The bees are...just ok. I lost 2 colonies to precisely the disease they were supposed to be resistant to. The environment switch is turning out to be a bigger factor than I had hoped.
I am currently trying to write a paper for publication, I've re-written it 3 times in the past year because we keep finding people who have stuff to contribute.
BUT The best news: I have my kittens. They are an exceptional joy and they are much easier to train that I thought they'd be. We've already covered no biting or clawing ppl, no scratching on furniture and we've almost mastered no jumping on tables. *Cat immediately tries to jump on my computer desk* lol.

poor bees. Idk if I ever thanked you, but because of you I have a new found respect for bees and this past summer I slapped quite a few hands that were looking to swat bees lol. I hope I can read your paper in the near future 
also yaaayyy for kittens!!!! Although, Im slightly allergic to cats I do love all animals lol. I hope things start looking up, they def. Sorta, kinda are lol I'm actually going to be starting nursing school in the next month. Haha, other than that now Im just trying to dip my toes back into this site with something really casual.

Call me crazy, but I think this site is a lot less active since the switch, and it feels like its declining.

I just came back, but your right I dont see as much activity. The switch in style? I dont see why, but then again things like that arent really my forte, hence why Im not a website moderator/creator lol
