"Yeah! That sounds fun! Shopping is the best!" Amanda screeched happily before blushing and looking embarrassed. Okay...she was awfully bored to death, and the mention of shopping...ugh...she facepalmed and groaned. Way to go self.

You all head into the ruins of the Kino city. There are several shops still standing amidst the rubble.

"Yes!" Amanda took off, running from shop to shop excitedly. She couldn't believe all that they had! They had weapons, weapon upgrades, clothes! Some were even selling food! This was amazing! How could she have missed this on her land? It was too awesome to miss!

"Hey, Aura... What do you make of this one?"





You point out a little shop tucked in between abandoned buildings. The sign has been scorched, but is still legible.


"Fraymotifs...? Weird name. Wanna check it out?"

Duke: Go shopping


As you walk through what's left of Kino Kingdom, you find yourself jumping around from shop to shop in search of supplies for the oncoming journey to Derse. On your quest to shop till you drop, you come across a very odd store. The sign said that this was The Wickedly Wonderful. The name was weird, but you decide to give it a look.


Duke: Enter The Wickedly Wonderful


You enter the shop to see that it's a mysterious magic supplies store full of items for witchcraft and other trinkets of magical persuasion. It looked like it had everything, crystal orbs, broomsticks, cauldrons, talismans, pickled brain, etc. Upon your browsing at the shop, you manage to spot a strange book. It seemed a bit old and beaten, but the name of it really made it stick out to you. It was called Grimoire for Summoning the Zoologically Dubious. With a title like that, you just had to have it.


You purchased GRIMOIRE from the merchant. You also purchased PICKLED BRAIN just for the heck of it. It's not everyday you come across one and it would look lovely in your abode. You're definitely going to use it as a center piece.


Duke: Take a quick peek


You take a look inside and see that it contains descriptions of terribly dangerous beasts as well as instructions on summoning them. As you read on, you spot a very familiar name Oglogoth, The Deep One...That's...very interesting. As you skim through, you slowly start to figure out that this is basically a reference book for the Outer Gods or Horrorterrors as they are constantly referred to in the tome.


This book was well worth the price.


Duke: Ponder


Huh, all this Horrorterror business has got your train of thought just chugging away. Since you're already going to Derse, maybe you could meet them. It would be cool to say, ERRR, TEXT to other that you got to meet up with gods. Then again, judging by the look of these pictures, you're not sure if you really want to meet them in person.

You walk about the ruins of the city, away from the market. All the corpses had been moved from the streets by the survivors, hopefully into burial areas.


Afrien : Shop


You hover through the shopping district, browsing various wares. You come by a mysterious shop, full of strange objects. You pick up a small amulet.


"What is this?"


"A spiritual pendant. It lets you connect to the deceased."


"..."


You look at the price tag, before handing the Kino a few Boondollars.


Afrien : Put it On


You slide the Pendant on, along with the other pendant in you possession. Suddenly, your mind is filled with the presence of someone...

She already was! She bought a new necklace that was supposed to help her aim, a ring that increased her strength when she needed it....hm.....would she need anything for her bow? Ugh, she'd ask someone, but she's the only one who uses a bow in this session! She knows someone else used a bow....just who was it again? She knew it was a troll....but who was it!?
