Luca nodded excitedly. " I'm the stronger person in the whole world. " he said use his free arm to emphasize the world part while Sage laughed. He walked beside Luca and Allison and smiled down at the child. " Yes you are Luca. " he said. He cared for his brother so much , at times he even felt like his father.
Allison laughed and ruffled Luca's hair again, "Yep. You definetely are kiddo." She agreed. Eventually they reached Icewater Park and it was..rather..destroyed. Paramedics and cop cars followed by city workers trying to fix the damage were everywhere. Just what the hell happened? Allison was simply speechless as she stared at the scene with her mouth hanging open.

"The show?" Rex muttered, at a loss for words. He was quiet for a moment, then a smile crept onto his face "Yeah! I did, actually" He shook his head "Perhaps I'm in a hospital right now, heavily sedated, or maybe in a Coma, I don't care. Right now, I think I'm going to roll with it" He put his knife away, then walked past Ferry towards the slain dragon. This was like the fables of old times, but real. He placed his hand against the scaly skin of the dragon, as if to check its physical existence. "The brute strength That Thing, er, Torr, has.." He swiped his finger in the blood and inspected it, "Are all the natives like you?" He cast a question back at her "No regular person could survive that type of force!" His dark smile wavered only for a moment as a thought crossed his mind, that perhaps he was at the bottom of the food chain in this magical place. He gave the blood a quick taste "Tastes like chicken,,," He joked to himself quietly.

Ferra and Torr

Ferra grinned and clapped happily, "Good! I was hoping you did, now we get to the good part. Which is eating it!" She replied excitedly, following him over to the carcass. She grinned when she asked if everyone was like her, questioning how she survived the fight. "I told you I was a vampire silly, well technically a vampire lord, but still. I think it cracked a rib or three but it'll heal pretty fast." She explained. "And nah, not everyone is like me. There's demons, angels, kitsune, the occasional sentient plant named Frillz.. Humans too of course." She continued. "And yep. Torr is strong, couldn't magic his way out of a wet napkin, but he makes up for it in strength and determination! And I wouldn't have it any other way." She added.

She then noticed rather than doing what she asked Torr was sitting there watching them both, clearly untrusting of Rex. "
Go on Torr get some trees for a fire, I'll take care of tearing up the dragon." She insisted. Torr stood for a few minutes longer and stared before slowly turning and walking off into the trees, several cracks resounding in the air as he began felling trees. "If you like how the blood tastes you'll love how the meat tastes." She told him before walking over to the dragon. "Preparing one is almost as hard as killing one, but well worth it." She explained, cutting off one of its massive legs and proceeding to carve the scales off like a fish. "See. The scales make it fireproof, so ya gotta cut them off first." She continued.

The offer of going to a library was intriguing. It would offer the Immortal a chance to learn more about this world. However, she couldn't say she exactly found the prospect of digging through dusty tomes that exciting... No, it tended to be much faster to just speak to someone about the issue. Though she didn't have a chance to respond as a loud knock sounded at the door.

She nodded as Malorn said he'd be back, watching him move to answer the door. She combed her fingers through her snow white hair, lightly brushing against the horns growing from her head. A slight chill ran down the Bosmer's spine. She never did like the feeling of someone touching her horns. Even if was her doing it. Though removing them wasn't exactly an option. Sure, she'd broke them a couple times. Once, one of them was even torn from her scalp. They always seemed to grow back after a few months when they were damaged. Though the one that had been torn off was a touch shorter than the one on the right.

Crimson eyes studied the stranger as he entered. It seemed he was a friend of Malorn's. Well, possibly given the enthusiasm in the demon's voice when he'd answered the door. He seemed human, though in unfamiliar worlds it was always hard to say for sure... She was going to have to wait and see how this one played out it seems.

Sage went wide eyed as he looked at the destroyed park. His mouth hung open in shock before he closed it quickly. " W-what happened here. " he asked barely making out the words. Luca looked sat the park curiously until he saw his favourite swing was destroyed and began to cry snapping Sage out of his shock and making him pick Luca to comfort him.

Rex drew out his knife and poked at the scaled to see how durable they were, then turned his head slightly towards Torr when he saw him walking away. He flashed a hostile smile, confirming that the feelings were mutual.

"I don't have any idea what half those creatures are, that you were talking about" Rex stated calmly "But I'll figure it out" He then began to climb up the side of the dragon so that he was standing on it's head. He inspected the teeth briefly, then looked at his hand. "I'm going to need some of those scales, I think it'll come in handy" he stated, mostly to himself. Out of curiosity, he pulled out his knife to see what it was made of; Stainless Steel. "There's a plot hole in..er..mistake in your thinking!" he reasoned "Why not just go down to the city instead of camping out in this atrociously dangerous jungle?!"

The first thing that popped into his mind was El Ruidoso but he quickly tried to forget that thought about asking him for help. "Yes but I don't think he'll have the sightest clue about who it might be" he explained. This was a massive floating island and that idea did make sense. "What if we tried to find it ourselves?"suggested Hitsu, while redirecting another bolt of lightning from hitting them.

"Where to start" he chuckled a bit, shaking the water off of his wet feathery wings. The first time he comes to a floating island and he has already had to fight 2 treants. What was next? Griffons in the sky? A dragon? No matter, no doubt they'd have more encounters with some kind of creature.

Allison was snapped back into reality when Luca began crying, closing her mouth she shook her head and looked around. Just what the hell did happen was the question? The place looked like a mix between burned, exploded, and cut up. A massive fight had quite clearly broken out here, but what happened was the question. "I...have no idea." She replied simply. "So uh..I..think it'd be best we left. This looks bad, and I'd rather Luca not get hurt. It looks like whoever did this is long gone, though if this is the same thing that happened at the academy there's no telling what could happen. Though, I am curious to know what happened." She continued.

Just what did happen, was it related to the attack on the academy, or was everything silmiltaneously going to hell in its on creative way? "
I don't know about you guys, but I'm kinda hungry." She stated, more of a question.

Ferra and Torr

Ferra arched a brow at him when he said he didn't have a clue about what she was talking about, did he never pick up a book before? Shrugging she continued her work of de-scaling the massive dragon leg before moving onto another one. "Go ahead and take 'em, can't eat 'em so eh. Though..I suppose I could sell the bones and scales and finally actually have some money. Maybe even get a bank account, ooh, maybe finally get a place to stay. You can have some of them, but I wanna keep some to sell now that I thought of it." She told him, rambling mostly to herself.

She giggled to herself when he told her why not stay in the city. "
You're implying the civillians would be happy with a massive bonfire and me roasting a dragon in the town square?" She told him jokingly. "Besides. I only came here to get food. Can't exactly buy much with three bucks ya kno'. Free is always better. Though, now that you helped me think of the idea, I'm sure some places would love to buy dragon parts and dragon meat, so I think my money troubles are finally over." She added.

Torr soon came back with several large logs fit for spit roasting dragon. "
Awesome job Torr, lay them down there." She told him happily before jumping up and shoving the half de-scaled leg off of herself. Torr nodded and simply moved out of the way of the logs which hit the ground with a crash. How does one start a fire in the rain, one might ask? MAGIC of course! Grinning she funneled a steady stream of fire from her hand all over the massive bonfire much like lighting fluid. After a few minutes of drying out the logs the massive pile of wood roared into a raging fire. "Annd, fire!" She shouted triumphantly. Torr responded by grabbing the already scaled leg and holding it over the fire like a marshmellow.

"
I'm sure you're hungry, you can have some. There's no way we can eat everything." She offered Rex, continuing her work.

Sage looked at Allison. " Ok. " he said rubbing the whimpering Luca's head gently as he began to walk to a nearby restaurant. He didn't like this , first the school now the park it had to be connected but how. It wasn't even the fact that the place was destroyed, it was the fact if he and Luca were there Luca could have gotten hurt.

"Money..." Rex muttered, finding a wallet in one of his pockets, but only had a few soggy dollars. "Yeah, we'll split.." he stated, his mind racing to figure out a place. Realizing how soaking wet and cold he was, he plopped down on the other side of the fire to get some warmth. Slowly he became aware of the reality of the situation, he was in the middle of a forest, it was the dead of night and it was pouring, with only a fire for shelter. "I'm sure there's enough to feed an army!" he replied quickly, grabbing some cooked meat and wolfing it down hungrily. He only paused to glanced up at the darkened sky to watch the lightning hit the island in mysterious patterns, wondering what was up with that. "This place is not safe" He concluded "The lighting is right over us. I don't know about you, but I'm going to find some shelter before the end of the night"

Allison shrugged, she guessed Sage was still in shock. And rightfully so too, seeing as none of them were sure how long ago whatever happened had happened. Who knows if he hadn'tve stopped to talk to her and Dru Luca could of very well been injured, or worse. She figured that was what he was contemplating. "So, where're we headed?" She asked him, trying to draw his attention from the subject.

Ferra and Torr

Ferra laughed as Rex tore into the cooked dragon leg, passing another one to Torr, and quickly removing the scales on another one. The entire scene to the casual onlooker would get them put into a mental institution if they tried to describe it to anyone else, a behemoth, a man, and a little winged girl roasting dragon meat like weenies over a house sized bonfire. "Well. We could head back to the city after we eat and collect up the scales and bone. I'm sure we could get a place to stay if we traded some of this stuff, dragon scales should be relatively valuable after all. Other than that, I'm used to sleeping outside in the rain and stuff." She replied. "I dunno about you though, but since you emerged from the forest likena crazy stalker I'd say you were pretty accustomed to it too."

Sage was drawn out of his musing when Allison. " Well we are going to a restaurant aren't we. " he asked with a raised eyebrow. Luca had fallen asleep and was laying simply in Sage's arms as Sage walked.

Ask a simple question, get a dumb question in response, she supposed. Oh well, he did just go through a bout of shock after all, so she wouldn't hold it against him.

@Mitchs98

"Perhaps I have lived like this, or not.." Rex frowned "For all I know, life started today" He tossed a bone aside, then grabbed some scales to inspect them "Now, I think it's time for an explanation" He began, slowly reaching his cold hands towards the fire "Like, What sort of place is this? With dragons and mythical creatures, is this on Earth? Like a lost paradise? Are there other lands like this? It seems that I've been ripped out of a normal world into this strange world of magic. Are people able to leave this place? None of it makes sense!" He carefully moved his hand too close to the fire, then watched the skin slowly melt into a grey slime. Unable to bear the burning sensation, he pulled his hand back and watched it turn back to normal. "This is freaking me out" he reached into his pocket and grabbed his box of cigarettes, then pulled one out. "Wait, before you answer, give me a light, I need to calm my nerves" He held the cigarette out.

As Hitsugya and Crimson walked about the dark forest, they came across a stone temple and what seem like guardians of that temple.

Crimson was relaxing on top of Zedd until he spotted and started sniffing. When he smelled the essence of the stone guardians a mile away and he starts growling. Zedd his so big guys growl was very deep and loud. Crimson didn't want the guardians to notice them. Shhhh boy, calm down. Go ahead and start shrinking. Crimson calmed down his buddy, then jumped off as Zedd shrunk towards his normal height. Hitsugya we have trouble up ahead. Stone guardians a mile ahead of us. @Veyd Sahvoz

"C'mon Luca lets go." She told him smiling down at him and holding his hand as they walked along. "So what have you guys been up to lately? Anything interesting? Oh, did you hear about the attack on the school and the square earlier today?" She ask Sage, rambling slightly. She wished she could tell him about Dru and maybe he'd be able to help too, but she figured if Dru wanted him to know he'd tell him himself.
Ferra and Torr

"There Torr! Lets get 'im!" Ferra shouted, pointing at the dragon that flew by overhead. She was just about to fly off after it when Torr pointed out someone coming towards them..with a knife. Ferra narrowed her eyes in the direction he pointed, and sure enough between flashes of lightning there was someone coming towards them. "Well. Might as well see what he wants. Leggo." She told him, hopping off of him and walking towards the guy, Torr following directly behind. "Yo! Watcha' want?" She called out to him, waving.

Malorn Drakanos

Soon after he had asked his question about them leaving to go the library Malorn heard his landlord bang on the door shouting for the rent. Did he forget to pay it? It was indeed possible, he tended to forget things and put them off until later simply because most of them didn't matter. And paying the rent on time really wasn't a pressin matter in Malorns book. With a groan he got up, "Excuse me a minute." He told Falin before moving to the door.

Upon opening it lo and behold it was Heidt with a smug look on his face. Malorn crossed his arms and narrowed his gaze at him. "
Of course its you, Heidt." He muttered, sighing. It wasn't that he disliked Heidt, it was the sole fact things were complicated enough without tossing him into the mix. "Whatever...You might as well come in, perhaps you can offer some insight on this. Shut the door on your way in." He told him before walking back over to the couch and resuming his previous sitting posistion.

Nyr was snapped out of her thoughts by Falcon's explanations and questions. If she thought about it, she supposed her powers could be considered otherworldly. She didn't really know how to explain it to him without showing him, so she figured she'd just show him after they got her some clothes. She rubbed the back of her neck, grinning up at him again.
"What was life like on my world? It was...exciting. My father was the chief of the largest tribe, and I was next in line. All I had to do was find a suitable husband since, technically, women weren't allowed to hold such high positions of power. I was named the Grand Shaman of my people in preparation for the ceremony, in which I would find a mate that would benefit myself and my tribe. Being the chief's daughter, and one with extraordinary power at that, you can imagine why most of the boys stayed as far away from me as they could." She giggled a bit before continuing with her story.

"As for where my power came from? Well, like I said, my people are more intelligent than you might think. Maybe not in the common sense so, but more or less in the way that...well, we're able to communicate with the elements on a personal level. Kind of like how me and you are talking right now, but...with the elements. I have an affinity for water and earth, meaning I can communicate with those elements the best. It'd be easier to show you what I'm talking about then trying to explain it- how about after clothes shopping we go somewhere and I show you?" She tilted her head a bit, looking up at him.

"My power has limits, that's what sets it aside from magic. Magic might appear to have limits, but it really doesn't. I can only do what the elements around me are suited to do. For example, I wouldn't be able to just form a mansion from the ground. A dirt hut, maybe, but it would take a lot of effort to change dirt into brick. Does that make sense? Sorry if I'm not explaining this very well, I've never had to in the past." She huffed a bit before setting Aquios down to float along beside them.

"Khehee! You actually thought it was Jeremy, huh?" He snickered, waltzing in like he owned the place, twirling Aurum on his finger. "Man, I must be getting down right nasty with those impressions then!" Taking no note of Falin, Heidt strolled right into the kitchen, rifling through Malorn's refrigerator, looking for any semblance of food or drink he knew. After finding the OJ, he poured himself a large glass of it. He'd had a long, rough night last night fulfilling his last contract for the week- for now, at least- and was feeling the affects of it, though his blemish-less skin didn't show it. He hopped up on Malorn's counter, sipping long from his cup, gulping down orange juice like he was a starving child from Nigeria. After all, there was nothing wrong, in his mind, with spending other's hard earned money, but any of his own? Only on the necessities.

"Fwah! Aww man Malorn you always have the nicest shit, ya know?" He laughed, washing the glass out and slipping it in Malorn's dishwasher. That's when Heidt was finally no longer oblivious to Falin's presence. "Wooaah! Malorn, buddy, what's this?" A sly grin on his face, he slid across the floor to Malorn, his eyebrows bouncing like kids at a fun house. "I didn't know you had a lady friend over!~ If you wanted privacy, buddy, you could've just told me!" Laughing heartily, he strolled up to Falin, his armor clinking and guns flapping by his side. Offering a gloved hand to the woman, he introduced himself.

"Nade Heidt at your service, madam! The one and only Sacred Gunner Heidt, to be specific! But, ah, nobody but idiots and plebs call me that. Everybody who has a sense of pride calls me Heidt! So you can call me that too. And, who, might I ask, are you?"

Falcon

"Magic... has no boundaries...?" He whispered, a chill running down his spine, as he nearly stopped walking. Behind his dark shades and wide-brimmed hat, he was visibly shaken by the prospect of magic having no boundaries. This meant... this meant that inherently, he was weaker than Melchio, the only creature in the world hell-bent enough on killing him to hunt him down like a dog all his life. He himself had many weaknesses- even when he surpassed his original weaknesses by activating Vishra, he was still bound by what was physically and not physically possible for him. The idea that Melchio's power had no boundaries... that was a hell he preferred to ignore.

"..." As his mind drifted to what she said previously, something bit at the back of his mind and continued to eat at him as they strolled on in silence. So much so that he began to fume, internally. "...Your people must not be that smart if they don't think women can hold positions of power. After all, some of the greatest warriors- the ones that actually put up a challenge against me, that is- were women." He refused to even think of why that was the reason, because he wasn't sure if Aquios could read his thoughts, or if he could only project his own as a way of communication. He wouldn't risk even thinking of that if the former were the case. "But I guess I can't change your world from here, now can I." He grunted, his hands slipping into his pockets.

A moment passed, before Falcon felt something spurt out of him that he barely couldn't contain, and tried desperately to hang on to. "So... what would count as a suitable husband, exactly? Like, what qualities would he have to possess." He immediately regretted everything ever in life. He wanted to drown himself in magma he was so embarrassed. Had he really, really just asked that? He wasn't husband material! And, more importantly, why did he care? He was an abomination! Abominations don't get in relationships, much less even think about the prospect of them.

What the hell was wrong with him today...?

Kandra Bal Magna - Dracolich Castle's Throne Room

"This bores me. Dispel." He muttered as he waved his hand. The storm he had caused started to disperse and the lightning spear returned to his vault. "Maybe some other time boys. For now enjoy your stay in the Emerald Enclave." He said intently as the image in his mirror faded away and was replaced by the image of Faereach City.

Ferra and Torr

Ferra simply sighed and continued to eat her dragon leg while staring blankly at Rex as he produced an onslaught of questions, Torr more or less did the same as best one could with only one eye visible. She arched a brow as he moved his hand almost into the fire and his skin melted an reformed like some kinda sludge, though it wasn't enough to illicit she stopped eating her meal, it was indeed interesting. Again, when he asked for a light she simply slowly moved her hand over to him and formed a small ball of fire in her hand, effectively lighting it. She didn't answer him yet, oh no her food was much more important currently.

Eventually she finished eating roughly over half of it and tossed the remainder into the fire, no one wants to buy a half eaten dragon leg anyway. Letting out a satisfied sigh she stood up and walked over to the dragon, hopping on top of it. It was time to make a hilariously big dragonskin bag to transport the scales and meat. While she worked, then she decided to answer his questions. "Yeah. It's on Earth. Not exactly a paradise though, just a hub for supernatural creatures. They exsist all over though. So yeah, there are other lands like this. And yes, you can leave it. Me and Torr only arrived a few days ago ourselves, so we haven't really been around here long. And of course it makes sense, you apparently have amnesia so maybe you just forgot." She explained. "I promise it's not that abnormal at all, really." She added.

Eventually, she made two large bags out of the hide of the dragon, and in that time the rain stopped. "
The one damn time you need rain, and it stops raining. Nice." She muttered to herself. Regardless she began filling the bags with scales and meat, she'd sell some of both of them, but mostly keep the meat to have for later. Deciding to be kind she made two smaller bags for Rex, one for scales and one for meat, and tossed them to him. "There ya go. Put the stuff in 'em." She told him, hopping off of the corpse of the dragon with two sacks full of scales and meat.

She was glad she'd finally actually have a good deal of money and wouldn't have to worry, maybe she could even rent a place for them to stay! "
Anymore questions Rex?" She asked him.

Malorn Drakanos

Malorn sighed as Heidt walked in, offering no response to his initial remarks. He did however take note he neglected to do the one thing he asked him to do, which was close the door..oh well. With a flick of his hand a moderate gust of wind blew the door closed. "Why thank you.." He replied sarcastically when Heidt told him he had nice things. Which was true, Malorn generally spared no expense when it came to what he bought for himself.

Malorn simply shook his head slowly and pinched rhe bridge of his nose when Heidt finally addressed Falin in one of the most inappropriate manners possible. "
It's not like that at all, Heidt. She's just a friend I found passed out on the Grasslands. She's not from here, as in, this realm entirely. And I'm fairly certain her husband would kill me, or at-least try to, if I tried anything." He explained. "Though, you're a smart person and can generally sense demonic prescence. She was called her due to a evil prescence, the world calling out for help or something or other... Possibly related to the earlier destruction today. Your angel sense or whatever picking up any hints?" He continued.

"D'aww! Marriage always ruins peeps's fun! Y'know how it is- at one time you and your best pal're chillin' havin' a good time- next thing you know he's been married for twenty years and has a lil' one runnin' around!" He grinned at his analogy, knowing full well that it was extremely stupid and barely related, but still loving it nonetheless. People often said he was full of himself. He was beginning to understand why. Though his smile faded just a bit, his mischievous humor persisted, even when speaking of that odd feeling he'd had for the past month now.

"Yeah, I know whatcha mean. I'm not the most magically inclined guy in the world, but even I can sense de-mons. Also, Malorn, about your sarcasm." He shot him another grin and a wink. "It's palpable. If you were planning on being subtle, you failed. Hard." Clearing his throat as he tossed himself on the couch next to Falin- though careful to keep a little space between them as to not anger the husband, who he could sense was somewhere nearby, but was-for one reason or another- invisible to his naked eye.

"Ahhh...~ Now this is one hell of a couch! Anyways, back on track." He glanced over at the two sitting next to him, his face a bit smushed, and still slightly mischievous, but his sincerity was clear enough. "I can't track evil, you know that Malorn. The only reason I've been able to meet up with you like this so often is because you radiate, like, a huuuuge amount of demonic power. However, this... evil... I dunno, it's hard to explain." Sitting up, he grabbed the remote, and flicked the TV to a channel a little more engrossing than scenes of the outside world- a short documentary about the hunting of the White Rhinos, to the point where they were practically extinct. Yeah, that was boring enough to serve as background noise. "It... doesn't feel completely, fully demonic. All I can tell is-" He glanced at the sky, before drawing his gun faster than the human eye could see, and pointing it at the sky. "-it's coming from up there. Weird, huh. Think the Angels are doin' some dark magic or sometin'? Heh, maybe my grandfather's trying to become a Daemon, or something! Hah!" Giggling to himself, he spun Argyrus on his hand casually, before slipping it away. "But, eh, that's all I got. Enough depressing shit though, whaddya have planned for today? Wanton destruction? Or, something a little less exciting, like... bills." He visibly shivered at the thought. Taxes, bills, all of those prospects scared Heidt like the heebie-jeebies.

What the hell was wrong with him today...?
She noted how uncomfortable he was at the prospect of magic, and she frowned just a tad bit. She supposed that everyone had their boundaries, whether she wanted to admit that or not. She honestly didn't want to face her own boundaries- the fact that her power drained away the essence of her being every time she used it, which is why it was always so taxing on the poor thing to do big maneuvers. A thought occurred to her- she still had to inform Melchio about the incident at the park. She figured she'd save it until she saw him the next time. With a glance at Falcon, she wondered if there would be a next time. Brothers. She giggles a bit at her own thought before looking at Falcon again.

"Women aren't allowed to hold positions of power because our main roles include healing and...other things." She muttered the last bit to herself, turning a nice shade of pink to go along with the thought. It only darkened at his next question and she actually stuttered a little bit from the suddenness of the question. Her first reaction, however, was to push a light jab at him.

"And why are you so curious hm?" She giggled nervously before sticking her hands in the pocket of the trench coat. "A suitable husband...well, my version is different than my father's, of course. To me? I think a suitable husband is strong, yet caring about his family. One who can take on the world with one hand tied behind his back as long as his wife is by his side. Someone...someone who I can form a strong connection with, someone who will stop at nothing to protect me and make sure no harm comes to me. A bit cheesy, right? But we can all have our fantasies and dreams. My father's expectations were that I was to marry the son of our rival tribe." At that, she visibly shuddered and paled a bit, her lips pressing into a thin line. It was obvious that the thought disgusted her.
