Backstory: Mark was an intelligent young man, but being so intelligent often meant he got bored in school and caused trouble. After a few years of skipping class, and causing problems at whichever school he was in, his parents decided it was best if he dropped out and got a real job. After a couple of boring jobs where he couldn't put his skills to use Mark found something that did interest him. Selling drugs. It was never boring, constantly looking over your shoulder, meeting lots of people, and finally putting his maths to good use. It didn't take long for him to collect enough cash to move out of his parents house and rent himself an apartment. He soon got himself a piece too. Drug dealing could be dangerous and he wasn't going to take the risk. A 357 Magnum Revolver, to be specific. He liked the look of them, and he could holster it easily inside his jacket where no one could see it.

Few years later he had stepped up his game, buying himself a warehouse and growing his own product. He was even getting away with it right under the police's nose. All it took was slipping the police chief a couple hundred every month. Though he still had to be careful, if any other S.T.A.R.S officers found out he would be in trouble. The police chief warned him not to get too cocky or he wouldn't be able to protect him.

More recently it seemed he was getting less customers. There was a weird air surrounding the city. Some of his regulars had seemed to disappear too. Maybe they had found someone better? Impossible, Mark had the most competitive prices in town. Not one other dealer could beat his prices when they all had to source their supplies from outside the city. There was definitely something weird going on in the city. Was it the fuzz? Could they be onto him? Maybe now was a good time to get out? Little did Mark know, it would be too late to get out of the city easily now...

Backstory:
There really isn’t anything so remarkable about August’s life. Middle class nuclear family, friends, ordinary school life the whole shebang. One could say that the most noteworthy thing August has done was moving with a friend to Raccoon City shortly after graduating high school. And they would probably be right. Following that wild adventure life returned to normal with August going to school while picking up a job at a local florist shop. Things had been going pretty good the past couple years until it started going not so good.

This helmet has been specially outfitted with noise-filtering headphones, anti-fragmentation goggles, and a Modular Integrated Communications Helmet capable of stopping up to a single 7.62x39 round.

Body: IOTV Gen4 armor (full kit):

The IOTV Gen 4 is a US issue armor vest intended to sustain significant damage. It is made using ceramic strike faces and soft armor to cover any other areas. According to testing, this armor is at least able to sustain 2 .30-06 M2 AP impacts, or 7.62x63mm AP, without failure.

This heavy-duty backpack is perfect for any mission, or casual travel destination a person may be. Its low-profile design minimizes exposure as well as providing central weight distribution.

The standard issue fatigues worn by all members of Umbrella S.C.A.R Personnel, the top and bottoms of the BDU are made with Ripstop fabric, and are lined with various cargo pockets and Velcro patches used for denoting information such as surname, rank, branch/unit and blood type. Lastly, the operator's feet don black steel-tipped jackboots.

X4A1 Modified Assault Carbine: Based off of the M4A1, this hard-hitting precision rifle fires 5.56x45mm FMJ ammo, featuring a 3.5x thermal NV scope, AN/PEQ 15 flashlight/laser sights, stripped forward stubby grip, marksman's tactical stock, canted 1.5x sights, suppressor and a 60-round magazine.

M93A1 Handgun: A variant of the M92FS, this upgraded variant comes with a block suppressor, MicroRDS, Double-action heavy trigger, and X400 underside taclight. It fires 9x19mm Parabellum and carries a 15-round magazine.


x1 Infantry First Aid Kits (IFAKS): These standard-issue kits are renown for their streamlined design and availability of critical, life-saving equipment for either self-administration or treatment of a wounded soldier. While lacking in more critical care supplies, these kits are used to stabilize any penetrating wounds, lacerations or blast trauma sustained so the soldier can seek proper medical care.

x2 M67 Fragmentation Grenades: The deadliest grenade in the U.S arsenal, this grenade's small frame allows it to be thrown at a maximum distance of 115 feet by the average soldier, with a timed fuse delay of 4-5 seconds. Upon detonation, the initial fatality radius is 16ft, while the injury radius (provided by steel shrapanel) is extended outward up to 49ft.

x2 Road Flares: These flares are bright, visible in virtually all weather conditions and last up to 60 minutes.

x1 Flare Gun, five emergency flares: A single-shot pistol that launches a 12-gauge flare. These flares deploy a parachute when they reach their terminal height, and burn for 10 minutes.

x2 Meal Ready to Eat (MRE's): A staple of military forces, these foods are about as indestructible as a cockroach and contain enough preservatives to last for years.

BACKSTORY:

Only mentions of Joel's life outside of exceptional military service have been gleaned from Umbrella Intelligence. Joel grew up in the harsh arid climate of Texas; facing a dysfunctional family and ultimately joining the military to escape from the harsh home life. The military lifestyle broke Joel down, built him back up and gave him the discipline, structure and education that his family life lacked. Serving for a combined total of 20 years in the military and four years in Special Forces, Umbrella took notice and offered him a well-paying position as a paramilitary soldier of the newest S.C.A.R sub-branch; dedicated toward elimination of any rogue B.O.W's, remaining witnesses such as civilians, government personnel, or destruction of any information pertaining to the disaster.

However, Joel's loyalty would ultimately be tested as, following deployment into Racoon City, he was instructed to terminate any personnel he found. With his team, he was ordered to head to the compromised NEXUS facility to clear out any hostile organisms and destroy any data remaining to the facility's involvement in the project. It was here that Joel had learned of Wesker's order to terminate the operator as he believed Joel to be a direct threat to the Corporation based on his knowledge pertaining to the project, and his moral standing toward Umbrella's darker secrets- those of which he quietly criticized.

As if on cue, Joel was met with a barrage of gunfire as his own teammates betrayed him where he stood. Joel had managed to eliminate all of them, and sustaining moderate injuries in the firefight, is now left alone and bleeding inside the facility with his link to Command severed. Now, he's ensuring his escape and revenge against Umbrella. First? He's gotta try and escape this damned city.

Back story:

Born in raccoon city Sienna was always called a gifted child she was walking by six months, talking by nine months, potty trained herself at one and a half. By three years of age she was constantly moving and causing chaos as any child does, that is until her mother took her to a opera hall where she saw a cello performance. For the first time she was still, entranced by the soft sounds. From there she seemed dedicated to music even taking two jobs at the age of 16 on top of her school work to save up for a new cello. For the graduation ceremony her school had her preform a original piece not telling her multible sponsors had been called to watch her. A few months passed before she got her first letter in less than a month she was to take a plane to Russia for her first performance they even sent a beautiful white and gold cello as a sign of good will.

Then in a matter of seconds the world went right down the toilet along with everything she hoped to have or do. A day of packing her bags, getting in a taxi, getting coffee, stuff so normal ended so horribly. A car blew through the light smashing into her side of the car the trunk opened abd her bags went everywhere. The carefully packed cello broke from its case and was broken by a truck that hit the back end of the taxi spinning it the other way.


When she woke up it was a living nightmare blood splatter on the car windows screams filled the air. The driver was dead from the impact but Sienna was still alive with surprisingly minor injured but unfortunately she’s trapped in the vehicle with no way to get out.

  Psychological Report:
  Pros: Intelligent and divisive, few challenges stop Elizabeth from achieving her goals. She seldom loses her composure to a situation out of her control, often leading to her being a metaphorical rock for Bravo team. Pairing with her quick with and cool demeanor is her attention to detail, and compassion. It's been seen that she believes in the best outcome, and has no hesitation to ensure the success of her mission, and the survival of her team.
  
  Cons: Although intelligent, Elizabeth's poor teamwork can often leave herself or her teammates overburdened. While this flaw can have glaring problems, it is seen that it is not a major problem. Communication can also be subject to review, as she finds it difficult at times to speak her mind, and often will remain silent on issues at hand. Furthermore, she is quite inept when it comes to biology and living beings.

  Elizabeth meets all requirements for S.T.A.R.S. Personnel. However, she does require corrective lenses for farsightedness, contacts rectify the problem until a corrective operation can be scheduled.
  
  Relevant Past History:
  Elizabeth was born under the shadow of the Capitol Building of Washington, DC. Her school records showed good record. At age eighteen Elizabeth volunteered for the United States Army, and found herself within the Army Corps of Engineers as one of their Combat Engineers, and as an Explosive Ordinance Disposal technician through her training. Serving six years within the Army, she was hardened by the battles seen, and the toll it took upon not only the her comrades, but the civilians whom lived under constant threat of ending their lives within a ball of fire. After returning home from her deployments, Elizabeth spent time with her twin sister Kathrynne, moving to Racoon city with her twin's family.
  
  Spending time within Racoon city, Elizabeth eventually joined the Racoon City Police, as one of their Bomb Squad technicians. After a year, she was scouted by one of the many Talent Scouts for the Special Tactics and Rescue Service of the Racoon Police Department. Joining as their Explosives Specialist, and one of two within the Service with the Qualifications to handle hazardous and dangerous goods. Through her service, Elizabeth especially filled her role to tend to the equipment of the other members, due to her mechanical intellect. Yet, the fateful night came, on the 23rd of July, Bravo Team was dispatched to the Arklay mountains, of the six that were dispatched, Elizabeth was the only one to have survived, and one of the few remaining S.T.A.R.S. Officers to survive the Mansion and laboratory attached. Afterward, those whom survived began their own investigations within the Umbrella Corporation, fearing possible retaliation, several of her teammates fled, supporting the investigation away from Racoon City. Even Elizabeth feared the retaliation, as she had Kathrynne and her family return to their home city. Elizabeth remained, attempting to dig further into Umbrella's actions. Currently her whereabouts are unknown, as she seems to have begun to flee the City after the T-Virus outbreak...

  Equipment:
  Elizabeth is never unarmed when on duty. Holstered on her left hip, is her custom built Beretta 92F "Samurai Edge" with slight modifications to the slide and hammer. The most notable added feature is the added Flashlight which sits under the barrel of her weapon. She also carries her M4 Carbine Rifle for better range and accuracy. Also found on her belt is her custom-made Combat Knife, made for when she had joined S.T.A.R.S. Currently, she wears her M69 Flak Vest. Strapped to her waist is her toolkit for diffusing bombs.
  
  Other items:
  Elizabeth has a small satchel whose strap runs under her flak vest to keep it from being snagged, inside, contains a glasses case (Glasses inside), about thirty days worth of contacts, about a days worth of food and water, sealed. And her kit to produce bullets with, should she find gunpowder.

  Being how she was at home before everything went to hell, Elizabeth currently is wearing a navy blue sweatshirt bearing the S.T.A.R.S. Emblem with the sleeves pulled up to her elbows under her flak jacket, a pair of jeans, and her boots.
