, smiling at her. "I'll just protect as many people as can until that day comes. Then when it comes, I'll know I died having seen so many smiles of the people I protected. I'll be able to die with my own special smile. A smile that has seen true happiness."

Present

Aleks felt tears welling in his eyes. He smiled and wiped them away. He never forgot what he said and has lived up to it.

"Come in Aleksander!"

Aleksander looked up and saw Crysta inviting him into her office. He smiled at her and thanked her.

"Thank you Professor." He replied and walked in, taking a seat on the mat.

Emma was still struggling and soon heard another Male voice, and this one was trying to help her. Even by threatening the 3 people who had been trying to get her eyes open. She wanted to peek, but she didnt. Soon enough, she heard the footsteps fade but she still felt one more person was there. And hopefully, it was her savior with her White Blindfold. "I know you're still here..." she told him, waiting to hear a reply from the man. Inside, her body was telling her to open her eyes and see who it was. But if she did, she'd risk making a guy friend. She already had 2 friends that were girls, it'd be nice if she had at least one guy friend.

Nichole sat down and she put her earbuds in. "Grumble not even going to try one small bite grumble just wasting something that was made with care for her grumble." Nichole mumbled to herself and then relaxed listening to her music. "~God is a girl. Can you believe it?can you receive it?~" singing softly. Nichole closed her eyes and sighed. "Ya know my onnii-chan isnt a flirt. He was being nice, ok maybe he flirts sometimes but if he will bake something for you take his time to make it. And you just throw it away? You didnt deserve what was given to you. He only uses fresh berries and a lemon custard so it wont be overly sweet. He balances it out." Nichole told the nurse looking at her straight in the eye as she said this.

(Annnnnddddd we lost her)

Shinji just stared at the girl once the three ran off, terrified to face "The Ripper" in the hallways of all things. Taking a good look at her, it seemed she was fine, no injuries or such but he did noticed that she was hiding her eyes, closing them tightly as if she didn't want to see Shinji or she didn't want her eyes to be seen. Whatever her reason for it, Shinji didn't really need to know since he also had a secret himself, his mask protecting it. Looking down at the white band, he suggested that it must be her possession, to hide her secret.

Taking the ribbon, he placed it over her eyes, tying it up for her. Once the ribbon was on, he backed off and kept his distant, not wanting to scare her,"No thank you?" Shinji said teasingly. He didn't really need a thank you or a reward but he did want to know what the girl's name was,"So.. what's your name?" Shinji asked, not questioning about why she hid her eyes or about what they were doing to her. All that matter was that she was safe and unharmed.
