Fantasy Generic Fantasy RP (CLOSED)

Callum walked alongside Emmalia as close as she wished, hoping to give her a sense of security in her moment of confusion. He guided her back to the Inn, and walked her up to the room.

Emmalia sat down heavily on the bed with her head in her hands. The voice wasn't even trying to be manipulative, it was just abusive at this point, playing off her momentary urge for blood. You idiot, it was easy blood, you're thirsty but you're too damn stupid to just accept it? You know you want it, you know you're still a monster.... the urge for blood had gone, but the voice hadn't.
She looked up at Callum and quietly said, "That voice in my head is really loud right now, normally I can quell it so easily, ignore it, silence it, I can't now though.... "

Callum wrapped Emmalia in a hug and held her close to him. "It's okay Emmalia. Is there anything I can do to help you silence it?"

Em pressed her head against his chest and hugged him tightly. "Human contact helps make it stop." She closed her eyes tightly and just listened to his heart beat.

Emmalia took in the warmth and the sound of his heart beat and calmed herself down until she was able to pull away and quietly say, "thanks, and sorry about that...." It was embarrassing for her to admit her mental problem.

"It's fine Emmalia. I'm here to keep you healthy and stable." He kissed the tip of her nose. "And, Emmalia, never be sorry for affection. I love it when you get nice and close to me."

Emmalia smiled and crawled into his lap while her arms wrapped around his neck to hug him. "I love you," she said quietly.

She smiled and returned the kiss in full. Their position reminded her of when she had first had a fever and he had hugged her to warm her, and she had furthered it by crawling into his lap. In hindsight, it was probably one of the best choices she had ever made, because it partly had led to this.

Callum smiled as he held onto the kiss as long as he could. He had always loved the way she climbed into his lap whenever she got passionate. It reminded him of the first time she slept by his side, out in the woods by the fire, huddling for warmth.

Emmalia pressed against him, then broke the kiss and nuzzled against him. "You're warm, and now I can warm you too." If she could have purred, she would have.

Callum smiled softly, and kissed the top of her head. "I love you so much Emmalia." He said quietly, running his fingers through her hair methodically. "And I always will."

Emmalia grinned and said, "You better, we have a long eternity together." Well, figuring that the potion still gave her her immortality, and that she didn't get killed.

Callum smiled softly. "It'll be the best eternity of my life." He was eternally grateful for Death giving him a second chance to be with Emmalia, as he would've felt that any less time than an eternity wouldn't be enough when it came to Emmalia.

"Witty, and cute," Emmalia chuckled, then kissed him again, a rather passionate kiss at that. She felt that an eternity with Callum more than balanced out everything bad that had happened to her, and gave her a reason to be happy with life.

Cal smiled softly, enjoying every second of the kiss and deepening it that much more. His arms wrapped around Emmalia's sides and held her body close to his.

Cal allowed Em to do as she pleased, holding onto her the whole time. When he woke up the next morning, he was rather concerned with the fact that the sun was shining through the window on Emmalia. However, after a few seconds of worrying, he remembered what had happened yesterday, and simply kissed her cheek.

Em woke up and kissed at Callum's neck. "Good morning lover." She noticed the warmth of sunlight on her skin and almost panicked, then realized that it didn't hurt her. The realization only made her smile more when she remembered that sun would never hurt her again.

Cal smiled idly down at her, watching the realization come to her slowly. "It's amazing, isn't it?" He asked quietly, slowly leaning down to give her a gentle kiss.

"It is," she said quietly. "It's warm, but not painful. I haven't felt the sun's warmth, or sunlight without pain, in six years. I guess I missed it." She cuddled close to him. "There's a lot of things I've missed, I guess."

Remembering yesterday, she held up the hand that had been burned to show it to him. It was completely healed. "It's good that it healed, but I hardly touched the coin. I'd best avoid holding anything silver for long periods."

Callum nodded slowly. "Maybe wear gloves when handling currency?" He suggested. "We can go to a store and pick up some fancy ones to wear around with your casual clothes."
