  • Gods Realm is what the New World is called. God having abandoned "Earth" due to it's chaos and destruction caused by the beings of the Planet created this World bigger and better then the last. He made it easier for the plant to be sustainable, to have a direct link to Him and for a better life. This World was created and filled with creatures of all shapes and sizes, such as the Standard Humans, Angels, Demons, Elven Kind, Dwarven Kind and People of the Fae.

This story takes place in Vigrid. Vigrid is a lush, beautiful city full of life and joy and beautiful architecture. Vigrid is one of the many cities that hold "The Council". This Council is a governing faction of the City and its surrounding smaller cities. The Council are the ones who help decide in which direction their District needs to change and maybe improve. They do this from within their Council Chamber in which they communicate to God through a representation of Him.

But Lately God has been frequenting the meetings less and less. The Council does not know why and are afraid of the riot it may cause if the general populace find out, but rumours are beginning to spread that God is slowly abandoning them like he had his last Realm. So is God truly abandoning them? or is there something more sinister at hand?

Idella Rosewood, The Oldest amongst The Council members and wisest. The Elf sits amongst the other Council members in their meeting chamber, yet again this month. There is stirrings with the room and tension building as the Crystals in the middle of the room appear dull, rather then the vibrant multitude of colours they should be. Why is this happening again? She thinks to Herself.

Sitting there as some of the other Council members pace back and forth or quietly argue amongst each other the Woman shuts Her eyes and reopens them, tuning into her Spirit Force abilities. Her eyes now glazed over She looks around the room. Through Her current state she sees the other Council members and their souls, all resonating brightly and many vibrant colours. Looking back over to the Crystals she sees nothing, a black void if you will. A sign God isn't here, usually the Crystal will resonate something but not today, yet again. She shuts her eyes again and reopens them before she clears her throat to speak up and address the Council.

Yasamin locked the door to her simple abode, leaving her staff and armor inside. She wouldn’t need them.

She opted for a simple tunic, wrapping her feet in tough cloth, and embarking to the market. Her clothing was simple, a faded orange shirt, with some dark brown pants that were died with some sisal cord. She had a bag, used to store that day’s food.

She weaved in and out of the crowds, sparing a coin for a beggar, and nearing the stalls. She exchanged her coins for some bread and vegetables, and a small slab of salted meat. The usual meal for a monk.

Sparing a glance to the Coucil building at the center of town, she neared it. It was a beautiful building, made of rough marble bricks that were pleasing to the eye. She walked up the steps, passing by many people. Though charitable, she took great care in protecting her belongings from would-be thieves.

The crowds tapered off near the wall of the building, out of reverence. She took this place to rest, taking in the pitter pattering of wrapped feet like hers. It was a large city, but it was home.

Osteon looked the view in front of him and to his sides in his periphery. White. White. More white. He had never gotten used to the damn able "pure" white. It had never sense to him why the Man Upstairs had such a fancy for it. It gave him a migraine, he had decided very early on in his life. Putting fingers to his temples, he rubbed them and took a few deep breaths. The streets were crowding again on his journey towards the Council building. It irked him.

The typical inhabitant was a more simple people. They Oohhd and Ahhd everything the Council said and all the miracles of God. Ineffable thy all said, it made him laugh. Not because he disagreed, it was true after all. Yet it was just so boring. Where was the fun if everything from the start was unable to fail. Well, I guess that's the point of being God, you get to play God. Osteon was pulled out of his thoughts by the gathered crowd at the entrance to the building. It was going to be a long day.

With that the tall man scratched his head and pushed on.

Azariah ran through the streets, dodging every person and cart standing in her way. The city guards were on her tail, but they wouldn't be for long. Turning a corner, she saw the streets surrounding the Council building filled to the brim with bystanders. Perfect for a getaway. She pushed through the crowd, past nudging elbows and under waving arms. Once in the mob, it didn't take long for the guards to lose her trail.

Azariah leaned against the nearest building, taking a short rest after her escape. She pulled the coinpurse from her pocket, examining its contents. Inside sat a veritable bounty, coins nearly spilling down the side of the sack. Those damned noblemen always carried so much on them. What could they possibly spend this much coin on? Oh well, it was another successful swipe, though Azariah would rather have not been noticed. With this morning's earnings, she could certainly help quite a few people who needed it. As fun as it was to ruin a noble's day, the real joy came from giving coin to those with none.

Asariah discarded the coinpurse and shoved the money hastily into her pocket. Looking up, she just now noticed how crowded the streets were. Was there a particularly important Council meeting today? Deciding to feed her curiosity, she began making her way towards the building.

After Idella gets The Councils attention she speaks up. "It appears God is not showing up today, so We do our normal duties and move along. Crops will be taken care of by the Elementals and the wild animals shall be the Guards duties. If hunters wish to help out the Guards please encourage so as it would make it easier to track and hunt the wild animals attack our citizens. As for God... You all have heard of the legend of Gods grotto?...." The council starts to murmur slowly getting louder into yelling at Idellas mention of a legend...

... After and hour of Debate Idella walks out of the Council Chambers with a mission, first she must address the public outside like she does every meeting day. Then she must find a party of people to take her on a trip. Possibly dangerous, possibly not, who knows. All she knows is she will be chasing a literal legend unsure of the fact if it is real or not. Two Guards open up the doors to the entrance of the Council building and she steps outside onto the steps, many many people stand outside gathered. She calls out for some quiet and raises a hand to get everyones attention. Once everyone has settled down and eyes are all on her she smiles out into the crowd and projects her voice.

"Vigridians, Good day to all. Today We have had another successful Council meeting. We have come to the conclusion that all Elemental Wielders will be asked to help grow and produce the crops for this harvest." Some of the crowd starts to murmur. "Please do not fret everyone, this is simply so we can show The Creator of our independence and so He knows we are well off." The crowd really starts to stir now. "Also I will be taking a personal trip and shall require some Guards to attend. All those willing to give up their time will be paid rewardingly, If you wish to come along please come to my chambers immediately after this. We have everything under control so please lets go about our day like we usually would. May The Creator bless you all."

Parts of the crowd start to yell and scream at Idella. "This is blasphemy", "Why are you choosing to ignore Him", "You will be smite down for your insolence." Idella stands there and listens to it, It was getting worse each time after these meetings. She turns to go back into the building and sees a female sitting against the wall. The Elf quickly hurries inside as Guards come out to handle the situation.

Yasamin watched the speech, and the commotion thereof. The faith of the people of Vigrid dwindled every passing day. It was understandable, too. Yasamin herself found herself doubting the doctrine in place, the benevolent God who created this world seemed to care nothing about it. But a force inside of her drove her to go. She didn't resist it. It was destiny.

"I will go." She called out. "I will go to Gods' Grotto." She stood up, commanding a presence about her that spoke of authority. "Let me past." She commanded the guards, who parted before her.

She followed the Elf in, stopping her in the front chamber. "Your Grace." She said to the woman. "I will go."
