Erza. I didn't watch much of Fairy Tail tbh, but she seems like the type to shield me with her body if she had to. Can't trust Gilgamesh's loyalty. Emiya's either. No idea who Sayaka is...

Sayaka is the super depressed magical girl version of Emiya.

Saber (Emiya) possesses a sword that works like Gae Bolg. He also can forge weapons through his Territory Creation skill. He's basically Archer, but better (to me at least :p)
