Fantasy Everything Is Not As It Seems...

I nodded and took a step into the room. "My advice is don't say anything more about it for a while" I said taking both her hands in mine "She needs time to think about it, and she will likely come see you when she has. Just try to keep a little away from her till then."

I nodded slightly and pull my hands from his. I wrapped them around his waist tightly in a hug and sighed softly. "I just hope I can get through to her," I said softly, barely above a whisper.

"She'll come around" I said, cupping her face in my hands "Shes not stupid. She'll eventually realize that you are being sincere in trying to fix things between you two, and that it would be a really irrational move to just keep on ignoring you." I gave her a half smile, leaned down and kissed her softly.

I smiled and kissed him back. Once I pulled away, I sat down in the chair at my desk. "I'm gonna watch Netflix," I said as I turned the laptop on.

"I need to go take a shower" I said as I stepped out again "Be back in a little bit." I went up to my floor and grabbed the towel from my room, before heading to the bathroom and taking a quick shower. I sprayed some amazing deodorant I found on myself and threw on a tight black vest and normal blue jeans before heading back to Aurora's room/

I sat cross legged in the chair, watching The Longest Yard. There was really nothing good that I haven't seen on there already, but that didn't stop me from rewatching the ones I have.

Finally having her tears, Lake decided to test out her powers a little. There was no one at school, so she could careless on who walked in. She got out of her bed and looked wall in front of her up and down. Placing her foot against the door, she felt around until it was right and closed her eyes in fear as she placed her other foot against it. slowly opening her eyes, she looked at her feet and then towards the ground. She was four feet from the floor beneath her. "Holy mother of God!"

When I got to her room, I sat on the edge of her bed silently and watched the screen, but did not really take in what was happening in the movie.

I turned around and paused the movie when I saw Oliver. I smiled getting up and going to him, sitting down beside him. "There was nothing new that was good," I said with a half smile.

In her shock, Lake dropped to the ground and hurried out of her room. Slamming her fist against Aurora's room, she entered without a go. "Guys look!" She beamed when she saw Aurora and Oliver. She ran up the wall and up against the ceiling until she stood upside down, holding her cap against her head with a smile one her face. "Can you guys fucking believe this?! I feel like Spiderman. I'm standing on the fucking ceiling! What are you guys watching?" She asked and walked closer to them, still upside down on the ceiling.

"Well, you kn-" I began but was interrupted when Lake burst into the room. "Jesus Christ, Lake, where the hell did you learn to do that" I exclaimed as she walked on the ceiling "And its The Longest Yard but who gives a s*** you're walking on the god damn ceiling."

I couldn't help but sit there confused. Why would my room be the first place she go after finding something like that out? The question roamed her mind as she tried to search for an answer, but came up empty.

"I KNOW!" Lake beamed and started walking circles on the ceiling. "Now I just have to find a way down... But I'm gonna try to take a run first, there's barely anyone here so Tobias wouldn't mind would he?" She mumbled as she stood on her toes to reach the door knob. "We had to practice our powers anyway." She winked and stepped over the door way, but only to run across the ceiling in the hall with a loud laugh.

Sapphira was walking down the hallway when Lake ran by overhead. She turned, watching her with shock, before whipping back around. She saw Aurora's door open, and she peeked inside. "Was the Lake? How did she get up there?" she asked, surprise tinting her soft voice.

"Yea and she can walk on walls," I said with the same surprise. I laid down and brought my knees up as I became lost deep in thought. I blocked all sound out and just laid there in silence.

"Aurora?" Sapphira took a tentative step into the girl's room. She glanced at Oliver. "Is she ok?" she asked, her eyes flitting back and forth between the two. She bit her lip; it was a habit. It always had been. It usually was, for shy people.

"Uh, I'm not really sure" I said, looking at Aurora with deep concern in my eyes "Shes been acting like somethings really bothering her since I got here." I cautiously put a hand on Aurora's shoulder and said "Aurora, whats going on, whats bothering you?"

I jumped slightly when I felt a hand on my shoulder and let out a sigh when I saw it was Oliver. "Nothing, just thinking," I said a bit nervously.

"No....," I gave Sapphira a grin. "Better yet, could you go find Lake and tell her to take her guitar to your room. Mines still in there and it would be a good opportunity to talk to her with just you as the peacekeeper," I added with a nod.

Sapphira nodded back. "If you say so." She left, walking down the hallway quickly in search of the girl. She watched the ceilings and walls carefully, though she was sure Lake wouldn't be hard to miss.

Walking upside down was like living in another world for Lake, everything just looked so different, but she figured that enough was enough and jumped back to the floor. Walking back to her room she spotted Sapphira looking up the ceiling of the entrance hall. Sneaking up next to the girl, Lake looked the same direction as the other. "Lost your balloon, Saph?" She asked with a smirk.

"Looking for you, actually," Sapphira said, not even flinching. The girl didn't scare easy. "I wanted to invite you to bring your guitar to my room. I thought maybe we could play something together?"

Lake frowned a little. "My guitar is still at the facility." She mumbled. "Unlike everybody else, I didn't have anything in my hands when we were attacked… I don't think Cole had either… But were the only ones who have nothing left." She said with a slight pained expression. "So as much as I would like to play with you, I can't."

I got up and gave Oliver a quick peck on the cheek before going to the door. "I'm gonna go see if my plan will work," I said then walked out and roamed the halls. I stopped seeing Sapphira and Lake talking. I heard what Lake said and took a deep breath walking up to them. "We can share mine," I said with a smile as I looked at Lake.
