I made a slight edit to Korvaiis' communication on the voting thing. You may not vote for yourself. Sorry.

Anyway, good luck everyone!
Don't tell Era her weakness is her arms. She has no upper body strength. Luckily she has long legs to counter act that. Also up close is her thing so shooting her from a distance also works. But don't tell Era xD

Heheh.

Well you're lucky. Era's quite perceptive, so she'll pick up on it soon enough.

But it's Korvaiis who would really be able to take the advantage if it were him in Era's shoes instead. His talent is prodigious on all counts, being able to analyze an opponent's strengths and weaknesses at a glance based on numerous factors and within minutes of fighting he will have most of your attack patterns memorized.

We need to battle again, so Eve can kick him down like he did to her. She just has go full force early, so he doesn't have a chance to respond. Literally if she can't do it in 5 mins he will win. My eyes sparkle thinking about it :D

Haha.

Well actually.... The problem for Eve now is that he's already seen her fight, so he knows what to do against her even if she managed to grow stronger than him.

LOVE ME!!! THAT POST, SO LONG
Haha. You did a great job.

That massive box of text was a bit tough on the eyes but I suppose it's fine for now. Next time you have that much to say it'd be best to break it up into smaller paragraphs. Easier to read both physical and psychologically. Know what I mean?

I figured the Day headings would be enough :P

EDITED. Now it just looks three times as long.

Wait why would Kendra and Nei vote for Korvaiis? Don't they both dislike him thus the vote in the first place?

Also by that logic Korvaiis is already 6 votes so he's already won :P

They are upset that Korvaiis has been so lacking in terms of keeping the chain of command more clear and concise. Normally one's power level played a very large role in their standing, but that's not the case anymore. Because their power level means next to nothing now, their entire way of life has been threatened and they need a chain to follow.

They never wanted to oust him. They just wanted him to give them something to believe in and a clear chain to follow. He hasn't exactly done as they'd hoped, but it's a step in the right direction. Their respect for him as a leader goes beyond their distaste for his recent disregard for the importance of a chain of command.

And yes, he's basically won and that was more or less the point. He was never going to be ousted from his position. He really does belong there. It's the position of everyone else as equals beneath him and the Sub-Commander-to-be that's the most important element.

Nei and Kendra aren't happy about equality, but it's better than being subservient to members they don't respect at all.

ALSO LET EVE STEP IN, I wanna be the middle man!
If you reeeeeeeeally want to put her in Korvaiis' sights now, then that's your prerogative. I won't stop you.

Oh dear......... Well, good luck Eve. You'll need it!

@Zuka - I don't know whether Eve is getting off lucky, or getting an even more harsh punishment than Zarytto at this point. Lol!

Glad I didn't refer to Korvaiis as equal to Inceros then. I pondered it

Also Oooooooo dismissed. She would take a punch or kick then be made of no use. You nasty.

Sorry I haven't posted yet. Karas' end of the timeskip is already huge, and I'm only on the third day so far. This is mostly due to @Lord Zanicus' little skit with Medbot #33 having enormous repercussions. In the wake of the incident, Karas has not only discovered that Medbot #33 is strangely sapient, but that Zarytto attacked it (which Karas does not approve of, by the way), and now I have to write up the implications of that.

What I've written so far is that Karas is giving Medbot #33 three options (ha!) on what to do with itself, since keeping #33 in its current position without its consent is equivalent to slavery. Option 1 is for it to continue its duties like nothing happened. Option 2 is to have Karas formally ask Korvaiis if #33 can join the Raid Group as a new member. And Option 3 would be that once the gang gets back to Outpost-IE, Karas has the Bastion build #33 a ship filled with supplies and information about the universe, and send it on its way. I intend to have #33 (which I'm renaming Drama from here on out) pick Option 2, and as a result get a new body on par with if not exceeding Black Comedy. Needless to say, this whole thing requires GM approval.

I still haven't finished that section. And now I have to go back and write a response to Eve's message, along with having Karas repair Tragedy and Comedy, get some training in, and then the voting, and then a response to the voting incident, and...

On top of that, I have a three-hour midterm in 35 minutes and I have homework to do for next week, plus my entire weekend is reserved for extracurricular stuff. So in conclusion, I have a time problem.

Sheesh!!

Lol. No worries Genon. Take your time, and I give permission to use option #2. But before I approve of the superior to Black Comedy machine, I need to ask what kind of power level you intend it to have and also provide whatever other details you can on it such as name and function, etc.

Korvaiis was (and still is) Commander for a reason you know. He knows exactly what to say and what to do in order to remind everyone of why they followed him in the first place.
