You're in the military? Cool what do you do? Engineer corps? Infantry? Air force, Navy, Tech division(no clue what the offical name is) and I carry it around as I was U.S. Cavalry and I kept it now use it for personal defense, that is liable enough right?

Tech division is basically just military intelligence. And I'm in the transportation corps.


Honestly, this is where your personal research is going to have to come in handy. Silver is likely going to ask you for more than what you're saying now. It's not a lot to go on and there's no reason anyone in the US would want to go to Great Britain at this time. Also, it'd be far more exciting and creative if you made up a life for your character not involving your own stuff...especially since this is in the 1800s and not 2000s. xD

I say I as in my character lol. Sorry if that was confusing, I don't carry any form of that style of weaponry, my only combat expirence IRL being paintball and Call of Duty, well transportation division, help out any way you can. Honestly that is probably the under recognized backbone of any chain of military outposts or firebases or whatever they call them. So props to you my friend.
 
And to answer the US question, he is going to get out of the whole slavery deal, since he hates both sides as they can't find a common ground, so he heads to Great Britain. He lived in South Carolina, saw the slavery deal becoming a hot topic, and got out. Currently unemployed but is looking to become either a police officer or maybe be in the Royal Army.

And yeah, I've never been deployed so my experience is as good as yours (only have military training so far). I'm still living the college life here lol.


This is true, the transportation corps gets overlooked a ton. Honestly, though, it's not my favorite kinda job, regardless. I only trained for it because it had the shortest training time and I needed to get back to school in time. I really want to get into the mental health area of the medical corps.
 
Ah... And yeah I fixed that, I normally do third person but as it is OOC i just... I dunno. And understandable, have fun with learning of PTSD among other stress related mental illnesses.

It's not a very nice thing to advertise your RP in someone else's RP. Silver has not allowed this in the past, but I suppose things could change. This chat is supposed to be for this RP only, though, not for others to advertise their own RPs.

Ok, I was just wondering as my last rp flopped and everyone quit cause they couldn't maintain it for thier own reasons, and I wanted to know if anyone wanted to do it.

I'd advise you to be careful of doing this in the future. It can be insulting to most GMs.
