Doesn't Decidueye use his feathers and hoodie string as a weapon? I would imagine using his feathers rather than bow since it might actually kill someone lol but other than that he can carry a bow ^^;

Weakness Policy is a held item in Pokemon. I believe - don't quote me on this - that it lets the Pokemon swap out when hit by a super effective move?

Not swapping out, actually. According to Bulbapedia, it raises the holder's Attack and Special Attack if they're hit by a super effective move.

You would have to be a Lampent since it's a teen, but I know how it sucks to work on your character only to be told change it, but I can make an exception unless Litwick is on the verge of becoming a Lampent or is having trouble evolving to a Lampent

Honestly. Due to how bulky palossand can get with a alittle help of accelgor's water shuriken and with weakness policy triggering. It makes palossand a force to be reckon with. Unless you hit with a special attack.

When the time comes, Alistair will be introduced straight away. As for Damien, there will come a point (after a class, more than likely) where Alistair will go visit him somewhere secluded on the campus, and that’s where Damien will be officially brought in.
If someone wants their character to see Damien, they have to not only tail Alistair as he’s making his way to the secret spot, but they would also have to be careful about trying to hide their scent, because wolf. Otherwise, they’d have a nearly-200-pound angry (but really just defensive) werewolf to contend with.
Edit: I say "see", of course, because Damien's going to be incredibly hesitant to talk to anyone new. During times when he needs to be in class, he doesn't say a word and just takes his exams the best he can.
