thank you xD and yeah there is just basic detention or running a mile. Students aren't allowed to use their powers outside of school because they are "in training". Graduating or permission slips of proof that they can use their powers without destruction of property or putting people in harms way. Friendly battles are allowed and don't require permission unless they are in a stadium or battle ground lot.
