Fantasy Descendants of the Curse

((arti has been waiting on ash for a while now actually. :/ you kind of skipped to Apollo and Amber instead, willow went to the den for interaction but nothing and it's only been Mary and Gaston at the coven of late...))

"Thea..." Valac said with heart racing astonishment. Her lips were soft as silk on his, and her scent so intoxicating it would made opium jealous. He stared at her mad at himself for not noticing her attraction earlier, if he had they could have shared a thousand kisses by now just like this one. "Thea I..." He brought his hands up and around her frame pulling her against him, at the same time he pressed his lips to her's in a tender desperation, clearly this was something he had been wanting to do for sometime. "I like you too." He muttered breathlessly when he finally pulled away.

Ben stared at her almost fearfully. Then he looked to Marius. "What in gods name happened to yo-" his magic hold on Marius was interrupted by a horribly pain coughing fit. He withdrew his magic form Marius and stared at him. Silently demanding an answer, because he knew Fea couldn't do that earlier but some how could now.

(ooooooh that explains it all! No wonder. Lol)

"She was attacked by a wolf, but I honestly do not know what has caused this." he replied quickly as Ben's magic left him. "I never even saw this amongst the wolves and assume you've never seen it with the witches in the coven."

Artemis chuckled and leaned back into his arms. "I think you are right Ash dearest. As long as someone else is able to."

Belladonna thought for a moment looking to Malcolm with wonder then she smiled. "Oh yes I think I have something." She smiled and pulled out two sticks one blue and one pink. They were about the length of a person's hand and she handed one to her grandchildren. "Do you know what those are?" She asked smiling. They were children's wands, they could only apparate candy and you had had to eat the first piece before you could get another but intriguing none the less. Though even more mature wands were seen as child's play, as everyone knows the best magic comes from within and because wands let anyone use a bit of magic they weren't taken seriously.

Ben stared in shock then shook his head. Though he wasn't in the coven for long, he had never seen anything like this. Too weak to try anything else he laid his head down and tried to stop coughing. If healing herself was all she could do then they should consider themselves lucky.

Ash grinned kissing her neck. "Hmm I wonder who that could be~" he muttered playfully his hands trailing down her sides and along her hips pressing them against his as if to let her know what he wanted from her.

"Take your chances mongrel. In the years since your last attack our pack has grown to vast numbers, we are healthy and strong thanks to our position in the south lands. You fought pregnant women, sick men and pups the last time around. Try your hand at fighting men this time. With my own and two more allied packs behind me you'll be well outnumbered and outwitted."

Apollo growled and spat at the Alpha's feet.

"Try me, bitch. Have one of your mutts bring us your negotiations or your war cry, whatever it may be."

The red haired alpha turned and headed to the entrance of the camp. Next on his to do list was to track down that little bastard Fredrick and tear him apart for selling magic to his rival pack.

"Mary, yes, our power is great and yes Salvidore has had many pure blood children but none of them like Jacques-"

Jacques wiggled and mumbled in his sleep and Gaston stood carefully from the bed, taking Mary by her elbow and steering her out of the bedroom. He didn't want Jacques to hear them fighting about him, didn't want him to get any wrong ideas in his head.

"Jacques is different Mary and without proper training he will become dangerous."

A soft,"oh..." Escaped her lips, soft and supple, and indeed warm from the fire and her preciousnessly bashful blushing.

"Valac, do you really mean it? Really, really mean it?"

She didn't pull away, not this time, her heart was beating too fast, her pulse leaping and her head spinning with his sweet confession and his passionate kiss. She'd never been kissed like that, never been kissed before at all. It was so warm and enticing she only wanted more.

"So be it." The alpha said with distaste. Watching as Apollo left with a frown then turned back to his cart full of merchandise.

Fredric was getting on his horse and readying to leave. It was bugging him that he saw Apollo there, but he shook it off. He hadn't seen him in years. He doubted Apollo even recognized him.

Tears came to her eyes. "But we could train him, Gaston..." She still pleaded knowing her fight was over. Shaking her head she held tight onto her husband, tears of desperation rolling down her cheeks. "I don't want this..." She trembled. "I-I just want a normal family... Why is that so hard to have? Why..." She sobbed. Why were the fates so against her?

"Wow! Thank you grandma!" Jamison put on his best eager face as he took one of the wands. He knew he would be giving it to Elizabeth or Jacques anyway. He couldn't eat candy without troubles. His grandparents didn't need to know that though. They still knew nothing about what he really was.

"I could ask the elder wolves but I doubt they would know either." He sighed heavily as he turned to Fae. "We'll have to ride this one out and see. Do some searching into answer. I'm sure it's all fine though..."

Artemis turned around in his arms so she could kiss him fully. "We should find somewhere private. Don't you think? Maybe the clover fields we once explored several years ago?"

(Sorry I wasn't here!~ ;w;)

"Smaller towns are often the better ones, I've figured out." The man tells her. "And how I got here is simple. Boat. Don't ask me why, I simply came here by boat. Don't question my madness." Zoe shrugs, as if she didn't have any worries. "Oh, really? I didn't know that." she glances up at her 'companion'. "You don't seem mad," she says. "And going by boat would be easier if you knew how."

"How could I not?" He said earnestly, he had never felt this way about anyone else. To him she had always been a beautiful girl that he could only fantasize about having, but now holding her in his arms he realized that dream was a very possible reality. "Thea?" A strange voice said from the entrance of her room. It was another male a little older than Valac and definately more built that him. Valac turned around to see who it was only for the new wolf to come at him roughly pull Valac from Thea. "Hey!" He barked in protest but then looked again and recognized the other wolf imediately. It was Donahue, he was a new member of the pack, and was definately making his mark as he was one of the best hunters out of the young wolfs, not only that but his honey colored skin and pitch black hair set him apart from many of the pale blonde and brunette wolves of this area. "What the hell do you think you are doing with my girl?!" Donahue demanded angrily, his piercing green eyes glared at Valac. "I-... I didn't know!" The confused pup said in shock staring at Thea. How could she not tell him a another wolf already imprinted on her!? "Bull, now get out mutt, and don't let me caught you around her again!" Donahue ordered chasing Valacout of the room. "What the hell was that?!" He said turning back to Thea clearly hurt. She knew of his feeling for her! Had all those confessions of attraction, gifts and time spent together meant nothing to her?! "I came here because I was worried about you, but clearly you found someone else to comfort you!" His voice broke filled with anger and betrayal.

Thea pushed Donahue away from her with a squeak and then hurried out of the room after Valac, knowing very well she may invite the wrath of the much larger, older wolf who had been so desperate to lay his claim on the petite little she wolf.

"Valac, he is nothing! My father and Don have some sort of big plan in their head for the two of us and I'll have no part in it, not now that I know how you feel... Please, listen to me?"

She looked again over her shoulder to the self proclaimed mate and glowered at him.

"No please! Let's go to the coven! Please I need to know what's wrong with me, what's wrong with Ben, Marius! Ben is an important witch and don't act coy! I know it! I've heard you talking, heard the village talking! They'll help us, they will!"

She clasped one of marius's hands in hers and Ben's in her other.

"Please. I'm frightened."

Fae pleaded and snuffled, leaning her head of silvery spun blonde hair against Marius's broad shoulder.

Gaston bundled his wife in his arms and held her tight against his chest as a sob escaped her lips.

"Hush now, love. Jacques will be alright, safe and loved wherever he is. But for now, when he's so young and so unstable in his magic, well, he needs guidance, undivided attention and with two other growing children we can't give him that."

"Theodosia!" Donahue called after her in shock that she would so abruptly leave him for that tiny little mutt. Wanting answers he chased after her. "Nothing?!" He said wounded at her words.

Valac was almost completely across the clearing and into the woods when he heard Thea. Anxious he turned around only to see Donahue right behind her. Fearful of the large wolf he kept his distance. He wanted to let her know how he felt and that he would come back but now knowing there had been a plan well in the making that he was ruining, he didn't want to make it worse. "I like you Thea but..." He called to her but he couldn't think of anything to say. God Sabella was right he was a pathetic fool, he truly did like Thea but with how much fighting he saw growing up as a pup he would like to avoid as much of it as possible. "-but not truly!" He lied, God he was a coward, he couldn't even muster up enough courage to say something in his defense. He was a damn fool, and it was only made clearer as he sprinted away from Thea and deep into the woods.

"What the hell?!" Donahue muttered in confusion as he watched Valac run away. So much for being the strong alpha's son. Then he turned his attention to Thea. "You were ready to drop everything we had, just because some whimp told you his feelings?" He demanded clearly some of his own emotion showing.

"Alright alright. We'll go to the coven. Right now is probably the best option right?" he looked to Ben for an answer. He didn't look up to something like that though. Not to mention Fae was really working his emotions tonight. "You know you're going to have to do all of the talking. Ben has lost his voice and I have to remain in myself wolf form around the witches there. Do you think you can manage that sweetie?"
