For the sake of fairness, since you've got Dory with you I'm going to impose an 'engagement post' requirement on you guys. Basically, you just need to split 'arriving at the fight' and 'beginning our attack' into two posts, so Team Caster has time to react properly. Unless they don't mind you guys just jumping in right away. I might make it a permanent requirement for characters entering an ongoing battle.
