That said, I'm going to stick to leaning in Xel's favor in his one. Interpretations aside, Alex being able to speedslinging spells the pierce B-Rank Magic Resistance is a bit much for my tastes. At least this early into the RP. Maybe she can prep time some spells to combat her, but off the cuff stuff like this will be no-sold until further notice. To lore it, even if she able to employ the same 'different dynamics' that Medea does, she's nowhere near her level on raw ability, so she fails regardless.

High-Speed Divine Words (高速神言 , Kousoku Shingon?) is the power to activate thaumaturgy without the use of Magic Circuits. The language of the Age of Gods, back when words played a heavy role in spellcasting. To a user of Divine Words, actualization of mysteries is not done through a process, but more through a direct order. A power long lost by modern magi.

Words don't require skill to use, rather the true skill is the ability to use them. It's a yes or no deal as far as context clues go; you either can or cannot use them and I guess the power of it all comes from the amount of mana the caster possesses. It makes things simple, if you have the power to cast a certain spell, let's say servant killing which according to caster's page is...

...capable of destroying the body of a Servant with a direct hit. Just the use of one single beam would normally require a magic circle, ten count aria, and one minute of casting for a normal magus, and still thirty seconds with a High-Speed Aria.

Let's note that Divine Words don't use magic circuits for a moment, which is why it has it's own clause when it comes to Mag Res. Mag Res can't govern something that doesn't use chants or doesn't require chants and if people say it ultimately just cancels it out, then people forget Medea bound Saber (and we don't even know if she used Divine Words for that)

The only other instance of it being used is Fate Go, which I will ignore for now because I can't comment on Circe and Nicotis and their version's info is in the data books, I can't read Japanese, and my translator is being a I'm uncultured about it. This is the only other instance, to my knowledge, that Divine Words are used, so if anyone can correct that would be cool.

TLDR: If you can say the words, you're basically Caster's equal in terms of pure damage output (Not capacity)
