Good post, but I'm going to have to ask you not to stray from your personal skill-sets too much. Thou art not Caster. While I do allow a bit of creative freedom in how players want to describe skill and actions, borders can't be broken. Saying he crushed the feather in his hand and grinding it into dust is fine. However, in order to use ice magic (without being a Caster) he needs a personal skill for it (blessing of ice, ice of Helheim, etc).

Good to know. But I'm still going to need to you to edit a bit, so other players don't think they can free write what they want when fights break out. Gotta lay down ground rules.

I'm going to have to be the judge if players can't decide for themselves how fights go.

This is why you need to always give your characters more nebulous abilities. Like Vita. Bitch can just straight up manipulate heat and fire. This allows for all sorts of shenanigans beyond just the specific skills listed. So even without ever deviating from heat manipulation, I can add lots of flair.
