Currently, if I'm correct we'll have 2 new people by tonight. A third is in pm's with me rn. Which means we leave one district unattended. In that case we can leave it open for an eventual hero, or I could write in story that the new hero of that district was killed along the way to the location. *shrugs*

Or it can be the spot with the lowest crime so they didn't need a hero and just need police? (Just a suggestion)

I've compiled a list of the districts in lore. You guys can see which ones have been taken and which ones you can take, create your own district if you like! Just let me know if you'd much rather me create it for you xD
