Sooooo.... these rules don’t affect Talia what so ever? Since her species never choose a side. Is this correct?

Well, kinda. Talia's species may not be part of the Galactic Alliance, but she is part of Susan's fleet, and Susan is a Human, and Humans are part of the Galactic Alliance. So, by de facto, Talia is under those rules.

Also, Meme Machine, I remembered that you told me that Talia is a bounty hunter for hire and she's part of Susan's fleet. So I thought "if Talia is a bounty hunter, then why is she in the fleet all the time?". So, after a short while of thinking, I managed to think up an excuse that you might like.

Oh? And yes, Talia is a bounty hunter, and she will accept (almost) every job given, but what’s the excuse?

Well, Talia is a Lunarim, a species that is hard to come by, and Susan has a keen interest in such rare species. So, she made a deal with Talia: if she joins her fleet, she will be paid her desired wage (normally, fleet captains are the ones who make the pays, including Susan). So, by technicality, she's a crewmember.

That works great with me! But be informed, if you wanna spice up a episode by having a request come in for Talia while she’s on Susan’s fleet, be it some random person or someone the fleet is trying to get to,I’d be happy to oblige *cackles maliciously*

Fun Fact: The Galactic Alliance has a weird habit for coming up long names for foreign conflicts. For a better understanding of what I mean, here are some given GA names for Human wars.

Second Sino-Japanese War = Chinese-Japanese Supremacy Conflict
American Civil War = United States Slavery Abolishment Country War
Iran-Iraq War = Iran-Iraq Religious & Resource Conflict
World War 2 = Secondary Planetary Conflict

Oml that’s the best. And Talia totally just gets confused whoever those are mentioned, and she’s like, “which one was that?”

I’m telling you, she’s not super intelligent. She was never given the opportunity to be. She’s observant though.

As I said, I have an interest in history, but there is one problem that I always keep running into: making the Human history from the present day to the 2100s as historically and politically accurate as possible. Making it this accurate has always been my main goal and it's not that easy. Hell, I haven't even finalized our history yet!

Oof. You know, you could refer to religious future predictions for some inspiration. I’m a big Lore fan, and I know most mythical creatures and history’s for some religions. They are really interesting.

Here's what y'all missed, Bolt and Ace.

Y'know, I was about to remind you that Krystallines are resistant to plasma, but I just remembered taking research on the temperature of plasma and the melting point of diamond. Even if Krystalline skin is stronger than diamond, plasma has the temperature of 10,000 Kelvin (17540°F) and could very likely cut diamond. So...

The One-Sided Coin The One-Sided Coin
Lux is probably aware of this. Part of his backstory is learning lots of little tips and tricks with science, biology, and stuff. Mentally, one of the smartest and practical there is. Physically, pretty strong. Not nearly the strongest. Emotionally...no. Just no.
Fun fact: My favorite class subject is history. I always find our cultural, technological, and biological evolution quite fascinating.

I love that video. It's awesome.
And surprisingly educative. I've read comments that said that it helped them pass their world history exam.
Reddit helps too. Sometimes.
Tali’s isn’t very strong, or very smart, but emotionally? She can tear you apart.
And that video man. It’s great
Huh. Good thing Lux has the emotional capacity of a spoon.
Emotional capacity of a spoon?
A figure of speech that I made up. He has little to no emotions, and it takes a lot to bring them out.
Talia has seen a lot of things. She knows how to find someone’s weak spot, and how to exploit it.
She likely already knows Lux's weak spot.
Ahh, okay. Also, you sure Lux is a Human? He is more described as some sort of android than a Human. Also, here's a couple of interstellar laws from the Galactic Alliance I thought you guys would know!

  • Neutrality Act - "In order to preserve the impartiality of the interstellar faction and the prevention of performing multiple conflicts simultaneously, this active law forbids Galactic Alliance species members from entering foreign conflicts without jurisdiction; any member caught entering a foreign conflict will be faced with severe punishment. However, the act of entering a foreign conflict will only be justified if one of the belligerents in the foreign conflict strikes the Galactic Alliance." (tl;dr: GA members are not allowed to enter foreign wars unless they attacked us first)
  • CHIRP Act (Cancellation and Halting of Interstellar Robotic Production) - "Due to the recent rise of the genocidal Roborg Empire and the cause behind it, this active law temporarily forbids construction and marketing of robots and other robot-based machines in order to reduce the risk of the Roborg virus spreading and infecting other machines and sabotage construction of military weapons and public amenities. This law also restricts the surgical insertion of robotic prosthetics; if an individual has prosthetics, then they must have medical documents proving that they have them legally." (tl;dr: Robots are pulled from the market and you need proof that you earned your robotic implants legally)
He's mostly human. There is a reveal that I was going to do later in this little series.

Also, how do you come up with this stuff!?
I'm quite creative and have a little foresight. Can ya blame me? ^_^
Not at all. Do you have like a whole page of stuff, or do you come up with this on the fly?
Usually on the fly.
Damn. That's awesome.
Nice. I couldn’t do that, lol
WIAT A MINUTE.

Do these laws only apply to the Galactic Alliance members?

CaptainRustbolt21 CaptainRustbolt21
Yes. They only apply to Galactic Alliance members.
Sooooo.... these rules don’t affect Talia what so ever? Since her species never choose a side. Is this correct?
Well, she’s part of the fleet. As a recruit. Which is part of the Alliance. She’s subject to the laws. Right?
