Something to think about... there are Origin Bullets for servants, and the way I see it, Saber doesn't really look like the type to dodge.

Something unique to Kiritsugu. TL: DR He sawed off some ribs, used it and his own personal origin to create bullets that fuck over people who use mana. But since Kiritsugu isn't in this rp nobody would have such a thing. Also they don't work against servants, hence why he never just walked up and shot servants.
