I think normal grades in the ranking system can reach up to +++. EX is in a league of its own and can't be quantified by that system, but A+++ would probably be the closest to in in terms of order.

As I understand it, the plus equates to potential to surpass the higher rank.

B+ =2xA, B++ = 3xA, etc...but I may have read the wiki wrong *shrug*

There's potential to temporary surpass a higher rank, but something like B+ is still generally weaker than A. I don't think the surpassing thing would work between EX and A++, since the former is beyond the usual parameters.

If Eli survives, most of Team Caster's time will probably be spent cooking, redecorating, and arguing .
