Don't worry. Humanity is obviously not extinct. They managed to evacuate the planet when it was made clear that there was no stopping the Roborg from taking over Earth. It doesn't mean the Humans don't mourn over the loss of their homeworld, though.

Doctor Inferno is the leader of the anthropocentric Inferno Syndicate terrorist organization. Calm, but arrogant. Strict, but fair. Organized, but mad. He dreams of overthrowing all alien governments, regardless of moral alignment, and throwing the Biocentric belief away from Human culture; he wishes the Humans to reign supreme of the Milky-Way, while those who are not to their perfect Human genetic code will be treated as animals and slaves. The reason why Captain Susan hold such bias against the Infernos is not just because of their amoral beliefs; it’s because Dr. Inferno is part of her family; he is Susan’s brother. In fact, he and Susan were conjoined twins (both their left arms were connected to each other). When they were both, the surgeons amputated their conjoined arms, hence why they were given artificial limbs.

FUN FACT: In FotSoL canon, the Martians have proven the existence of a White Hole, the opposite of a Black Hole, where it shoots out energy and atoms instead of sucking it in. Using it’s proven existence, the Martians have theorized a solution to the Humans‘ Information Paradox: it doesn’t get destroyed; it just gets reduced to the tiniest atoms by the Black Holes and it shoots right back out from a While Hole, where the tiny bits of information gets used for a different purpose in space.
