"I propose that the princess personally go to Glaslows to apologies to your generals for the Kingdom's behaviors." The officer said as he glanced at Ace.


"Only if, I have the protection of my body guard, Ace." The Princess said.


"Commander, the Lieutenant is saying that the helicopters will take the prisoners back to Glaslows." One of the soldiers from the helicopters said to Volski.


"Tell him to go on ahead."

Ace pouted. "Y'know, I haven't gotten any sleep in two days." After seeing no one cared, he shrugged. "I'll go with the princess but I'll need a chariot or something." He took his stand beside the princess, engaging himself into the conversation.

The UN soldiers chuckled. "We have vehicles that can take you to our base faster than a horse." Volski said. "You can ride in our apc."


Volski pointed at the armoured carrier.

Ace didn't like the idea, but he had to protect the princess. He gently locked his hands in hers and mounted her up onto the odd vehicle. After she got on, he got on in one leap right beside her.

Inside, there were switches and screens. There was also a few red boxes and containers. There was a spare m4 Browning machine gun stored inside.


The princess curious touchrd one of the screens causing it to show an image of the outside.


"What incredible magic."


"Don't touch anything." Volski warned.


"Hey. I think it's best if these two rode in the humvee." Volski said to one of the soldiers.

Ace scowled. "I hate this thing." He looked at the princess with a worried expression. He just hoped he would be able to protect her. Ace leaped off the vehicle and reached his arms out so the princess would be able to get off faster.

"Over there." There was already someone manning the machine gun on the roof as the doors to the driver seat and passenger seats were open.


The Princess had gotten inside as she sat on the seats. There were three ammunition boxes stored between the driver seat and the passenger seat. A clear view of the driver seat was also seen from where Ace would have been seated. It showed tiny gauges, the wheels, pedals, a few screens and a weird box like device.


"What is this stuff?" The princess said pointing at the wheel, pedals and gauges.


"That is what we use to drive this humvee." The gunner replied as he was still looking at a magazine.


"It's top speed is 300 miles an hour."


"Three hundred?" The Princess said in shock. "This thing can out-run our horses and war chariots."


"Tell me, how many of these do you have?"


"That's classified." The gunner said.

Ace gritted his teeth in anger. He hated these people and he hated their stuff. "Can you just drive us now? I am expecting to see the Emperor soon for some.. business."

"No can do. Be patient and wait for the commander." The gunner said.


Another soldier had gotten into the passenger seat at the front while another was chatting with another soldier while he was about to close the door towards Ace's side.


In the distance, some helicopters were taking off as they headed for the UN base.


"Hey guess what." One of the soldiers said to the gunner


"What?"


"The United Nations decided to send their own military here. It's our chance to see some actual UN made vehicles."


"We're wearing UN military combat uniforms."


"I know, we are borrowing UN combat uniforms."

Ace rolled his eyes and turned towards the princess. "Are you alright Princess? You haven't eaten in a while.."

"Did you hear?"


"The UN is planning on nuking one city in the kingdom." The gunnder said.


"Shit. Really?" The soldier replied.


"Yea. It think it was an m2 mine or nuclear weapon. But either way, that's a very serioous thing. Nuking a civilian that is still hundredsof thousand sof years less advanced then us."


"Operation fire in the sky to force the kingdom to surrender failed. I guess the UN is planning on attempting a nuclear bombing campaign."


"Lets just hope the fallout and radiation does not reach our base."

Ace was sick of it. He stood up, his face bleeding with anger. "Shut up! How dare you speak of these things like a game!"

"It's not a game. We have the right to speak of what we wish." The soldier said. "Anyways, I think we get a one week break in a couple of days. Anniversary of the kingdom's invasion. I'm going to go visit some family sine I haven't seen yhen in a while."


"Me too. Since being stationed here I haven't even got the chance to talk through video camera."

Ace smiled fakely then sat down. He put his hat over his eyes, he didn't want to be talking to these guys. They're talking about family? Pah! Family is nothing, nothing at all. He still wasn't bothered by the fact that he killed his father.

Sgt. beckett was patting the private on the back while saying:


"Good job son, kind of slow at the beginning but you pulled it through".


The private showed a smile then said via COM:


"Did you hear that Captain?" Kayla smiled as she heard that and responded:


"Yeah yeah, good job private, but I don't think the sergeant will be changing you for Jaime anytime soon. Good job now pack up and prepare to depart with the Major. I'll go with the commander, I still don't trust the princess's guard, so i'll tag along with them." Akari then let out a surprised voice:


"What? there was a princess here all along? no wonder this team of elites was formed"


"Well, we didn't actually planned for this, though we only came to get some intel..the princess was a huge bonus. Anyway, you have your orders, see you back at the base."


"Roger that!"responded Sgt. Becket.


"Yes Ma'am!" said Akari.


Then Kayla turned towards the commander and said:


"On my way, sir." she approached him and whispered on a worried tone.


"Are you sure we should talk about nukes with those 2 around? who knows how they might reach if they find out about our plans."

"They don't know what nuclear weapons are." Volski said as he got in the driver seat of the humvee.


"It's alright. I've alerted the commanding general and we are to bring the princess to the UN headquarters."


"Get in, we are going to start setting off soon."


"That's the last of it." The Major said putting the last box inside the apc. "Get in."

"You may allow VIKI to enter into M-Ray and terminate that AI. It is allowed to use lethal force."

He Noded as he would Go towards A consol and would Gulp once hoping this dosent damage Ray and now he activate VIKI,as he would look towards the Running ray and see what happens with worrid eyes as They put so much work inside this machine and would be terribel to loose it.


as Ray ran she would sudenly fall down to the ground face first,as a loud Bang can be heard as it metal body falls,sparks come out from Openings as sudently Ray would move and start Geting back up,then it would turn towards the base as from a distance,a Loud bombing voice can be heard"You Think you magick can effect me?....Fools...Why dont me test this new Body"...It was clear that was Not RAY...whatever it is...it somhow got control of Ray,s Body..But how?..Ray would give a Metal roar as its Hatches open from under its wings and hatches from its back Open aswell.


"S-...Sir...."He says in a Chaki Voice as...did VIKI effect it?...he dint know but seeing those hatches open...was not a Good.Ray would Roar once more as the engenier could still see Ray,s stats from his wrist and see Ray is arming the Missels,as he would say "Sir! Ray is arming the Missels!...What the hell did Viki do?!"

"It managed to immobilise it. In three. Two. One." The engineer counted down.


All of M-Ray's weapons were shutting down. "Lock them. Make aure that AI can't do anything."


"VIKI is more intelligent that every man, woman, and machine stationed here combined. It will adapt in seconds of an enemy attempting to attwmpt a different strategy."

Ray stop Moving as its Lights would shut down and would fall down,as Odd green mist slowli comes out of Ray and sinks inside the soil and dissapears,"God...That was close...ok we better-"he would stop as he Feels the earth chake and the ground near Ray would slowli start to Rise and Crack as sudently a stone Mantis would appear made of pure stone,It roar and would say in a Deep voice "Magick is Good but it cant stop me soul"the stone Mantis says as that seem like the same one Ray defeated...it was confusing as Ray chaterd it to bits,how can it be still alive?,The stone mantis would Roar and would look at Ray and Raise its feet.


As soon he would stomp down but Rays jaws open Catching his Leg "God Damite...I thought i Killd you!"She says as her jaws would close and shater his Leg to Pices,a Ray could Not move,as she would say on The engeniers Wrist "Get me sistems back online Hurry!"she says as The mantis would fall down but it would sink his Broken leg in the ground and it slowli starts Growing back as stone Build up...theas creatures could Rea-Build themselfs

The vehicles soon began to depart from the city. Most of the royal convoy stayed behind as ordered by the officer.


"We should arrive in 2 hours or so." Volski said through the radio.

"Roger that"he says as she would stand up and Facing the Mantis,as the stone one would Charge towards her and Ray would aswell as they would Collide each Other and chuncks of Rock Fly and Sparks,as the Wreastle each other but Ray would Bite down on its neck and Throw it down,as Ray raises its Metal Leg to stomp down and would stomp but sudently The stone of the Mantise would turn oddly Gliter with grey,as wen her metal leg hits it.sparks Fly...what the hell? "Thank you for the idea"it says as it would Open its mouth and Blue Flames shoot out slowli Freezing Ray but she manages to break the ice,stumbeling a Little,as she would look foward seeing the Mantise now Glitering slightli and this Crystal like testure on its skin....it seems this Creature uses the earth to its advantage,as ray would Unfolde its metal Blades and would charge towards him as he would aswell,Ray would slice side way and her Blade gets stuck on its Skin,and with this she would open her jaw and bite down on its neck but the stone Mantis would Chake her off and Throw her....this thing was smart and whatever its doing there must be a way to prevent it.


Ray would stand and would open her jaw and a beam would shoot out and hit the Mantise slicing one of its arms off,as it would aswell open its mouth and a Flash would shoot out and Ray was on fire but being Metal did not efect her....it seems they were similer indeed "Commander...whatever this thing is doing it has some sort of armore...Cant tell"

Kayla entered the apc with the commander while Sgt. Beckett and Akari finished moving crates with the major and and were following him towards the transport. She took a seat in front of the princes and her guard, she didn't knew if to engage in conversation with them or not...In the end she decided a little chat won't do wrong. Meanwhile the vehicle departed. She straighten her back and then said in a friendly manner, addressing the princess:


"Um ..welcome aboard and hold tight, I know its a bit too late princess with all that happened, but I didn't had the chance earlier so I'll introduce myself now. I am Captain Kayla Ariel D'Sole from the UN Japanese Division" and she made a crisp salute out of custom, forgetting that the person she was talking too wasn't military staff. Acknowledging her mistake she lowered her hand and extended it forth awkwardly. Then she turned towards the commander asking in a serious tone:


"With your permission sir, I shall act as her guide and guardian while she is with us. "

One aircraft had taken off as it circled the base and headed for ray.


It locked it's target as it dropped a tungsten deep armour penetration laser guided precision bomb. It dropped onto Ray eliminating any armour that the ray would have had.

"She already has a body guard. Why are you wanting to protect the daughter of the man who ordered the massacre of thousands of innocent civilians on earth?" The Lieutenant colonel asked Kayla.
