Okay so this was my thinking
Sicarius -> Topdeck (He needs space to fight at his most effective)
Mo + Abby -> Engine Room (Mo might need to fix shite, and Abby would be a good support - he's also hurt)
Roy + Deron -> Gunnery Deck (Roy knows how to give orders, and Summons can maybe help keep in line)
Milli + Jad -> Magazine (Melee fighters, less chance of making
Lorin + Kiel -> Bridge (Lorin is obvious and Kiel cause otherwise he might blast the other rooms to pieces)
