Dominic was simply waking toward the festival as he saw this happen just in front of him. Being just a homeless little kid, the man didn't pay him much mind at the time... Much to the man's misfortune.

as the man wrestled the woman into an alley and pinned her to a wall, he rushed forward from down the street, picking up an old bottle from the trash in the alley and bashing it over the man's head as hard as he could with an agrivating "UGH!" Causing her assailant to fall to the ground momentarily and the woman to lean against the wall as the kid lunged on top of him and started beating him across the face with what was left of the bottle, sending blood from both people flying across the ground and walls as glass flew up and cut his face. The kid didn't show any signs of stopping soon...

Luna was just about sure that she was either going to get raped or something before a little boy jumped on the older man and started beating the crap out of him. She watched as the man threw the boy at her, who she caught, and he ran off shouting insults at both as he left. The girl set the boy down and smiled a little before looking over at him, he was extremely skinny and she could only and that he was homeless but she brushed back his hair. "Thank you so much, I can't tell you how grateful I an that you came to my aid, you are like my knight in shining armor." Luna have a snack laugh and she held out her hand for the boy to shake in a greeting. "My name is Luna."

"I here you there." She said as she walked with her till they got to festival. "I'm up for anything as long as it doesn't involve paparazzi." She said with a giggle as she walked closely to her. "So your last relationship went sour in guessing?" She asked mostly out of curiosity and possibly hope as she looked at her with a curious look on her face. She wondered if a girl like her would ever be into some one like Samantha, she was older than Samantha but Samantha was at the age were she could date who she wanted and Alexandria was rather beautiful

As they walked, Alexandra came across a cluster of games that could've been played. One was a board where you threw a dart at balloons and inside had a tag that determined what size pride you got. Another was a row of cups where you shoot a BB and whichever cup you shot determined the size of the prize. There were many other carnival-like games along with ski ball and cornhole. So, Alexandra decided to go to a stand where people bobbed for ducks. "Mmm... My last relationship was a bust. I was slowly rising to fame and he wanted to be in the spotlight too. He wasn't a celebrity, but he became controlling and wanted me to do things that would make me be recognized. I didn't want that. I wanted to do my own thing and he didn't like that. So, long story short I've been single for quite sometime." The male running the game was given six dollars ($6) to allow them to pick up three ducks. "It's nice being single, but at the same time it's lonely."

"Oh.... I'm sorry that happened to you." Samantha said as she followed her. "Yeah. Honestly I've been single for to long. You know when it's just been to long and your dying to be with some one again." She said as smiled at her then watched her so she could play the game

Consume quality art, Leo! Leonard grinned, feeling a twinge of sadness as he recalled his mother's words. I am now, he thought, 'cause I don't have any other choice. He didn't want to spend money on games here. He glanced over more baskets, paintings and wood carvings for a couple of minutes, before walking on. Hmm, what else can I do?

"Leo!" a familiar voice yelled. Ross… his blood went cold. Leonard walked faster towards a crowd of people, pulling an elastic band from his pocket and tying his hair into a little ponytail. It wasn't comfortable but perhaps he wouldn't be recognised now.

"Leo!" there was a sharpness in the call.

People were milling around a few game stalls and Leonard tried to melt into the crowd. He didn't hear Ross' voice for a few moments and relaxed a little, but remained on edge as he pretended to queue for the apple bobbing.

Alexandra chuckled at Sam's words. It was kind of true though. Having people want you because you're single made her happy that people wanted to be with her even though it was just due to her being a celebrity. She'd enjoy having someone at her side and doing things romantic, but that scandals the paparazzi would be endless. However, being single gave her peace of mind knowing no one would betray her and there wouldn't be secrets. "True." Was all she responded with knowing it was half a lie.

As she picked up a duck, she heard someone call a familiar name. Leo. Where did she know that name from? Before she could recognize face to name, she saw a male familiar to who she had hung out with a day or so ago but with a ponytail. Was that who she thought it was? Before she could thing things through she called to him. "Leo! Leo over here!"

Leonard felt a stab of dread hearing Alexandra and met her eyes with unease. It could be terrible if Ross noticed anything - the man could be aggressive. Leonard hoped he was overreacting.

Leonard pressed a finger to his lips and made a careful approach towards Alexandra. Drawing closer, he noticed the girl from earlier, and felt a little relief.

"There's someone looking for me who-- can be dangerous. Pretend I'm not here and be cautious." he said in a low voice, surveying the scene.

"Look out for her," Leonard told the other girl as he breezed away, weaving his way through growing crowds. He looked for a discrete spot to keep an eye on the girls from and figure out the situation.

"W-what was that all about?" Samantha asked Alexandria as she listened to the mans words and watched him run off. It happened so fast she barely had time to process it. But she did get one thing out of it, protect Alexandria. And that could be easily done as samantha looked to with a may I have some answers look as she stood next to her

Alexandra's eyes went wide at his words once he had informed her about some guy who was aggressive before disappearing. She looked over at Samantha, giving her a confused look. "I have no idea what's going on. I met him a while back. He's homeless and his name is Leonardo. I didn't know someone was looking for him though." She trailed off, picking up a small stuffed fish that the vendor gave her in exchange for the duck she had picked up.

Dominic approached the fair after trying go help that woman, feeling scared and hungry as he needed to feed his new friend. He held the broken stirofoam cup in his band and went from person to person, begging for food. Apon coming up to Sam and Alexandria, a certain front of hopelessness and fear came over him.

they didn't even have food on them, but he hadn't obtained anything from anyone else, so he has to at least try.

"hello, m-mistresses, sp-spare a few scraps? I-I have to f-feed a little girl and I-I think she might starve..."

he stops at their feet, covering his face up to hide his scars

"Darn that sucks I'm sorry." She said before looking to the man curiously then smiled and pulled out her wallet handing him $500. "Now I'm trusting you to not spend this on drugs and cigarets got it, if you do I will know." She said getly handing the money to him before looking back to Alexandria and smiling at her happily

"Your welcome. Now go feed your self and that other child then go to the hospital alright. She said as she wrote her phone number on a slip of paper. "Call me at the hospital and I will handle the bills alright." She said to the child with a smile. She knew that there was something wrong with the child and she knew he needed medical attention

Lars finished up his meal; his pasta was already cold, but it was good nonetheless. He normally wouldn't have taken so long to eat, but got involved in a nice and sweet conversation as two young girls had recognized him - he was always happy when it happened since he was far from being extremely well known yet.

He threw the plastic bowl into the trash, then went on to explore this festival. Leaving the food stands, he thought he'd check out the games and shops; maybe he could win himself a silly little souvenier to remember this tour.

A lot of it was the usual stuff - games where you could throw stuff at cans and win, some grannys selling handmade wooden decor or knits, nothing special. But then, something caught his eye, or rather, someone.

He couldn't quite see her face, but the height, the overall body shape, the hair - it all screamed Queen. He really didn't think he'd meet her so soon again, which was cool, especially since he didn't really have a lot of time the other day. Grinning, he sneaked up to her from behind and tapped her shoulder. "Hey, what's up? Long time no see."

Alexandra looked at Sam and put her hand on her shoulder with a smile. "That's nice of you." She said and took her hand away before picking up another duck.

When she saw she had gotten a medium prize, she picked out a blue lemur and turned back to smile at Sam. However, when she turned she saw a guy tap her shoulder and greet her. He looked familiar to her, but she couldn't place it. If he was famous she would've immediately recognized him, but she couldn't match his face to a name. So, awkwardly she stood there and awaited for what would come next.

Samantha smiled sliding an arm around her waist in a small hug when she felt alexandrias hands around her shoulders making her giggle before she looked over at the man that had tapped her shoulder immediately recognizing the man and smiling as she stuck close to Alexandria. "Oh hey! Alexandria this is a friend of mine that I met last night at my gym..... Lars right?" She said to him hopping that was his right name

Someone handed Leonard a flier for a show on the other side of the square. Apparently there was a stage set up and there would be a number of acts. A comedy act, huh? He thought. But right now, it wouldn't be wise to get distracted.  Laughter and chatter filled his ears, but he couldn't relax. Leonard's former friend and employer was a difficult man to say the least. What was he doing here? He should've been miles away. What did he want? Glancing over to the girls as he walked, he noticed the boy from earlier and sighed. He'd have to keep his distance for now.

An idea hit him. The stage! Backstage would make a good vantage point, he reflected. He had only taken a few steps in open space as the crowd split, before a hand clamped down on his shoulder.

Throat dry, Leonard turned to see Ross. The man took him by the collar. "So you reported me? You had the guts to--"

What? Leonard punched him in the throat and his hands dropped. Heads turned. The man looked up breathless, his face pale and ashen, grey eyes cold as stone. He looked weak, like he was struggling to breathe.

"What?! I didn't!" Leonard cried.

The other gave no response and lunged for him, Leonard shifted aside. But he felt something cold plunge into his stomach. No.

As the man moved back Leonard saw his blood on the knife in Ross' hand. Moments later he cried out as pain seared through him. Were people gathering round? He didn't know, everything was far away, then there was heavy darkness. Leonard collapsed, unconscious.

"Oh."

He didn't think that he introduced himself when they met last night, but could have been wrong. "Yeah, exactly, eh..." As he tried saying her name, he noticed that he only knew her pseudonym and not her real name. He probably read or heard it some time, but he couldn't remember it right now. "... yeah, exactly, Queen."Trying to hide this little fauxpas, he smiled it off.

He looked at the other woman that was with Queen. At first, she just seemed oddly familiar, but it was only a matter of seconds until he realized who she was. As someone who frequently enjoyed watching Locked Heart, he knew her face too well - even though she did look slightly different than in the show, of course. Sightly pleased to meet her, he held out his hand to her. "Hey. Nice to meet you. My name is Lars." He tried act as if he didn't know her already; after all, nothing was more embarassing than admitting that, as a man in his mid twenties, loved sitting in front of a TV watching a romantic show that was probably aimed at teenage girls.

Alexandra widened her eyes at Sam's sudden gesture. She wasn't quite sure if the action was intimate, protective, or just friendly. If was anything but friendly or protective, it was making her slightly uncomfortable. She didn't know Sam well enough to enjoy the intimacy Sam might've put off. It wasn't apparent to Alexandra that she was being protective as she had introduced Lars as a friend. Hiding the uneasiness the best she could, Alexandra acted surprised that she 'forgot' she had one turn left and stepped away from Sam towards the game. Before playing the game, she smiled at Lars, recognizing him from some banners and social media once he had introduced himself. "Hello. I'm Alexandra, but you can call me Alex if you like." She sat the stuffed animals on the ground and brushed her skirt absentmindedly before picking up the last duck.

Samantha laughed and leaned over to Alexandria. "Some ones got a crush on you." She teased her in a whisper before looking to lars and smiling. "I thought you were leaving." She said to him with a small smile as she stood with the two happily watching them conversate. She knew she had kinda crossed the line by hugging Alexandria like that and had planned to apologize later for it. Even though it was just a friendly gesture she still shouldn't have done it. Besides Alexandria would never go for some one like Samantha anyways so why try

@CrystalYoshi

"I-I'm Dominic... W-where are we going?"

she notices his face is covered in tear stains and small scars, his hair sits messily atop his head and a massive wound covers nearly the entire top left half of his bony torso. It was a stab wound, with the upper part of the blade still stuck on the wound. The blood seemed to be dry, but he had lost a ton over the past few days. He peers back at you with huge crystalline blue eyes that he constantly has to protect from the street lamp next to them, shining way to bright and damaging his eyes slightly. Apon his torso was a black hoodie obviously about four sizes too big, and was only wearing shorts down to his knees made of different bits of fabric and a potato sack for pants. He seems to be going delirious, likely from the lack of food and blood loss.

Most hesitated to do anything beyond calling the police, but eventually someone called the ambulance. After Leonard was taken to the hospital however, from his records they found he couldn't pay the treatment costs. As he lay in a hospital bed under the effect of anaesthetics, the staff debated whether to throw him out as per their policy. They soon agreed to transfer him to the homeless shelter.

The shelter could do little beyond giving him a makeshift bed. They were piloting a simple medical care scheme thanks to a donor, so a nurse was available to give him stitches. As Leonard awoke, he focused his bleary eyes on the damp-marked ceiling and felt bile rise up in his throat, a pulse of pain in his abdomen. Was he-- he couldn't be… but hearing the raucous around him, he knew where he was and retched. Someone shoved a bag in front of him but vomit still splattered him.

He lay back and noted a familiar face.

"Alright, Alex. I see you two have gotten yourself some stuffed animals." He said when his eyes fell on the cute furry things - another thing he loved but wouldn't admit; he couldn't help but smile a bit at them as if they were sentient.
He watched Alexandra playing the game for a moment, then turned to Queen. "Well, yeah, I am still around until some time tomorrow." He shrugged, not knowing exactly when his flight went and when he had to leave; he made a mental note to ask his manager as soon as possible. "I play at the Live Music Hall tonight, after that I'm going back home." He sighed, since he hadn't been home for so long and really missed it, but at the same time, it was a pity that he didn't have more time. "I guess I'll be back here pretty soon, though." he mumbled.

"So, are you both from here? It's my first time in this town, is there anything I need to check out before I go?"

@Daniel reaving
@demnkiller
(Sorry for being a slowpoke again.)

With widen eyes, Alexandra caught the whisper that was from Sam and slightly blushed which she thanked for having her back towards them. She didn't want to think about a relationship with either of them due to the fact she didn't know them well. After her last relationship, she vowed not to get too close and would only date the one who she thought wouldn't hurt her in the long run. Then a thought hit her. It wouldn't hurt to get to know them now. So, she picked up the last duck which was a medium and she picked out a red lemur then turned towards them. "Well, here." She handed the blue lemur to Lars and the red to Sam. "To commemorate this day." Alexandra then held the small fish close to her and smiled. "You're playing? I'd love to go backstage!" She nudged Sam but then looked down. "Sorry that was rude. We'll watch from the seats." Then she smiled at his question. "I move if the producers want to shoot at a different place, but my permanent home is here. Not sure what you should check out. There are a few places I have yet to explore."

@Daniel reaving

@Kalessin (You're fine! :D  )

Samantha smiled at there words and nodded as she was handed the red lemur she smiled more as she gently hugged it to her chest as she listened to there words before nodding. "Oh my god we should go!! When's your next show lars???" She asked Lars excitedly as she looked back from Alexandria to Lars and back happily

Leonard gave a weak smile as he recognised one of the volunteers.

"How bad is it?" he asked, seeing the bandages as he cleaned himself up.

"Doc said luckily they didn't hit any organs, you need to rest here for a week. It should heal in a month or two." he said.

"But what happened?"

Leonard recounted the events. The volunteer nodded and sucked in a breath. "A police officer's coming by in a few days to hear your side of the story."

Leonard's eyes widened. "Police? Dude. You know what kind of stuff happens in these shelters and they never turn up… But anyway, I'm screwed. They'll never believe me."

The other looked sad. "They arrested Ross, so maybe that's a start. Y'know they've closed off part of the festival with police tape."

"Huh." he drew a breath as he felt sharp pain. "Was anyone else hurt?" Leonard asked, thinking of the familiar people at the festival. He tried to sit up, but didn't have the strength to.

"No."
