Fantasy Descendants of the Curse

(Sorry, forgot that part. But it wouldn't be too weird, witches and humans "reproduce" with eachother quite often.)

Esekiel was glad she got the message and came over to him. Snarling he stepped in front of her and looked over to Willow. He didn't like this he didn't trust the strange creature, but before he could get any closer to the odd human it spoke.

"Wait?" He repeated a little surprised yet more irritated than anything. "What makes you think we would do a thing like that?"

Luna looked bewildered, and her eyes suddenly darted to the human. She pouted. He didn't seem to be a threat, but the male wolf seemed to have it covered. Awkwardly, she shuffled around on her sore feet, mumbling a few words under her breath before she turned to look at Ezekiel. "Hey...I don't think he means any harm," she softly mumbled, twiddling with her thumbs. Soon after, her eyes drifted to the floor.

"At this moment it is better to be safe than sorry with so many hunters out there anymore and resources scarce." Willow spoke as she kept her eyes trained on the man who had appeared before them. "Keep calm brother. If you lose your temper again it could be bad for all. Especially when around another strange wolf and whatever this new one is." She sniffed the air to get his scent.

"Oi!" Connor shouted to the gathering of youths at the shore. "How close am I to town? I don't suppose that you'd help an old man out and point him in the right direction?" Screw it, he wasn't going to row in place while he waited for them to answer him. So he made his way to shore. And if he had to leave the small row boat, oh well. The Order would have someone come around to pick it up. And anything that was inside it. Perhaps these teens could help him carry everything.

Winston steps more into the open and raises his hands, wiggling his fingers for a second. "Thank you for pointing that out," he says to Luna, "as I really do mean no harm. I do not have any weapons," he says, then remembers the knife. He unsheathes it and tosses it to the werewolves' feet. "Now I have no weapons," he corrects himself. "I arrived near this town only a day ago, seeking refuge. This may seem blunt, but are there any witches here?" He didn't feel obliged to explain, since they would notice that he was clearly different than normal humans, being werewolves and all...

((Sorry Beo! I just realized somethin. The teens are back in the woods, Marius was the only one by the shore. Unless we could make arrangements? @EvelienLocalArtist ))

(@Axel1313 going by the geography of the original RP. The river starts deep in the woods (where ash and Vivian could use it) then stretches nearer to the village (where Gaston and Mary use it) then it flows into a lake near the next river over.

So depending on where he got off, he could be no where near the teens or just a few trees over.)

Ezekiel relaxed a bit when the boy tossed aside the blade. He shook out his fur and as his eyes looked the boy up and down. Then looked at Willow and nodded then unwillingly shifted back into human form. "There is a village chucked full of the damn things if you continue north. Why do you need to know? You don't happen to be a witch hunter?" He asked with empty hope seeing how this boy looked like he would have a hard time killing a mountain lion let alone something the could fight back with magic.

He saw the empty hope in the speaker's eyes, and shuddered unnoticeably. "No," he said. "I've been seeking refuge for a few days, since me and my sisters were chased from our home. My sisters are witches," he adds uncomfortably. "It's not that I prefer witches, but if it means less people out to kill us, well..." He stopped, feeling like he'd said too much. "Just- they're my sisters. I can't just-" He figured they'd understand, being part wolf.

Trusting her brother to keep a close eye on these two she shifted back into her human form wearily. Then carefully crept through the trees to see who else had called out for them. It sounded as it if had come from the river. She cocked her head curiously to the side when she spied them. Odd, what was somebody doing out on the river like that?

"Town should be just a little ways down the river! There should be a clearing where you can pull your boat in and follow the path into town." She admittedly knew this area far to well, despite the constant warnings and scoldings from exploring it she knew it like the back of her hand. Her curiosity was impossible to tame.

Ezekiel growled with distaste when Winston said his sisters were witches. So he was one of them, they didn't need anymore witches or wizards in these woods then there already was. "Leave." He said to stop the boy from saying anything else. "If you value you and your sisters lives live this forest. Witches are not welcome here, this forest belongs to the wolves, so I recomend you leave before I make you leave." He growled his voice harsh and held a cold promise of death in it. "There is a village chalk full of witches you'll be welcome there, but not here. Now leave!" He barked stepping toward him menicingly.

Normally he wouldn't be so agressive but in the presence of a she wolf he could almost feel how much he was trying to overcompensate for his youth.

"Thank you much." Connor said and pushed off back into the river, this time letting the current do much of the work. "I knew I was close." he muttered to himself as he drifted downriver. And once he spotted said clearing, he did beach his rowboat, and even pulled it a bit further out just in case. That done, he loads himself up with as much of his equipment as he could. This made him look something akin to a monster made out of packs, but he managed to get a good majority of his stuff. And now with that all done, he proceeded to waddle his way to town. He'd have to get some of the witches he'd be teaching to get the rest of the stuff. Feed them some garbage like it'll strengthen the body. Like they needed it to cast magic. A good spell weaver had a strong mind and an even stronger spirit.

All the excitement had fae's head in a tizzy... But the rest of her body... She felt eerily in control and aware of everything, the perspiration on her skin, the way the hairs on the back of her neck bristled at the sudden cold she felt and then sudden warmth once she stepped close to the fire that burnt small and sadly in the hearth. Everything seemed hyper sensitive and sharp, new and bold. What had that wolf done to her? What had it awakened?

She wanted to speak to Marius but after him being so shooken by the attack she felt it was probably best she spoke to Ben instead. Standing steadily on her legs, fear and wonder churning her guts, she went to find Benny.

"Ash!" Sabella called out to him as she suddenly found the comfort of the den and her half sibling's company very unappealing. The company of her father wasn't half as bad though she would never ever admit that to anyone but Valac. Despite their differences Sabella had always felt there was a "them against the world" complex when it came to her and her twin brother and at times even her mother. The pack was in shambles and many of it's members looked to Artemis in these times, turning their backs even on Ash.

"Ash, wait. I'll come with."

The young shewolf walked beside her father, regarding him carefully and them mimicking him. The tilt of his chin, the way he walked, strides long and shoulders broad. She wanted more than anything for the pack to see her as they saw Ash, Artemis, her mother. Not a pup but a leader, not as a girl but as a wolf who could lead the pack better than any first born son.

The boy somehow keeps his face impassive. "Yes, well," he says nonchalantly. "I was only asking. No need to get angry at me about it. Can I have my knife and go now?" He wanted to get permission before he reached out to get the weapon. No need to risk a hand.

((Iii'm still waitin'. I can get a post up for Willow but Jamie is still with Gaston and my other character went out for water for no reason now. x3 Aaa c'est la vie.))

"You are the eldest Jamison and as much as I'd like for you to stay a little boy and stay home and stay with us, you have to grow up. Everyone in our house has had a lot of growing up to do since Jacques came along. Eliza is becoming a young lady and you are becoming man. Both of you take good care of eachother and that can't stop now. Come on now, son... Let's go home, your mother will be worried senseless."

Gaston ruffled the boy's hair and wiped rain, tears and mud from his cheeks. He stood now, grasping Jamie's shoulder firmly and then began leading him back home, where they both belonged.

"It's tough when Ellie keeps acting like she did at supper though....she's a spoiled brat anymore and you let her get away with it. I can't even get a little muddy without getting yelled at." His cheeks puffed out slightly in an annoyed pout. His attitude was quelled quickly though when a wave of nausea hit him. He gulped and leaned into his father's side as they walked. "Could I have a cup of hot tea when we get home? I'm so cold and thirsty..." He mumbled.
