"I'm sure you'd do the same for me so it's fine." Witch decides on leaving the Dark Arts members behind. She starts to fly as quickly and safely as she can towards the house. "You can tell Sanctum he's welcome to visit again so we can talk it he'd like. He wasn't that bad of a guest surprisingly. Did you know that he doesn't like to read?"

Isaac flinched at the question saying, "I don't like talking about it but, i'll tell you." Isaac said as he started the story saying "It all stated out when people began learning I was half demon, people began avoiding me like I had a horrible disease it got so bad that the only person I could talk to was my mom. Then while on a errand my demon side took over and I-I killed a man." Isaac said, trying to fight of tears "So I left, I just didn't want to hurt anybody else." (Brb)

Then I don't think I have a right to say that I would do the same if we were switched," Jackie breathes in shakily, closing her eyes and shaking her head, "Don't buy into Sanctum's game. He's treated you the same way he treated me as a kid. He's not in it for you; he just wants your guard down in case I kick the bucket and he needs a convenient switch."

Apex has never killed someone at that age so she couldn't relate. "Isaac things happen, I'm sure it was for a reason. Right?" She rests a reassuring hand on his shoulder. She kept trying to make eye contact with him.

Itami waits for the spears to be less than an inch away from his body before he uses replacement magic to switch places with Kai'zen. He hooks his scythe's blade around Bruce's neck. "When dealing with an opponent who can switch places with you. It wasn't a very good idea to set me up in such a checkmate position and isolate me from your other teammate. Now that you put yourself directly behind him all I had to do is switch and I can kill him before you can reach me. Also if Bruce decides to have Ki burst out of his body it will only push me back and encourage decapitation. That's the third time Bruce has died but this time it's the loss for the team as a whole."

Bruce had been able to predict what would happen with Itami's replacement magic since he'd be able to get two birds with one stone with that replacement. He knew Itami could appear there anytime anyways so he'd been prepared no matter what since it also seemed that he liked to do that a lot. Using this knowledge Bruce had put his sword up and blocked the scythe even as he knew Itami wouldn't actually kill him. He then pushed it back away from, jumping up and straightening out into a kick to Itami, using the push from the scythe and the strength of his own legs to apply the force.

Jackie goes very still, her eyes widening as they dart to meet Witch's, "Alpha... Alpha is alive? He's still alive?"

He leans into the cushion, resting his head on the back of the couch. Not one for affectionate words, he simply pulls a blanket off the armrest and drapes it over both of them, guiding her head to rest on his shoulder, "Go to sleep, Bells. I'll be right here when you wake up."

Kai'zen having a much larger frame than Itami immediately took the blow defending himself from the one one the left he took the lesser strikes from Lucien's after images. Grabbing the shaft of the spear he twisted and flung Lucien up into the air, he extinguished his wall of fire and instead released more power from his great sword. He watched Bruce kick Itami and knelt his greatsword laid over his right arm and pointed at their opponent and orb of black energy charged and fired as a screaming beam of energy.

Itami kicks Bruce into the black beam and throws his scythe at Lucien since he was in the air. He couldn't dodge unless he used wings and flew. Bruce decides to show that he wasn't as unmanueverable in the air as he had been last time, firing his ki out of his hands and flying up past the beam. "I'm always ready for more! Don't you remember?" He was starting to feel more like his old self now, if you couldn't already tell. He then quickly formed his hands into a triangle and fired out a Ki Ko Ho at Itami, much faster than any of his previous attacks had been.

Lucien twists in the air and takes a step that odd skill he used to "fly" to the island kicking in again he launched himself out of a whirlwind zooming past the flying scythe and catching the handle as he passed. He threw the scythe back at Itami and came in hot swinging his spear so hard the ground below his swing was split as if cut by the blade.


Kai'zen was unfazed by the random change of setting, they were dealing with a replacement Mage after all so he had made a note to be flexible in any situation. His wings snapped open and immediately caught an updraft sending him rocketing up into the air he spiraled and closed his wings coming down to the ground landing on solid feet despite the broken earth below him.


Fayde shuffled into the house his hair now bleached white his once strong body seemed like it would literally fade away. He felt weak, confused, even afraid, it was truly terrible. No matter what he had faced he had never felt fear, rage, excitement, despair yes, but never fear. He sat and thought, he kept trying to summon power but simply wasn't working. Fayde sighed, he couldn't even use tereus's dagger.

Jackie nods, turning her head to the side and remaining quiet. If this information phases her anywhere beyond the brief emotion she showed earlier, she doesn't show it. Instead, she just closes her eyes, feigning sleep.

Overtime Witch lands in front of the house. She releases her exoskeleton and faces Jackie. "He's inside. Good luck..."


She turns to Emily and picks her up so she can carry her to Julie. "Thank you for talking to me while I was comatose. I heard it all." With that, Morgan heads towards Julie to get Emily healed.


Hekate decides on bringing them the news later so they can make the decision together.

"So this is what you had in store. Alright, that's enough." Itami fires a blast of life flame from his palm to counter the Ki Ko Ho. He uses replacement magic to put Bruce in between the two blasts. Itami's scythe stops before it hits him and seems to levitate. "I wouldn't be dumb enough to throw my weapon if I didn't have control over it." The scythe flies back towards Lucien and Itami races after it. He grabs the scythe and passes Lucien by at high speeds. He has life flame erupt from his body when he does pass him by which envelops half of Lucien's body. It heals him and gives him his full strength back. Itami stops slightly behind Kai'zen. His scythe was hooked around his neck covered in death flame. A flame he inherited from his father Lucifer, a flame that burns the soul of living organisms. "Alright, I've taken up enough if your time." He has the death flame on his scythe turn into life flame so he can tap Kai'zen with it. Once he does, Kai'zen's energy is filled once more. Itami pulls his scythe away and leans on it instead. "You're an extremely powerful bunch."

Bruce strengthens the ki around his body more than he had it on before, ready to take both hits and survive. Hopefully. Course, when they both hit him he could feel the Ki Ko Ho hurt him but at the same time the life flame healed him, which made it so that he only was partially injured by his own attack. But he had still been thrown to the ground by the blast. He got up from it then heard Itami mention the time. "Thanks for the fight, Itami. As frustrating as it is that I still can't win against you I still have fun." Bruce got a shocked look on his face at what he had just said, he wasn't supposed to be like that anymore.

I wonder why we hadn't heard of him." "Yeah and I haven't seen a card of him either...think it's a super rare like Bruce?" "Dunno, maybe....." "If it is I should get it for my nephew..kid has all the cards....ALL OF THEM. It's almost frightening." Kai'zen clears his throat realizing they had just gone in a ridiculous tangent, "Anyways...shouldn't we head back, we know where we need to meet and I don't like leaving the others for so long."

Bruce walks around the house and finds that some people have returned, including a couple of personalities and Jackie. Neither seemed like they were in the talking mood exactly though.
