Shaun looked at the woman and then recognized her and then said slightly snarky "I am sorry I didn't recognize you, you know I have been just casually living in the sewers" he then paused and said to the woman "So...got tea or food?" he then looked around and then said "I haven't been out here for a long time, I wonder how my bike is doing though." he then looked at the woman and then said "Anyway, how have you been?" @trix

@ClassyBunny @trix She watched them both converse from a distance, hiding her still aching arm under a shawl. She was looking for Shaun, but didn't know who this new woman was, and knew enough to him to know that the line between friend and enemy could change at any moment. She would be wise to let them part before showing herself. Still, she needed to speak to him urgently.

It wasn't long before Jack heard the low 'whir' as the police ships took up the chase and soon Jack was carving and swerving his way in between civilian and transport ships. Jack grinned as he reached up to a small button and then flipped a small glass case off a blue button, leaving the case open Jack pulled the ship up and just as he expected so did the police ships soon they were climbing up through the sky scrapers. Jack waited a few seconds before reaching up and pressing the button before flipping the case closed again.


Outside the ship two small compartment opens up and released a swarm of drones that locked onto the police ships and shot out an electric net, two ships went straight through the net and were instantly shut off like an EMP had hit them square on. The 2 ships dropped and forced their five other comrades to swerve to avoid them before continuing the pursuit.


Jack grinned and punched the air with his free hand before swerving out of the way of a large transport ship filled with exported goods from other planets, he tapped a few buttons into his console and soon the engines were sent into overdrive. The ship leaped forward with it's new found speed and Jack was pushed back into the cockpit as he levelled out again and was soon flying over a large highway. Jack looked over his shoulder again, even though he couldn't see the ships he heard them and sighed, reaching up to another small lever that was dangling from the ceiling, tapping a button again the lever fell so that it was level with his face and he reached up to it. Jack pulled the lever and the ships engines stopped and the five remaining ships shot past him, stopped and then turned around Jack tapped another button and soon a large cannon protruded from the front of the ship, waiting as the ships got in range before opening fire and taking out two of the five.

Maia put her hands up in defense "no need to get snarky now" the sun glinted off the coin around her neck. She flicked her hair out of her face blinking curiously "what happened to your apartment?" She looked at the cafe "I don't have anything, but I can get us something, catch up" her eyes saddened at his last question but she forced a grin "I feel like hell"

before the creatures new it annabel hand launched them back against the wall and ran over grabbing some weapons and money off of the men before she turned to run away quickly


 

Deren hugged her back and pressed his head against hers. "sorry, but it's really embarassing." he said nervously, being organic kinda sucked now. he wondered where space would take them today, he was feeling his usual energetic, childish self. @Daniel reaver

mika walked off then came back about ten muinets later in a grey sweater and a white skirt and smiled at deren "ready?" she asked him happily

The hylotl growled along with the glitch before pointing to the girl and muttering "Capture" He stated simply and with that the skull walker bolted towards the girl and tackled her to the ground before using its body weight to keep her on the ground. The hylotl and glitch soon followed up and they looked down at the girl "Coulda just asked for money" He said simply before pointing at the floor nearby and letting out a low 'pish' kind of noise, the skull walker stood up and walked over to the spot before the hylotl offered the girl a hand while the glitch placed a heavy foot onto her left arm, not to hurt her as much as the glitch wanted to but to keep her still.

annabel groaned and struggled before massive tentacles that where pure black slipped from her back and coiled around the ones holding her down then lifting her up and throwing them off before she got up and pouted as her eyes turned a solid black and she looked at them then turned to run again the tentacles slipping back under her big white dress

The hylotl sighed "For fuck-" He muttered before running after the girl with a surprising amount of speed, he waved to the glitch and skull walker before yelling back to them "HEAD BACK TO THE APARTMENT !" He yelled and then continued his pursuit with the eleven year old girl with tendrils under her dress, strangest mugging he's ever seen. Catching up quickly he was almost on top of her "WAIT.... STOP GODAMMIT" He continued to call out to her.

The hlyotl had no intentions on not bumping into someone and shoved his way past the massive crowds to get to the girl while muttering under his breathe, he eventually caught up to her and grabbed her upper arm "Stop.... I only want to talk" He said quietly with the large crowd now spared a few glances at the eleven year old girl and the armoured hylotl.

annabel slowly stopped fighting and frowned as she slowly handed the stuff back but kept a gun and blade hidden under her dress with one of the black tentacles

Jack smiled as he started the ship's engine up again and sped straight forward at the speeders, they'd move, he sped up and as he closed the gap he readied himself to speed up, they'd move, the ships wavered slightly but the pilot must have thought the same thing, they'd move, at the last second the ships pulled away and Jack laughed at them before speeding off through the city again.


The ships turned around and scanned the area but they'd lost the suspect


"Suspect lost initiating patrol patterns" Came a mechanical voice.


Jack looked around and soon he once again was scanned and he had to speed up, shooting past buildings and the other miscellaneous stuff he was soon cutting his way through street stalls and all the other civilians that had gathered on the streets today, the one decorated ship flew through the street followed by 6 other police ships that all had their sirens blaring.

The hyotl nodded "Thank you" He said before standing with the girl still in hand, drawing a small bag of money he handed a sum of it to the girl "Here..... Go do what you want with it" He stated simply before sheathing his 2 swords into their sheathes and letting go of the girl before walking through the crowd that parted way for him.

The elevator door opened up and the hangar was before them, Deren looked at the ships and wondered which one they should take. "Which one?" He asked Mika, only his ship could sustain him in space though, because he was a needy biological being, he felt kind of jealous of Mika. @Daniel reaver

annabel looked at the coin before she smiled and ran into a restaurant and immediately ran to the cook "i brought money like you said. can i have food now" she asked excitedly as she held out the hole bag making the cook look at her before clicking a little then grabbing the money and pushing her away" go away kid i need to work" he said as he pocketed the coin bag then turned back to the grill "b-but you said if i bring money then i get food" she said as she got up making the cook liook back at her "yeah your foods in the dumpster" he said as he grabbed her and dragged her to the back of the building and threw her out the back door
