War...

War had scarred the very foundations of the earth, the claws of death gnawing away at the fabrics of humanity invitingly as people were being slew and killed by the thousands. It was the Era of Dragons and it was those same creatures that have held a dominant grip over the once beautiful continent of Earth Land for countless centuries. Since anybody can remember, humans were always good for the dragons and slaves for their own twisted amusements. The creatures had all but ruled with an iron fist as rebellions were often crushed rapidly, and humans were constantly put in their place by their draconic overlords. Everybody knew that it was a fools errand to even try and stand up to their draconic oppressors as death would be swift, and it was this that you would be greeted with should anybody stand up against the chaos. As the years went by, small pockets of human civilisation had risen up from the shackles of slavery to construct grand cities of marble and stone, to forming small trivial communities in the vast woodlands of the continent. The continent split into many different kingdoms, such as Stella, Caelum, Peregrande the largest, and Fiore the most beautiful. It was in Fiore, where the Dragon King Festival or rather, the Dragon War, would begin.

The war started with small uprisings from all corners of Earth Land. As time went by, more and more pockets of humanity had discovered the art of magic under the tutelage of a single unknown source, and began to revel in its power. As more and more humans began to imbue themselves with Ethernano and in turn train themselves as mages, they thought it was time to take the fight to their oppressors, their slavers and their lords, and fight for the one thing they all wanted so dearly...

...Freedom.

After a full two years of fighting, large battles continuously broke out all across the continent, Earth Land being one large battleground and an even larger crumbled ruin, mankind didn't stand a chance. Crushed at every battle, every siege, the dragons always came out on top. The bulk of cities humanity had worked so hard to build were destroyed by a mere beat of a dragons wings, their armies carved out with a mere scratch of a dragons claw. Everything seemed hopeless as humanity soon discovered that normal magic barely scratched the scales of these gigantic beasts. The armies of mankind knew that their strength paled in comparison to the strength and superiors of the dragons. Whilst some continued to fight, some even swore fealty to the dragons, and fought alongside them. Humanity thought themselves defeated, however, the war was just about to begin.

Much like any conflict, there were sympathisers to both sides. And as some of the humans saw cause in the dragons reason for rule, there were also some dragons that saw wisdom in the humans side of things, and thus fought alongside them. These dragons came up with a plan as to how they would be able to tip the war in humanities favour. They decided that they would amount their majesty onto the human race and teach them something most valuable. The art to kill a dragon. Dragon Slayer Magic.

It was with this, that the war could finally begin.

X305

Five years into the events of the Dragon King Festival, Dragon Slayers increased in number, the strongest of them leading villages and some even embarking out on their own or in small groups, helping any they can find; fighting for freedom like the rest. Even still nobody is truly safe. Settlements come and go, people live and die, and it is seemingly just an endless cycle. The war, currently, is at it's height. And this is where the story begins.

Kyuubey Kyuubey

Sunlight beamed down onto the earth, caressing it protectively as it soothed the foundations of the earth with its gentle and friendly touch. The warmth of the sun radiated upon the figure of a blonde young woman, clad in a pristine armour. Her skin a pale colour and her hair, golden, the sword she donned had an elegant design and each step she took was seemingly calculated in some way or another. Stood atop the ruins of an old and crumbled watch tower, Elizabeth held her flag proudly as the gently gust of wind grew violent and more abusive as it ran through her robes like a hand to hair, causing both the navy blue robes on her armour and the flag atop her holy lance to flutter about excitedly. As the wind slowly dissipated, the young warrior sat down, perched on the edge of the ruined watch tower. From where she stood, Elizabeth could see a field green with health. Evidently it had been untouched by the war and thus was a diamond surrounded by thorns. The lance in her hand dissipated into a golden frenzy of magic particles as Elizabeth jumped down from the tower and onto the ground below with an elegance unmatched.

Walking through the field now, Eliza eventually made her way towards a wooded region rich with life. Trees and vegetation encompassing the entirety of the place, beautiful cherry blossom trees and red leafed oaks, it was a sight to behold. A look of concern formed on the woman's face as she searched around for her partner, Ellyse. El was always at Elizabeth's side and the two were not only partners, but best friends as well. "El! Hurry up dear, I think I've found something interesting." She called out aloud, in the hopes that her partner would heed her call and arrive promptly. After waiting five minutes or so, Elizabeth decided to continue onward and hope that Ellyse would catch up. Which undoubtedly, the woman most definitely would. Trudging through the dense woods, enriched with beauty and life, Elizabeth remained in total awe as she watched the animals play and the plants flourish. Eventually, she made her way out of the woods and what she saw on the other side was simply astounding. Stood atop a cliff, Eliza overlooked what seemed to be an entire city. It was deep within a ravine and it was walled off with towering walls, and the magic that surrounded the city masked its presence from the ever present threat of s dragon attack. Eliza's face lit up as her purple hues looked at the city with awe. "Simply amazing..." she remarked, running down the large cliff/hill and towards the gates of the city. Upon identifying herself to the guards outside and recording her arrival at the registrars office just outside, Eliza entered the city that was known as Dunlayn.

"This city must be one of the last cities from before the war, that is still intact and heavily populated. Amazing. How have they survived like this, out in the open for so long?" She asked herself, walking around to see bakers baking and blacksmiths smithing. Even small collectives of mages known as Guilds lived in this city. Despite having travelled nearly the entirety of the continent with her partner, this was something new to the both of them. It was truly amazing. Having had walked around the city in absolute awe, Elizabeth found herself inside a grand cathedral nearby to a busy inn full of people. As she knelt down and clasped her hands together in prayer. Elizabeth prayed for the city and its people. For all of this, it was too good to be true. The dragons would soon find this place, and they would destroy it just like the rest. But for now, humanity had a safe haven to cultivate and grow, to grow stronger and to form allegiances.

IMG_1681.JPG

But, how long would such a thing last?

<For the time being, everybody will be located within this city. Feel free to be doing whatever you like. Venture out, drink at the inn, spar with people, form guilds, prepare for the battles to come... and enjoy!>

Location: The Lonesome and populated City.

The city was absolutely filled with people of all kinds. Wizards, Typical humans, as well as children who ran around playing or walking somewhere with their parent.Christina, however, watched from an Alley, not able to help but feel jealous of these children who had their biological parents with them. Her foster mother had revealed the big secret a year after her brother died and told her that their parents abandoned them inside a cave as infants. Christina was hurt to hear this, but still hasnt figured out why their parents abandoned two infants inside a cave. She was even sure that she would never get to ask and find out for herself. Nonetheless, she was happy to have her foster Dragon mother who happily raised the two, tried to protect them with the best of her ability, as well as teach them magics that they grew to know and embrace. She realised that she had been thinking far too long on the subject and pulled her mind back into the real world. Christina backed into the Alley and spun to put her back towards the street she had just been facing, going deeper into the alley. I need to figure out everything my mother asked of me... And then report to the leaders... the wizard thought to herself, jumping on top of a dumpster and creating platforms to walk on. All of which vanished once she no longer stood on them.

Now standing on a rooftop, she began to look around at the city from within her blindfold. This blindfold was enchanted and allowed her to have Sonar Vision when wearing them. The blindfold also gave her more of a mysterious look as well as hid her identity from everyone. The only creature that knows of her face, is her foster mother. Christina lifted her hands to her face, reaching for the end of the blindfold and pulling it down some to look at the world around her. A blue sky with white fluffy clouds, green trees and grass, even specks of colors from flowers within the grass. Mountains, birds, everything was here and it was beautiful. Even the city itself was nice, she had to admit. Especially with the cathedral spat in the middle of the place. Pulling her blindfold back over her eyes, she seen the world in Sonar once again and made her way over to the Cathedral, jumping from rooftop to rooftop with the constant clicking of her heels from hitting the rooftop shingles.

Finally approaching the Cathedral, she began to platform once again, all the way to the top of the highest tower, grasping onto the top to keep herself from falling. We'll see what I can find... Maybe tonight I can start searching for possible secret passages. When the dragons attacked, she wanted to make sure that all the information given to her leaders were accurate and would insure the sucess of the Dragons winning the war. Shifting her position, she looked in another direction. "Excuse me, are you alright?" a sudden voice came from behind her, causing the Wizard to whip her head towards the direction of the voice and see a figure of a woman who seemed to be...Pulled up by ribbons? Odd magic... Christina, didnt reply to the girl and gave her a soft nod. Did she see me come up here without me realising? the thought of this continued to linger in her mind while her Katana had been resting on her back in its seath. As much as she wanted to grab her sword, she hadnt done it yet just in case this wizard wasnt a threat. But she was ready to react as quick as she needed to.

Anne Gustav Britt-21 Britt-21

Countless small, egg-shaped gems of different colors sat neatly organized on top of a wooden table, with countless people hovering over and admiring their unnatural sparkling and play-of-light. Anne, keeping a close eye on potential thieves, was happily explaining to those same people the miracles this 'jewelry' would bring. Questions were asked and questions were answered, and the small lady was happy to demonstrate that magic could be created -- by whipping firearms out of thin air and shooting down a bird or two. Of course, she knew in the back of her mind that without the level of expertise a veteran had, there weren't enough of these miracle-makers in existence to fend off even a single dragon, let alone an army of them. And of course Anne's heart sunk whenever she was reminded that she was selling false hope. But all she could do was trust her team back at the bunker that Swan Eggs would become better the more data they got, and her sole purpose was tor provide that data... that's why she was out here.

"Now, I know what y'all are thinking. You ain't the first ta feel like the prices on such... unreliable things 'r higher than they ought ta be," she said, inspecting a particular Egg that appeared much less lustrous than its brethren before smacking it onto the table, shattering it. Such a faulty device would have proven to be a scam... "But the more resources y'all put forth, the better we can make them. And keep in mind that ya can't mass-produce natural magic, or Dragon Slayers." As she paused, something caught Anne's attention. On top of what she believed to be this town's cathedral was a figure, difficult to make out simply because of how far away it was... but if this town was like the ones she'd been to, it probably wasn't normal. Also she wanted a reason to stop talking to so many people. With the wave of a hand, a net of surreal yellow ribbons threaded cleanly over the selection of Eggs, uncomfortably hot to discourage thieves, as the woman stood up and made her way through. "Now, find what you might like and wait a while. I... have a lil' business ta tend to elsewhere." Well, it wasn't good, but an excuse was an excuse.

...

Anne looked around one last time, now quite sure that she had no followers, and slung a web of ribbons to the gutter of the roof from the inside of her sleeve. A small tug was all it took to pull her up, and with a few more webs, she ended up close enough to the figure to realize that it was a person. So then she wasn't crazy yet. "Excuse me, are you aright?" The white-haired lady turned around and Anne instantly took notice of her blindfold. "Oh..!" A blind woman on top of a construct the height of a dragon..? She didn't quite care how what was used to get up, but getting back on solid ground would cost a life if she was left without help. "Okay, I know you might be confused, but you're in good hands, ma'am!" the blonde cried as she cast yet another ribbon spell. A circular safety-net hung midair under the blindfolded victim, ready to lower as soon as it caught something. "Now don't be afraid to jump! It won't be long 'fore you're back ta safety, aright?" It felt good to be in the right place at the right time.

In The Lost City Of Shangri-Blah-Blah-Blah
Mentioned: Salt Lord Salt Lord
Dmitri Desolous Deathchap was happy to see people again after so long. He accompanied a caravan carrying a family of five into the city for they had seen his currently armored body and assumed, and rightly so, that he was a fighter of some sort. They offered plenty to safeguard them on their travel to the city, it's name he didn't manage to catch and referred to it as 'The City whenever it was brought up in a conversion with one of the children, and he accepted the task of bringing them to city safely.

Now that they have reached their destination, he was given money from the husband, bread and milk from the wife, and hugs and pleas to see him from the tiny humans before they went further into the city. He was waving them goodbye as they went and the moment they had disappeared from his vision he stopped waving.

"Well." He began, his voice echoing in the Black Curtain, making him sound like a gruff and aged veteran of war instead of the joyful and loud bone man that he was. He brought up a thick was of Jewels to his face and stared at it as if he was trying to divine the meaning of life from it. "What do I do now?" 3D didn't usually wear his armor inside the city but it was better that he did, one look at his bony bone white complexion and he was sure that there'd be a panic and he'd end up on the receiving end of whatever would happen afterwards. His body fully concealed in his Black Curtain he began to do what aimless wanderers do, wander aimlessly. He planned to continue to do so until something eventually came up and he was sure that something was bound to come up. Some issue in need of peaceful resolution or someone to hold a conversation with.

Then he came upon a wooden table with the most colorful collection of egg trinkets he's seen in his whole unlife. It looked like they were for sale but from the way that it seemed to be protected by a net of, of all things, magical ribbons and the fact that there was no one minding it meant that the seller was off somewhere else. Out of curiosity he gingerly poked the net once.

"Hm. I might as well. I don't have much to do anyways. " With arms crossed he decided to wait for the owner.

The young woman tread through the forest with nothing but the outfit adorning her frame and a raggedy map within her hands. A confused expression was visible upon her features as she looked around the wilderness that surrounded her. Finally she came to a stop, peering closely at the map as she twisted it about in some vain attempt to make sense of it. "Papa said it should be around here...." She let out a small sigh as she resumed her trek. Eventually the trees began to thin revealing a massive ravine stretched out before her. She stepped up to the ledge, her eyes going wide as she gazed out over the expansive city that lay below. She had never seen anything like it. Everything about it was so alien to her usual surroundings. And yet it was here that she was suppose to live.

She took a deep breath to regain her composure before walking off the ledge, falling gracefully to the ground below. Her eyes danced around trying to take in every inch of the scenery. Her head spun so much to take in all the sights that she almost began to feel dizzy. Her amazement caused her to have more than a couple run-ins with other people making their way down the streets to which she gave a quick apology before continuing on her way. While she had been told to come here and live among humans she wasn't told much of anything about them. Pry as she might, Vysoria never budged and adamantly refused to tell her anything. Truth be told she figured he just didn't know himself but didn't want to admit it. Still the fact left her unsure of how to proceed.

The rumble of her stomach brought her back to the present. Regardless of her fascination she would have to find something to eat. Ever since entering the city she had seen virtually no wildlife other than a few birds. She certainly couldn't hunt the people that lived there so she couldn't help but wonder how they got their food. The girl came to a stop and tilted her head back, sniffing the air. There was no mistaking it, that was the smell of cooked meat. Following the scent she finally found herself in front of a kiosk filled with a variety of meat. Without even a moment's hesitation she snatched a piece and quickly began to devour it. "Oi! What the hell do you think you're doing!?"

The deep, rough voice yelled at her from behind the kiosk causing her to focus on the large muscle-bound man. "You are going to pay for that, right?" The words almost went in one ear and out the other as she gave the man a confused look. The shop owner's anger visibly grew as he pointed accusingly at her. "Money. M-O-N-E-Y. Pay it for the food!" Her confused expression only grew alongside his anger. "Money? I don't think I have anything called that..." Despite the situation her voice was calm, almost monotone. The man's rage boiled over as he slammed his fist on the counter. "Don't screw with me! You can't just walk up and steal my food without paying me! If you don't have money you'll just have to pay for it some other way!" The man had half a mind to deck the girl. He had dealt with thieves before but never one so brazen as to just stand there like this. While she couldn't understand the man's anger, or this money thing he wanted, she did at least understand the concept of work. Of course she wasn't sure how slaying a dragon is rightful compensation for a small piece of meat, but if that was the custom...

The city was filled with many happy faces, of all kind. The skies were clear, letting the rays from the beautiful sun beam down onto the magnificent city, letting anyone who's not within the city stand in awe because of it's beauty. Though the people of the city wasn't expecting the return of one of their famous visitors. Coming from nowhere, and striking through the clear skies, a lightning bolt strikes on top of the city's sacred cathedral. When the smoke cleared, it was revealed that Noah Cross, the only Djinn Mage, has arrived in this great city drunk yet again. He was hanging from the pole on top of the Cathedral's far left tower, with his leather flask filled with wine in his other hand. He took a huge swig, completely downing the rest of it. Once he finished, he inhaled and began to yell using a partial take over from his sound djinn to increase his voice. "HELLOOOOOOOO GREAAAATT CITYYYYY!!!! NOAH CROSS HAS ARRIIIIIIVEDDD!!" After making his grand announcement, he took a deep breath, before leaping of the tower and descending towards the ground, where his decent slowed as he levitated the rest of the way down. After landing, Noah began his drunken march towards the nearest pub he could remember.

Dunlayn Cathedral; Central Prayer Alter
Upon entering the cathedral, Elizabeth was taken aback by the sheer beauty and grace of the building. Marble pillared adjourned the interior as they held up the second floor, and large yet beautifully crafted stained glass windows filled the area; the sunlight shining onto them, brightening up the many colours as light peered into the ancient building. As her weapons dematerialised into golden magical particles before vanishing entirely, back into the pocket dimension from whence they came, Eliza walked down through the cathedral halls with her hands positioned behind her back. Every single step she took seemed to echo about in the large building, her heeled boots emminating her presence, making her known. Upon further inspection, Elizabeth saw many people filling the contents of the cathedral, all of which were either praying or reading g the many hymns/sermons from the holy books that filled the place. "This place is a gem, simply beautiful." She said, "A gem in the eyes of the lord." She continued, before proceeding onwards yet again at towards the back of the cathedral where the main prayer alter was.

When she got there, Elizabeth took the cross amulet from her neck and kissed it, before touching her right shoulder, left shoulder, then her forehead, followed by her hands clasping together flat underneath her chin as she knelt down by the alter and began to pray. As she knelt there quietly in prayer, a faint golden light seemingly encased her and the sunlight shone through the stained glass windows benevolently as the choir sang their songs. It was a beautiful sight, and an exalted feeling. Praying was when Eliza felt lost relaxed, it was then that she could commune directly to the lord, ask him for guidance and elightenment for whatever reasons she needed it, all of them for good of course. It was also whilst praying, that Eliza most felt the presence of Amaya, the dragon who had nurtured her and raised her in place of her parents. After a few moments of deep prayer, a loud thunderclap emanated through the entirety of the cathedral, everyone in prayer quickly snapped out of it due to the loud noise. Elizabeth continued to remain focused on the prayer at hand, until the choir too stopped in panic and fled the holy place, and a sole, lonely speck of dust fell down and into Eliza's brow. Her eyes opened, a look at sharp as daggers in her purple orbs as she stood up slowly, and walked out of the cathedral in order to find the perpetrator.

IMG_1683.GIF

"Who would do such an inconsiderate thing. Countless people were at prayer and now it has all been ruined. Who silenced the choir and their beautiful hymn?" She questioned, quietly to herself as she left the cathedral and stood outside. Upon view, she saw a rather tall male with long, well kept purple hair walking in the opposite direction to the cathedral and towards a pub. Eliza, infuriated by this mans inconsiderate and rude actions, began to glow a very bright and intense golden light as she strolled up towards him. "You!" She called out, "How dare you! Strolling around making a racket and blasting yourself atop of the cathedral. You halted the choirs singing and you disrupted our prayer." With that, Eliza's fist began to glow a golden light as she thruster her fist towards the male. As her enchanted fist came into contact with the mans body, a small shockwave was formed as strong winds propelled the man into the air combined with the sheer strength of her blow. The man would find himself tumbling and flying at speeds into the nearest obstacle in his path, which by the looks of things was going to be that pub he was heading to originally. After her spout of anger, and realising that in actuality, she had just assaulted a civilian, Elizabeth gasped. "Forgive me, O Holy One." She muttered, as she hastily ran after the man who was careening towards the pub. "You will be okay!" She called out. "I mean, I didn't even punch you that hard, did I?" At least, that was what she thought. As the man blasted through the walls of the pub Eliza followed him in, and knelt over the man with a hand outstretched and an awkward smile on her face. "I am so truly sorry for what I have done. Forgive me, stranger. That aside, my name is Elizabeth Goldenheart, and it is a pleasure to meet you."

Elly!

IMG_1685.JPG

Thud
. Elly fell backwards upon the green field that spanned beneath her, nose scrunching up at each gentle blade that tickled various parts of her skin. It was refreshing to simply lay there, worries snatched up by the breeze that passed by, taking the giant fluffs of white cloud along for a ride. What was even more exciting to her was the ability to rest her screaming and aching muscles. Now, Elly was a fit individual. Having to trek the lands far and wide for days at a time definitely helped build a physique that was well trimmed. But exploring them with Lizzy? That was a whole different story. The woman was as nazi as they came when it pertained to 'not stopping'. " Just one more mountain, Elly. Just one more. " Elly's face contorted into one of annoyance at the memory floating tauntingly within the front of her mind. Two curly pigtails sprawled out messily upon the warm Earth and a sigh slipped outwards as she tried to live in the moment and bask in the suns rays. Of course this time of serenity and tranquility didn't last long as Elizabeth's voice was carried over the hill to reach her ears.

" El! Hurry up dear, I think I've found something interesting
."

Even though it was disrupting the peace, the woman's voice was still sweet and soothing. Elly could sense the wonder and awe dripping from the words and she soon sat up from the wave of curiosity that followed. " I wonder what she's on about now... " The words tumbled from her mouth, hands sliding into the foliage as she came to a complete stand.

" Yeah, El, hurry up! "

" Elly she's leaving you! "

" Ellyse, that woman sure left in a hurry. "

" You better go after her or else you'll be left behind!
"

A random flurry of voices were heard echoing about as if she were in an empty room or a cave. Elly reacted to them with a frown and a quick shake of her head that sent strands dancing about. " HEY LIZZY WAIT UP! " The woman called out, snatching up her traveling pack and darting after her companion. To her surprise Elizabeth was already out of sight and as her frenzied steps, that almost resulted in a good tripping, brought her over the next hill they came to a freezing halt once the town came into view. It loomed out before Elly like a neat blanket of remarkable beauty, full of life and adventure. A buzzing utopia filled with people and the mere sight of it made a rushed exhale of breath audibly leave her lungs to force its way past her parted lips. Very few things caught her off guard in life now but this definitely made the list. Aware that this was probably the other mages exclaimed discovery, Elly soon headed down to seek her out. All the appropriate identification and information was passed at the gate and entrance was granted without any problems.

There were stands with baked goods, fruits and vegetables, and small items that seemed like a luxury. People were laughing and smiling, alive and dead alike. Her head tilted to and fro as she watched these subtle interactions between everyone. She stood dead still, almost drawn in completely until the thought of finding Elizabeth snapped her out of the daze. A tall building loomed in the middle of the bustling city and it had the woman's name written all over it. Not literally. But it sure was somewhere that she knew Lizzy would be drawn to. It reeked of holiness and all that was good in the world so with unrivaled confidence she made her way there. Big glassy windows, painted with a delicate care and craftsmanship that demanded applause, spanned alongside the building. Elly peered through them, a smile tugging at her lips as she watched Elizabeth quietly from outside, knowing to simply keep her distance and not go barging in when she was praying. This was one of the few times that her silly and trouble seeking nature was kept at bay without a struggle.

A loud crack followed by a booming noise from above made her almost fall over, fingers fumbling for a grip against the cracks in the bricks as both eyes went extremely wide. " That isn't good... " She murmured, trying to find the source of the commotion and knowing full well that her blonde haired partner was about to go searching for whomever did it too. A purple haired man started floating down from the rooftops and Elly's eyes narrowed as she turned into a ghost from the peaked emotion and started stomping towards him. No sound was made and she hadn't even realized she had made the transition, simply fueled by irritation for this person interrupting Liz's prayers. She got right in his face, hovering so her nose was inches from his, a finger rapidly poking the man in the chest but simply going through it due to its ethereal nature. " You're loud and obnoxious, I oughta make you cry you purple girl wannabe. What kind of man grows his hair out like that anyways? Oh and you reek of booze. You can't even hold your liquor, what a wimppppp. " Her nose and lips scrunched up as she passed through him, peering at his hindside as a laugh bubbled forth. " You certainly have a butt shaped like a womans. Kudos to that, it's quite round! But back on topic, how dare you just barge around. People are praying here. You better say sorry or else you'll be sorry! Lizzy is gonna be so mad, if I were you I would run. Don't say I didn't warn you though if you stick around! " Elly spun around once again, ghostlike form dissipating as her shoes touched down upon the ground as if gently being put down.

" Can you believe this guy? He's even wearing a dress. " She said with a hand covering her mouth, directing the words to a lifelike ghost of a man who was staring at the interaction between the two. It's not like she could tell the difference anyways and at this point the guy probably thought she was crazy for talking to herself. " Oooooooh here she comes and she's looking spookier than ever! You're in trouble. " Elly did her best to contain her laughter, though a rather adorable smug look plastered itself on her face. The whole scene unfolded before her and it was as comedic as would have been expected. As the man was sent flying from the not so gentle punch, well it was quite timid in regards to how hard Lizzy could punch, she went into ghost form again and waved as he went flying straight through her chest and off into the nearest building. " Ouch, that probably tickled! " She cheered Lizzy on, skipping after the two and casually peering over the woman's shoulder as she bent down to extend a hand to him. She was grinning happily within his view as her hair waterfalled over Liz's chest, scoping out the damage done. " I warned ya didn't I? " It was almost a taunt but it did have a bit of sympathy mixed in. After all he did just get randomly assaulted and she knew first hand how much a hit from Elizabeth could hurt.

Christina stared at the girl who assumed that she was confused and began to say she was in good hands. I'm not in good hands. You're my enemy. she thought to herself. The girl continued on and Christina finally realised what was going on: This girl thought she was in danger! This girl is absolutely crazy... She doesnt even ask why I'm up here. Why I wear a blindfold... Dont tell me she thinks I'm blind. Just the thought of it made Tina clench her jaw because whenever someone assumed she was blind, it only made her dislike the person a hundred times more than before they assumed her being blind. I could fight her, but I could also risk being spotted up on this tower by other wizards. Fighting was a simple solution and since this girl seemed to be off her guard, Tina could catch her by surprise and cut her down swiftly. But before she could do anything more, a sudden lightning strike came from the left side of the Cathedral. Looking over, she seen another Wizard, who took a drink of whatever was in his hand and began to sceam out to the city before jumping off the smaller tower of the large structure. Slowly, she began to reach for her weapon Did I walk into a trap? Are these Wizards playing me for a fool?

Her mother was right, these humans were horrible creatures. Christina couldnt believe that she shared the same skin as them, the same appearance. Her biological parents were just as bad, what made her think that these people would be even better? Two wizards, one female, one male. One clearly cares for my safety while the other... Taking a glance down at where the male figure had landed, he was walking very oddly and she made the deduction quite quickly He's drunk. So I should be okay. She also took note of the net that the female probably made for her to jump on. That net can be a potential trap. As soon as I jump into it, she could bring the edges to the center point and treat me as an animal. If it hadnt been obvious already, she thought ahead of her enemies, wether they planned to do such a trick or not. She wasnt a fool to fall for something like that. Glancing at the smaller tower nearby, she released the pole she had been hanging onto and ran down the shingles, taking a leap right into the next tower and grasping the pole atop the roof. Now that she created some more distance, she felt more at ease...

Till someone began to yell from down below.

Looking back towards the ground for the second time, she seen someone coming out from the Cathedral and she did not sound very happy. A light emitted from her fist and soon it slammed into the man who was drunk, sending him hurling towards a nearby pub. Her heart dropped to her stomach as she witnessed this. This had to be a distraction...Right? Right?! The woman rushed into the building that the man crashed into as if she just realised she slammed a glowing fist into the poor sod's face. Christina's heart started to pick up in pace, her worry growing more... Once she got away from these people, she would be able to relax and take a breath. Killing is only needed if its an emergency. This doesnt seem like one but I do feel massively threatened.. Especially with that Woman who just punched a man's head off his shoulders... Maybe these wizards didnt actually plan on ambushing her?... Why was she thinking like this!? They were the enemy! They could trick her! They could befriend her and then betray her without a second thought! No. She wasnt going to be swayed this way. I just need to collect my thoughts and I'll be okay Let's just get away before anyone else notices im here. Hopefully that one girl is distracted. Releasing the pole she hung from, she slid off the shingles and used her platforms to get down to the ground.

Just as her feet connected with the stone floor, she began to run off, wind flowing through her hair and her heels rapidly clicking against the stones. She turned into a empty alley and pressed her hand against the wall, panting softly as she looked behind her, ahead of her, as well as above her and seeing no wizard in sight. "I need to be more careful. Climbing The tallest buildings are not the best ideas." she said to herself as she began reaching into the band around her torso where she pulled out a photo of her brother while her other hand lifted pulled off the wall and lifted her blindfold. Her back leaned up against the brick building while she looked down at the photo, giving him a small smile "I'm doing this for you... You didnt deserve what you had coming to you." she pressed her lips softly to the picture and slipped it right back into the band and pulled her blindfold right back down.

Gareth Alber
It had been weeks since Gareth had set out from home, stopping by the various villages he found along the way to rest. He was no closer to finding his mentor than when he had started. Whenever he asked someone if they had seen him they either looked at him as if he were a lunatic or simply said they had not seen him. His so far, fruitless efforts disappointed him but he was far from giving up. Besides, he found a great deal of joy in exploring the world he has never gotten to see growing up. He was nervous when he first exited the forest he had lived in for nearly all of his life but he quickly began to appreciate the wonders he seemed to find around every turn. Sure he has learned a lot about Earthland in books but seeing it for himself was an entirely new and exciting experience.

Although he had seen a number of things on his adventure so far, Gareth had yet to see a single dragon, let alone Curiox. It was strange since he had been told many times about how dangerous they were and the problems they caused for humanity. There WAS one time when he thought he saw something flying in the horizon out of the corner of his eye but it was gone the moment he turned to get a better look.

Eventually, Gareth came to the end of the forest he had been walking in for a while and climbed a moderately sized hill. Once he reached the top he saw what was perhaps the most marvelous thing he had seen yet. In his view was a settlement that could easily be called a city. It seemed to be sprawling and in good condition. He could even see some people moving about. Gareth had never seen something so grand looking in his life. It made his village look like a lone log cabin in some remote forest. The man quickly set out towards the city, an eager glint in his eyes.

Upon arriving, Gareth asked a local for the name of the settlement and learned that it was known as Dunlayn. He took his time examining the numerous buildings, shops, and people that filled the streets. Everything was so lively that it was easy to forget that humanity was currently in a rather dark age. His exploration of the city was interupted when a loud bang rang out a short distance away. It sounded just like a thunderclap which Gareth found strange since the sky was very clear. Curious, he began navigating towards the area of the event and arrived just in time to see a man fly right past him and into the bar directly behind him.

At that moment, a woman with glowing fists, the one who assaulted the man he gathered, ran after the purple haired man with a look of slight worry. She was tailed by a younger girl with pale skin and soon they entered the bar through the now gaping hole in the wall to presumably check on the man's health. Naturally, such a ridiculous situation piqued Gareth's interest so he walked over to the scene to see what was going on as well.

He kneeled down next to the man who had bern blasted through the wall, examining him thoroughly. After a few moments Gareth stood up and turned towards the two girls.

"He appears to be alright. No noteworthy injuries apart from a minor concussion." Gareth informed them, adjusting his glasses casually as he spoke.

After landing gracefully, Noah didn't manage to walk 5ft before hearing a feminine voice yelling at him from behind. He stopped in his tracks and turned around, to see a beautiful girl with pigtails, which somewhat remains him of a girl he once knew in his younger days. She seemed angry but Noah was drunk off countless bottles of fine wine. He kept a grin on his face as he looks at the girl yelling at him. He couldn't even comprehend the words that were coming out of her mouth, so Noah simply nodded as if he knew what she was saying. As she ended, yet another beautiful angry woman exited the cathedral. She marched towards him, moving her mouth expecting Noah to understand, but he didn't. The girls sounded like they were being muffled and the very world seemed to be spinning. Then without warning the armor girl punches Noah, sending him to the very destination he was headed to. He burst into the pub sliding across the floor just to hit his had against the bar counter. Everything was in a haze. He was vision was blurred and his hearing was muffled. Soon everything seemed to clear up, his hearing, his sight, and even his buzz was gone. Before him was the very girls who were yelling at him just moments ago, plus some bookworm dork looking fellow. The armored girl, introduced herself with a smile and a hand. "I'm Noah Cross." He said taking her hand. As he stood up he stumbled back against the bar. He groaned as he turned to the bar keep. "Hit me with a mug of wine." He said rubbing his head. He then looks back towards the group behind him, then back at the bartender. "Make that four mugs." Noah then turns around and walks to a table near the back. "Come join me, Elizabeth, Pigtails, and glasses." Noah said as he sat down. "Bartender, hit me with the usual!" He yelled across the room. "So huh lets start with intros shall we? I'm Noah Cross as I've said before, and I'm sadly from Pergrande Kingdom." He then looks over at Elly. "What about you pigtails? What's your name?" He said with a soft smile.

In The Lost City Of Shangri-Blah-Blah-Blah
Mentioned: Xel Xel
3D waited for a few more minutes for the storekeeper to appear. Several people had already left, tired of waiting for him or her to show up. Finally when he was the only left that was paying attention to it he looked around for a few moments before shrugging. Tentatively he reached for the ribbon net and wiggled his hand through it, careful to not knock over any of the trinkets. He reached around blindly for one of the egg trinkets and upon coming into contact with one, grabbed it and held on firmly before gently pulling out. He inspected the strange egg shaped trinket, exotic and shiny, for a few moments before he made the plating that would usually cover the stomach retract, letting him place the trinket in his rib cage before the armor covered his belly once more. As an afterthought her picked out a good portion of his Jewel wad and slipped it through the net.

With an egg trinket secure in him and a protective casing for travel now in one of the things he needs he began to walk once more.

"Money? I don't think I have anything called that..."

"Don't screw with me! You can't just walk up and steal my food without paying me! If you don't have money you'll just have to pay for it some other way!"

His undead hearing, not so different from normal live person hearing, picked up the makings of someone in need and moved to help almost instinctively. "Relax shopkeeper. I'll be sponsoring this sudden purchase of hers." Deathchap announced, trying to prevent the situation from escalating.

The day was bright and beautiful as sunlight coated the great city of Dunlayn, for many this is a great time to get out and enjoy the morning. However for Evelyn on the other hand, this sunlight just means she can't fight at her full potential if any dragons decide to invade this gem of a city. It was amazing considering the fact that this place remained out of the dragon's view for such a long time. Well that aside it doesn't mean this will remain hidden forever. There's still dragon sympathisers out there that will reveal this place to them in a flash, so people should make the most of what they have.

Because it could all disappear in mere moments with blaze of fire...

Evelyn strode through the streets of Dunlayn with pride and confidence, the pedestrians couldn't help but notice the intense aura that seems to be emminating from her. At one point a mugger tried to rob her of any valuables she had at the tip of a blade, Evelyn reacted by staring the man down with her dragon-like gaze and said one thing to him. "How about you drop the blade before you screw up your life." The mugger took a step back for a moment, trying to consider his options before suddenly lashing out at Evelyn. The Lunar Slayer was quick with pulling her cutlass from it's sheath and parrying the attack which resulted in the muggers blade being knocked out his hand. She then proceeded to grab him by the collar of his shirt and lifted him up a few feet from the ground while giving him that intimidating gaze again. "When I said you'd screw up your life... I meant I'll break every single bone in your body and make sure you never hurt anyone again." The man began erratically apologsing before Evelyn tossed him away and ran off with his tail between his legs.

With that event over Evelyn proceeded to go on with her day, all the spectators just quietly watching and whispering to each other as she moved away. However it did not take long at all before something else grabbed her attention, it was the voice of a man, loud but distant announcing his arrival in Dunlayn. "Noah Cross? Why is someone announcing their arrival? I'd better see for myself." With the slayers interest piqued she made her way to the source of the commotion and arrived at a pub with a rather large hole in the wall. "(sigh) I see we have another troublemaker on the loose..." Evelyn quietly stepped through the hole to see some individuals enjoying a drink while others were worried about what made that gaping hole. Evelyn leaned back against the wall and stared directly at the potential perpetrators before raising her stern voice. "Forgive my interruption but I would like to know the reason behind this gaping hole in the wall?"

Koujaku.full.955957.jpgAfter waking up Garrett stared at the ceiling of the inn he and Refara were staying at for a while, processing what had happened during the rather interesting night before. The two of them had been travelling around like usual, looking for work when they came upon the city a few days ago. True to their expectations of cities, they had been able to find lodgings and a job to replenish their dwindling funds. The first had come in the form of a standard, two-story inn near a church. The rooms were generally clean, the food decent, the beds mostly comfortable, and above all else the price was reasonable, so Garrett had no reason to complain having stayed in far worse in the past. The job came in the form of some odd work, helping to move things, working as a bodyguard for a merchant making a deal, in the end nothing particularly fun or special. That said, they paid well enough so again, Garrett couldn't complain, especially now that they wouldn't have to worry about daily necessities for a bit. However, the fact that it was boring work meant that afterwards, the two mercenaries decided to go visit a nearby pub in order to blow off steam and have some fun. This simple choice lead to a rather interesting night for the half-giant. It started off as usual, with Reffy getting drunk after a single drink and starting to get clingy, or well, clingier than usual which was a rather impressive feat, and Garrett doing his best to not get flustered. From there however, it took a different turn as Reffy practically dragged him up to their room where they together experienced a couple firsts, all of which was running through the tall man's mind, flushing his cheeks a bright red and causing him to struggle desperately to maintain his faculties.

Eventually, after managing to calm down slightly, Garrett sat up and began to look around their top-floor room for his girlfriend, whom he had noticed wasn't in bed with him. After a couple seconds he found her on the balcony stretching, while completely naked. Any semblance of calm that he had managed to achieve was blown away by that sight and it was a few moments before he could move again. As soon as he had could, Garrett leaped out of bed, hurriedly pulling on his pants which had been lying on the floor nearby, and grabbed his coat before rushing over to drape it around Reffy's shoulders and hide her from view while simultaneously dragging her back inside, hitting his head on the door frame and leaving a small crack in it in the process. "R-R-Refara, we've...we've t-talked about this... please p-put on some clothes b-before you go....you go outside," he stammered out, unable to look directly at her, once they had gotten inside. It wasa also at that moment that Garrett heard a familiar voice booming out from the church, that of his friend Noah Cross, however, he had more pressing matters on his mind and wasn't able to think too deeply on it at that point in time, otherwise he'd probably have gone out to meet the other man.

She looked over at the armored figure that came up beside her. Her confused expression remained steadfast on her features as she stared at the man. First the muscley guy demanded something called money and now this guy was, she could only assume, offering to work off her debt for her. The shopkeep leered at the newcomer with a suspicious look in his eyes. "Whatever, you pay, she pays, I don't care as long as I get the money." It seemed to her that the situation was resolved and so she turned to face the armored figure. With a slight bow of her head she gave the man a warm smile. "Thank you for helping me. I don't know why he was angry but you saved me. You're a nice guy." Now that she was no longer being heckled by the shopkeep she resumed eating the small piece of meat she had taken. Without another word to the man she turned away and started walking off down the street. She had only made it a few paces before she let out a quiet "Ah..." and spun around to face the robbed man again. "Right, Papa said to introduce myself to people that helped me. My name's Vesa Ellion." She held her gaze on the man in front of her for a few seconds as she silently went through her mental checklist. Unable to think of anything else to do she started to once again turn from the man. "Thanks again for helping me." With that said she started down the street.

"You're welcome!" 3D called out as he watched her leave and head down the street. 'Vesa Ellion huh?' He thought as he gave money to the shopkeeper without looking. 'What a strange girl.' There was something about the girl that bothered him, it was as if she didn't know what money was. But that was impossible, everybody he knew knew what money was! She didn't look like some wild child/person-human thing so someone must've been able to care for her. Slowly he turned to go the opposite direction and took a few steps before immediately turning around and quickly walked after Vesa, worried that she might get into trouble.

"Wait." 3D called as he reached her. "I didn't give you my name. I'm Deathchap, Dmitri Desoulous Deathchap, but please, call me 3D" He held out an armored arm forward for a handshake. "It's nice to meet you."

Vesa hadn't gotten far before a now-familiar voice called out to her. She came to a stop and turned to look at the armored man as he walked up to her. On hearing him introduce himself it made sense. If she was suppose to give her name obviously the other party would want to give theirs, right? "3D..." She repeated quietly as she thought it over. "Alright, got it." She turned her focus on the outstretched hand, her brow furrowing slightly as she stared at it. The seconds ticked by slowly as she eyed the armored hand. Finally she reached out her own tentative hand to gently tap the man's hand. "Hello...?" The uncertainty in both her movements and voice were as clear as the blue sky high above. Papa never said what she should do if someone gave her their name. She could only conclude that their business was done now that they both had exchanged their names. So with another gentle tap to the man's hand she yet again turned and resumed her way down the street. As she walked she made mental notes of her interactions with the armored man. Humans really did have some weird customs, she would have to get use to them quickly if she was going to live with them.

Alicia NefarasAlicia herself had lived in the city for a decent while now, ever since her old home had been destroyed...or..well..one of her old homes anyway. It was an amazing place and one of the few cities of note that remained in the world since the war began. It was something that could truly be called civilization as it had everything. Inns, pubs, bakers, blacksmiths, restaurants, roadside food and curio stands. It amazed Alicia that such a place even still existed really. Of course initially she hadn't wanted to leave her dragon, the girl adoring the adorable plant-esque in appearance being by the name of Joko, but he had insisted that she go off on her own and aid the humans. After all, that had been her purpose in getting taught her magic. Sure she had been raised by the dragon but from as soon as she could understand it she had been taught that she had a higher purpose, one to help the rest of humanity cast off the shackles of the evil dragons; a number that far outmatched those on humanities side it would seem.

She hadn't been out on her own very long, maybe a year or two at best, she never really counted. But in that time she had had several new homes, most of them abandoned shacks, one or two smaller cities that inevitably got crushed because she couldn't stop the dragon in time. It was more of an 'oh well' sort of thing. Sure she was a bit saddened they died, but she knew no one there...not really. Her dragon was the only one she'd ever known, other people in her life tended to disappear even if they were her friends or end up dying before they could reach that point. She was all for making friends, don't get her wrong, it just seemed incredibly hard for her to do so. Or at the very least a challenge. Here in this town however she had made some great friends, most of them being the local children whom she'd play with often and get mistaken as one due to her size...but she didn't mind. She wasn't made fun of...most of the time...just an honest mistake.

She had a small home in town, it was nothing much but it was right by the food as well as the bakery she worked at; something she was proud of considering people really seemed to love her baked goods. She tossed on her usual dress after a quick shower and walked outside, yawning as she looked around. Today she was actually not supposed to head into work until later so she decided to look around and see if there was anything interesting going on. By that, it essentially meant running around town until she found something she liked. Which is exactly what the girl did, dashing off down the street and greeting those who spoke to her. She of course heard Noah....it not being the first time the drunkard found a high point to shout his return from. She had spoken to him a few times, most of them being when he decided the roof of the bakery was a good place to pass out drunk for whatever reason. Not that she figured he needed much of a reason to do anything.

Due to his drunken nature she tended to stay away from him. Now, sure, she drank sometimes herself. Had nothing against it. But Noah knew no limitations that she saw, often she'd walk into the pub and see him passed out drunk only to awaken a bit later and order even more booze. Her thoughts would soon be interrupted by her running into something, or rather someone. She hit her with an 'oof!' causing them both to tumble to the ground, Alicia laying on top of her and rubbing her head groaning. She soon sat up, blinking a few times to regain clarity and peek down at Tina. "Ooh! I'm so sorry, I wasn't really watching where I was going." She told her the second she realized what happened. "Are you okay? Did I hurt you?" She asked, looking over the woman for any visible injuries. "I can help you if I did, at-least a lil." She said, figuring that was the least she could do. If there were any serious injuries, which she doubted, she'd need to take her to a better medic than she.

The white-haired doll-looking killer had a fuzzy memory. As her one pink eye slipped open she found her limbs draped possessively over her boyfriend in their bed. She sat up suddenly, because she wasn't one to take things very slow or carefully, and almost instantly was hit with a throbbing headache that made the beautiful girl want to hurl right then and there in her bed. She realized almost as soon as the migraine, combined with the lingering taste of alcohol on her lips and tongue, that she may or may not have drunk too much the night before. Which by most standards, was pretty weak really. Could you blame the girl? She wasn't very tall and really quite lithe except for a rather large certain somethings on her chest.

So she peered down to her Garry baby-cakes as he slept and reached forward with delicate little fingers to brush a strand of his long hair away from his eyes and behind an ear making a wistful little adorable face as she did. She felt different though she couldn't figure out why... she felt a bit closer, but again her brain couldn't seem to piece together the night before to figure it out. She slipped her long legs from the bed to come to a somewhat wobbling stand, running her fingers through her long platinum white hair, the very tips of her digits running over the white flower covering her right eye. Almost the moment she did she grew sad, and reached onto the side table to grasp at a eye patch to slide it over that eye and flower hiding it from the world, but more importantly herself in the mirror.

That done, her gaze wandered over to the balcony and her face almost instantly light up at the prospect of some fresh air and some good old SUN! So she threw open the balcony doors in an overly dramatic fashion and threw her arms high up into the air as she stepped out, arching her chest out with that same half squished adorable expression. She even widened her stance as she curled up onto her tippy-toes to hear some pops and clicks along her spine as she stretched. Then interlocking her fingers, the girl bent at her waist and bent down to brush her hands along the ground in something resembling a yoga pose as she kept stretching in the warmth of the sun.

It SHOULD have occurred to her, of course, that the girl didn't have a shred of clothing on her. Not one piece. You'd think the cool breeze, and warmth of the sun on her bare skin would alert her but alas, Refara was anything but observant. She even threw a leg up onto railing as she grasped her toes to stretch out her hamstrings, giving a horribly vivid view of certain areas that the masses on the streets probably shouldn't see. It was only as her leg lowered did she hear a noise from inside the room and she turned just in time for Garrett to step outside and throw a blanket over her frame! The twist, of course, sending certain assets to jiggle with the momentum which no doubt only hindered the poor man's brain further. And it was only as she reached up to thread her fingers into the 'blanket' did she realize it was his long coat jacket!

Well when your boyfriend is 2 foot taller and broader then you, you can forgive the girl for mistaking his coat for a blanket! She sort of got escorted back inside with her typical doe eyed expression as she peered up to him. "What in the world are you stammering at Garrrryyyyy~?" She said in a sing song sort of voice. Wait did he say clothes? She finally peered down to her naked frame, then back up to his face with an onslaught of adorable almost innocent blinks as she did. "Oh-! But you know I hhaaatteeee clothes! They just.. they are just so uncomfortable and the sun was so nice on my skin!! You should do it more often." Slipping her tongue out in a teasing manner as she poked at his chest and wiggled herself out of his jacket. That lovely thing called momentum once again making a certain thing (or two things, really) bounce a fraction.

She realized in this moment he would not allow her to leave the room with at least some form of fabric on her body so with a reluctant siiigghh she dressed herself in her normal white outfit. Lifting up a portion of the bottom skirt to see a red stain of blood and making a big pout. "Why does my power have to be Blood? Like, the red really is impossible to get out of white clothing sometimes.... And I only just had this cleeeanneedddd!" She whined pathetically before letting it drop from her fingers. "Oh well, will just have to stay..." clasping at her sword and slinging it over her shoulder while she hooked a long black ribbon into a holster on her thigh. And in no time the girl beamed up to Garrett as she slipped her fingers into his own giant hands, bouncing around on the spot and half dragging the tall man out of the inn room. "SOOOO I WAS THINKINGGGGGGG maybe we could get Ice Cream??"

The dragon slayer made her way down the streets of the city, finishing off the last of the meat the armored man had bought for her. With her meal finally done she could focus her full attention on the sights around her. It was like traveling through a labyrinth. Sure there were a lot of unique qualities, the buildings all had their subtle differences. But in the end it all kind of blurred together. She found it way too easy to end up lost. She added yet another thing to her mental to-do list, she would have to spend time memorizing the layout of the city if she was suppose to stay there. It was as she passed one of the countless alleys that she heard a girlish shout immediately followed by a rapid apology. She stopped dead in her tracks at the alley's entrance, looking down it's length to see a young girl atop another. Curious at what they were doing she shifted course and made her way into the alley behind the blindfolded girl. Once she was just a few feet behind Christina she came to a stop. "What are you two doing back here?" There was no suspicion in her voice, no annoyance, it was an honest question of pure curiosity as she simply stared down at the two sitting girls. Waiting patiently for their explanation.

The sounds of running could be heard from within the Alley, prompting the young woman to lift her head and look in front of her, only to see nothing. That meant the sound was coming from behind her, so she turned halfway to see who was running towards her and she caught a glimse of a female figure before being slammed into and knocked to the ground. Slamming her head against the cobblestone ground was not a very good feeling. It made her a little lightheaded. But something as little as that wouldnt keep her down as she looked up towards the girl on top of her. The figure showed a small frame, but nontheless, a strong woman. Especially since she knocked Christina onto the ground. "Ooh! I'm so sorry, I wasn't really watching where I was going." the girl said, only to continue on and ask if she was okay and that she hadnt been hurt. Tina didnt respond and merely gave a shake of her head as she watched the girl look over her body to see if any wounds were visable "I can help you if I did, at-least a lil." she didnt need help! She was perfectly fine! Why do people keep assuming I need help? I'm not some blind person in need of assistance... she thought to herself. Today, encounters have been giving her the greatest of problems and kept stopping her mission. This annoyed the Craftsman mage greatly and she couldnt do anything about it. But really thinking about it, the girl was asking if she was okay from a simple fall...

Another female voice had come from behind and Christina had shoved the Wizard off of her before quickly getting to her feet, looking between both girls with a hand reaching for her blade on her back before grasping the hilt of it. The girls posed no threat, nor did they throw threats. Why was Tina so stressed? So worried? If anything that would make her seem more suspicious than anything! She was going at this all wrong. Taking things easy and slow was the way to go but doing that meant she could make friends, and that was the last thing she ever wanted. To befriend these...Monsters. Silence was a good way to approach. This gave her time to think, straighten things out. So far she's ran into about five wizards within the last 30 minutes. Which was including these girls, and none of them have shown any hostile nature toward her but one of them had shown some hostilness towards another wizard. Aside from that fact, none have tried to attack her in any shape or form. Perhaps it was just the weight of the mission on her shoulders causing her mind to go a little crazy? Making her paranoid? Plus these wizards werent even in her way and stopping her from doing her mission. If anything, her mission was mostly made for the night skies. Not the day ones.

Christina took a deep breath and she released the hilt of her blade, dropping her hand back down next to her side and continuing to look between the girls. Now that her mind was far more calm, she was able to relax, plan accordingly and hopefully slip away without having to hurt anyone. As much as killing these Wizards to get them out of her way would be easier, she didnt feel like dealing with someone finding the bodies and getting word out that there was a murderer out on the streets of the city. Besides, the Dragons would do a great job with killing many people once she returned home to her mother and the main Dragon Leader. These wizards are just burning up daylight time for me. I should take advantage of that, actually. The faster the time flies, the faster I can really get started. She didnt have to make friends. She just needed time burners.

3D watched baffled as the light purple haired girl he had decided to tail tapped his hand instead of the usual normal action of shaking it. She tapped it several times and he was internally debating whether or not to tell her that she was supposed to shake his hand instead of tapping it. Finally he realized that while he was deep into his internal debate she had already left him and was already further away from him. He walked after her, careful to maintain distance and to keep her in sight. If he wasn't so sure earlier he was sure now, piecing together what he had seen for an early and rushed conclusion. He didn't know why, but from the way that she didn't know what money was and didn't know what a handshake was, she must've lived some sort of sheltered life far from human contact, which wasn't strange, just uncommon enough to warrant some attention.

To him, that meant that she probably didn't have many friend to begin with. He decided that he would be the friend she didn't have. The ultimate friend.

He saw her take a turn into an alley and followed her into it. He paused to take into account everything with a deep thoughtful hum. It was a hum that meant 'Oh no, oh dear, we seem to have walked into two young lovebirds in the middle of romantic expression.' He chuckled, sounding deep and ominous due to his voice echoing in the Black Curtain. "Clearly," He began his gruff and deep distorted voice began, somehow gaining a knowing tone. "That they were in the middle of their expressing their loves."

Alicia NefarasAlicia glance up as Vesa entered the alleyway, having heard her from a decent ways away. She was still waiting on a response from Christina though, one that would come in the form of her getting shoved off. "Hey! Rude!" She shouted with a sigh, pouting as she sort of just sat there. Okay she could understand it, really. She had just ran into her at full-speed and tackled her to the ground, she could of thought she was attacking her or just entirely mad at her for doing it. It wouldn't be the first time, though with that blade on her back she really didn't want to have to fight her. She disliked fighting unless it was for fun or absolutely necessary, random girl in the street or not...she'd resort to restraining her before violence.

She could tell she was on edge, though why she didn't understand. She clearly wasn't blind from the way she carried herself, either that or she was and merely possessed enhanced senses. The Slayer wasn't sure at all. She waited to see what she was doing, glancing up once more as 3D arrived. She grinned widely at him, clearly a devious little plan was forming in her mind. Without a second thought, even though she had contemplated drawing a sword on them no more than a minute ago, she walked up to her and put her arms around her snugly. "You bet we were~" She replied in a happy tone. "You guys ruined it, we wanted to see what it was like in public." She said, pouting and looking to them with a small sigh.

"Oh well, always next time, right sweetie?" She asked Tina with a toothy grin, right before giggling to herself, really refraining from busting out laughing. She fully expected some form of attack on her person, and was willing to take it. This was just so worth it to her by a long shot...it wasn't every day she got to do something like this after all. She gave Tina an apologetic smile nonetheless, both for the joke, though trying to make it seem like the fact their fun times were ruined.

Yet another sound had been heard, mainly coming from the one Female's end of the alley and Christina glanced over to spot another figure approaching the scene. His tone of voice was something she never heard before and raised caution within her. "Clearly," the voice said "That they were in the middle of their expressing their loves." this made Tina raise an eyebrow from behind her blindfold, wondering what this...thing was trying to say Expressing our loves? What is that supposed to mean? I never even met the girl to feel any love towards her. She isnt even my own family. she thought. Humans were strange creatures and Tina still failed to understand how they worked. Despite being one of them! Parting her lips, Christina spoke "I do not even know this woman and yet you claim that we are 'expressing our loves'." her tone was relaxed, almost empty as it sliced through the air like butter. "I question why you would make such an assumption." talking was a way to make allies, but it was also a way to defend herself, especially after being accused of "expressing love" with another woman. The only love she had was for her brother who died in her arms and since then, she hadnt felt that same love aside from the love she still gives her Foster Mother. "I also want to know why all of a sudden wizards began to pile into this empty alleyway? There is nothing interesting here." no doubt it was curiosity from them, but she wanted to hear it for herself.

Suddenly Christina felt arms wrap around her which caused her to freeze within the girl's grasp "You bet we were~" said the girl who had tackled her to the ground. This made Christina's eyes widen behind her blindfold, causing her to look down at the girl embracing her "What are yo-" "You guys ruined it, we wanted to see what it was like in public." what? Ruin what!? There was nothing going on! "Oh well, always next time, right sweetie?" The fact that this girl was embracing her made the silver-haired Wizard almost want to cut her down. Taking her hands, she placed them on the girl's head and began to try to pry her off "Release me!" she said in a louder tone. "No, there will never be a next time. I dont even know you! You are nothing but a stranger to me." an enemy. she silently added. With enough strength, she managed to finally get the girl to release her and Tina took a step back, her eyes narrowing in the process. Personal Space clearly means nothing to her. If she touches me again... I swear... Maybe the girl would get a nice slap in the face. Maybe kicked into a wall... Whichever Tina preferred.

Taking in a quiet and deep breath, she closed her eyes for a brief moment and opened them back up. "If you'll excuse me, I have other things to attend to." said Tina as she moved past the small group and began to make her way towards the one end of the alley. She lifted a hand to her temple and rubbed it softly as she began to feel a slow growing headache. I think I slammed my head on the cobblestone too hard...
