I intended for Drama to have a power level in the low- to mid-100,000s. At most 160,000, at least 10,000. I haven't worked out the specifics of its new body yet. Do you approve?
Also, there's something very important we need to work out. This is namely that the power levels of the next few major enemies are way, way too low. Qercnikke, for example, is 95,000 IIRC, and Karas alone is 72,000. Era is 80,000. I don't even know what Korvaiis' power level is, but considering that he probably got Minimal Injury or low-end Exhaustive Injury after the fight with Rise, I'm going to say he's probably at 80,000 or above. So yeah, the enemy power levels need to be reworked drastically. That's why I assume you deleted the vast majority of the major enemy PLs from the Neutral Character tab.
Also, something else to keep in mind. I know the focus is on our characters, but I'm not sure Xol and Co. will be able to advance alongside everyone else. I'm not too concerned about it, since Xol's main purpose is a supply runner, businessman, and negotiator, and Rakton is an disaster waiting to happen if he gets his power unlocked (though Rakton as an actually-threatening antagonist is an avenue I wish to explore at some point), but I'm just wondering what I'm going to do with them combat-wise. I doubt Rakton's present for the vote, but I haven't seen Korvaiis continue Rakton's punishment either. For this reason, I would appreciate it if you laid out what Rakton's punishment will be in all its pitiful glory, so I have something to work with.
Finally, I'm noticing a disproportionate number of enemy mercenaries in the Neutral Characters tab. I honestly have yet to see any major character who is loyal to Inecros for any reason other than either fear or a paycheck. I kind of want to see a character who licks Inecro's boots and is completely loyal to him. Kind of makes me want to design one. Hell, even a weaponized lab experiment, cliche as it is, would still add more variety than what I see right now.
