CRUNCH TIME!!


Korvaiis has plans to launch in around 7 or 8 days, 8 being the latest he thinks they can spare.


I didn't tag you all in my post (my bad), so I'm tagging you all here to make up for it.


Korvaiis has sent everyone messages on their Scouters, so for those who are in positions to answer them then get to it right away. For those characters which are not ready to adhere to the orders given, wait it out until your time in the chamber is complete. I'll be back with another post detailing just who's in the chamber at which times based on injuries and such in a little while.

Okay, so here's the schedule for the Chamber.


September 10: Zarytto finishes his time in the chamber and begins his training right away


September 11-13: Raze is in the chamber.


September 13-14: Eve is in the chamber.


September 14-17: Anyone still in need of a soak takes their turn based on necessity.

Anyone feel free to stop her, I figured Karas, Raze and Dicchio would be all to weak to help, so maybe more along the lines of Korvaiss, Urod, Era or Sil? Really it's up to you guys. I figured a rough tumble while she is raging ain't a bad way to start a training session. So stronger the better.

Raze will no doubt reach the 50000 before the 17th but Dicchio is one of those people who need to use the chamber as well. Although, many of the bones will be healed before the week is up, many of them won't be healed quick enough for him to train as well.

That depends on whether or not he uses the chamber. As long as he spends at least 18 hours in the chamber at some point his body will heal just fine and training won't be an issue.

About the starting power level table in the Mechanics tab: From what I can tell, you never seemed to make use of the benefits that would be given to players for having a power level lower than 700 or so. The combat appears to be purely freeform, so I can't see where the "experience" or "priority in Scenario 1" kicks in. What is Scenario 1, anyway? And what does it mean that we have priority in it? Have the benefits just not kicked in yet, or are we just nixing them altogether?

Don't worry about it. That information was copied over from the first time I tried this RP and I never got around to actually using it in this one. I'm going to go delete that bit.

The other version of this is Odyssey of Power, which is still technically alive (but stalled really bad).


But I started it again because I wanted to take it in a new direction and give it a bit of new life, so to speak. Anyway, if you spot something you're still wary of then bring it to my attention and I'll do my best to compromise with you.

Yes it was. But I can't remember what I called it... But if memory serves it's called "Odyssey of Power," as the two pieces of music in Era and Sil's IC post headers were named after it unless I changed them which I don't believe I did. If you search for "DBZ Odyssey of Power" you're likely to find it, or something like it.

I'm thinking about writing it in the form of another time skip so that we can all be flexible with how we proceed on an individual basis. Describing our character's training, recovery, etc.


If we can all agree on how to move forward then we'll get to work. My thought is a time skip detailing all of my character's actions over the course of the 7-8 days that they've been allowed to train and such which will also give you guys time to do the same.

I'm not quite sure. I think the training sequence with Eve and Zarytto (@Zuka @Lord Zanicus) could be handled in the 2nd IC tab unless you three want to work on a joint post. The timeskip idea sounds fine otherwise. I can't really think of anything better at the moment.


Also, while searching for possible images I could use for Karas' Inecros-busting superweapon (though it'll probably fail miserably at that xD ) I came across this beautiful pic:

Obviously, credit goes to the artist, but I could see a potential antagonist in this character. Cybernetic mercenary perhaps? I'm thinking he could be one of the few human characters in the story.

Sorry, but no humans. I want the original DBZ story mechanics as far from this RP as possible, and that includes Earth and the human race. The whole being able to hear the human radio waves is as far as I'm willing to go with their "involvement" in this RP.


As far as it being an antagonist, I'm open to the idea. A lesser though still potent enemy on the way to facing Inecros could work just fine.

For a Saiyan to heal a set of broken ribs without the use of the Rejuvenation Chamber would take around a week or two. Bones don't heal as fast as damaged muscle groups and cuts/gashes/etc. But don't worry. Korvaiis will be taking Zarytto and Eve on and pushing their bodies as far as he feels is safe without causing ungodly injuries. He'll definitely cause damage, but not anything that would endanger their lives. Just put them out of commission were it not for the Chamber.
