Isaac put his card back into the deck and waited for Justin to guess which card he had.


 

"Don't flatter yourself, I could beat you even if I did go soft." Bruce was genuinely enjoying the little bit of conversation they were having. "So how much have you improved in this past year?"

"Well my ki attacks have gotten stronger, and I can hold my super speed for about three minutes, and I've gotten alot stronger in general too."

Bruce let out a laugh, he knew from the start that Isaac was going to get cheated and that he didn't even bother to check the deck in the first place.

Bruce smiled at this, to be honest, he wasn't really mad at the guild itself, just Julie. But he was going to complete the task given to him if it meant at least being left alone by the bad guys. "She's not too bad... well I should say they're not too bad. Could be worse, could be better."

Bruce can feel a stinging sensation where the symbol on his shoulder was. The hooded woman was watching him through a crystal ball. "It was so easy to infiltrate... I no longer have the need to use him for spying. We already have someone else for that." She starts to control Bruce's body through the symbol. She has him attack and destroy as many things possible in the guild.

Bruce had no idea what came over him but he suddenly punched Isaac right in the gut and sent him though a wall. He then kicked at Krios to have the same effect as his punch did on Isaac. Now he was smashing through the rest of the walls of the guild hall, something about this seemed familiar. "I have no idea what is going but for god's sake do not kill me!" He knew perfectly well what was going on, the cloaked dudes weren't just using him for reconnaissance, they were using him as their preemptive strike on Dragon's Roar. But it'd end before he could do too much to the place if everyone attacked him.

Isaac yelled "Justin protect Isabel!" Isaac then got gut punched through a wall, Isaac then got back up and ran behind Bruce and put hut him in a slepper hold saying. "Sorry Bruce this was the only way I could think to stop you, please try to control yourself till you pass out."

"Right away!" Did he just say that? Bruce lunged forward and grabbed the cocoon, jumping up and smashing it down on Justin and sending him through the floor.

From upstairs Kemet felt a spirit screaming out in agony, He didn't know what was happening but he felt an urge to investigate, he brandished his short staff and began to bolt towards the 4th floor, to the door with the seals only to be met by a gaping hole in the wall. Manu the monkey appears out of nowhere "SHITS ALREADY GETTING REAL, AND I HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED TO MEET EVERYONE". The monkey shrills with excitement of a great uproar. "Shut up Manu" Kemet demanded with a sharp expression. Peering through the hole Kemet tried to decide whom the enemy was, "I got a lock on the guy with the symbols on his body, he is not himself, Manu see if you can get a channel on whats up with this man." Kemet fears his spirit magic may not be a match for the magic placed on Bruce

Walking up the path towards the guild and felt something amiss, the message he had recieved had unnerved him it wasn't the same as when Isabella had called him and as he approached he was perturbed further as he could hardly sense Isabella at all. "What's going on here." He muttered his fiery gold eyes looking over the hall doors moments before he gently pushed it open. Stepping in Tereus paused and looked over the entryway a nostalgic feeling coming over him. Tereus spoke his voice soft but still carrying through the hall using a drinks use amount of power to augment his voice knowing if he raised his voice the building could easily come down. "I got the call, what's going on."


Altiera, Kai'zen, Lucien


Her scale-mail shifting with her movements Altiera strolled to this Dragon's roar guild she had heard so much about. Apparently they were responsible for those soldiers she had disposed of nearly a year ago now and she had only heard more tales of their great exploits and decided to see for herself. With what she assumed was the guild hall in the distance she continued walking until a distant rumble reached her ears. Turning her head to the left Altiera had seconds to take a quick step back before the path before her was torn apart, a roaring mass of armor and cloth came crashing across the path before her, a blur and a loud crack split the ball and hurled two figures free of each other one in a white jacket and red scarf the other in a black suit of armor went spinning into the underbrush in opposite directions. Not quite sure what she had just seen Altiera stepped back again blinking away the surprise only to see the proof of the crazy scene that had taken place. It was further confirmed when a armored hand grabbed the trunk of a tree near her the persons grip shattering the bark and splintering the wood under it. A tall man stepped out seemingly oblivious to Altiera's presence allowing her to get a good look at him, he had dark skin and bright silver hair that stuckut at numerous odd angles about his head. His burning red eyes stared at he gap in the bushes his opponent made upon landing and in a flash leapt forward through it though he made no move to grab the greatsword on his back. Altiera could only guess what was happening from the sounds of a rage filled fight and a loud explosion cleared away the forest around them. In the center stood a rather beat up boy wearing what seemed to be a simple white hoodie with a horizontal black stripe and dark blue hood. He panted but still glared at the taller significantly less damaged man, who took the chance to speak, "I think I've proved my point, I don't want to waste anymore time I'm going to the guild." Standing straight the dark skinned man started on the way to the guild only to be stopped by Altiera's loud, "What. The. FUCK!" Both of the combatants' heads turned to her obviously aware that she had been there but unsure as to how to respond to her, luckily they didn't have to spend too much time thinking before she continued. "What do you think this is a n arena?! Ere are people trying to fucking walk here!! If you two wanna have a pissing contest do it somewhere else!!" Letting out a furious huff of air she stomped past them leaving cracks in the ground where her steps were leaving the stunned men behind her as she continued to the guild. The tall man looked at her with a rather plain expression while the younger man seemed a bit annoyed. The two followed her lead deciding that no time need be wasted talking back to here as she did have a bit of a point. In silence the three continued on their way to the guild reaching the doors in less than ten minutes after their little romp. They Altiera opened the doors throwing them open with what looked like a gentle shove. "Who's in charge around here?" She bellowed making her presence known to all within.

Reed woke up with a start. The clone vanished and he ran to the noise. He walked through and saw Bruce with a weird cocoon type thing. He saw him hit the other kid with it and saw the symbol burning on him. "Fucking hell." Chains burst out around him and coiled around his body pulling him to the floor. Sarah jumped off his shoulder and turned into her other form. She had spirits and undead help hold down the man. "What happened?"

Isaac got back up and took the cocoon away from Bruce saying "He's being used to attack us, don't kill him just hold him there. Isaac then ran away with the cocoon looking for someplace safe to put it.

Kemet raised 7 spirits from the dead, they seemed to hover aimlessly above the floor suspended slightly, toes pointed down, these spirits seemed zombie like, they obviously had no clear thought of their own, Kemet yelled "PIN HIM". All the spirits came and closed in on Bruce trying to get a grip on either an arm or a leg.

Bruce had already lost control before but now it was about to take a turn for the worst. What's worse than being controlled by the enemy? Going along with the enemy's wishes. A dark purple aura forms around Bruce and ki of the same color bursts out from him, pushing away the things holding him down. "Shit happened! I'm free again, bitches!" This is the Nega-Bruce, a much more powerful and destructive version of Bruce that he does his best to keep from taking over but now he can't. He rushes forward and grabs Isaac by his shirt, throwing him through the roof of the guild and taking the egg again. "Mine!"
