It's nothing, really. I'm thinking that Bryant's father was set to become the Master of Laws, but died before he could start, so Maekar's father made Bryant his replacement, and he's been in the Small Council ever since. And he really does.

I'm definitely up for discussing relationships!

Most of them would probably become a npc. We might take over some of then though! I will finalize all of this with songbird today

They will be npc's; if you want to chat with them, Songbird500 and I will become them! Obviously later on, someone may want to pick them up, which is fine!

Unfortunately, I don't have a ton of time between work, other rps, and school work. But I'm sorely tempted to get an OC in there. And yes, discord is preferable.
