Yup. And that's why I leave that sort of thing to the player. Fate does all sorts of crazy thing with lore. The same soul manifested in two different Servants? Or, perhaps they were two different people. One killed Fafnir, one killed another nameless dragon, but historians just lump them together. I'm pretty much fine either way.

LSaber n DSaber -- barely know each other, but very similar in a sense. Met once (cause I lored it)
LSaber n LCaster -- Ought dislike each other on principal, but chances are they've never met either (unless we lore it). Saber would've heard of Caster tho.
DSaber n DRider -- May have met (if lored so), but would also dislike on principal. DSaber at least would definitely dislike.
LCaster n DRider-- ??? Whatever u guys want to make I guess.
LSaber n DRider-- Dislike on principal. If Garm/Fenrir are the same ppl, that is doubly true.
DSaber n LCaster-- Umm, also dislike on principal, I guess...

DRider and LCaster wouldn't pair well personality-wise. They'd be on neutral terms, like 'an enemy of my enemy is an ally' sort of terms since they both despise the gods for their own reasons.
But a Chuuni and an Edgelord who both have unimagineable powers in the same room never ends very well.
