Is there anything odd about the city that she might sense or that she might be drawn to? If not she does actually make charms, potions, and cast spells for profit. So they could find that some cases involving the supernatural have one or more of her items at their origin. She wouldn't craft anything with the intention of inflicting harm, but functioning good luck charms and love potions can cause some serious trouble in the wrong hands.

I guess youre right lol. Her residence is also heavily warded, its two floors not counting the basement and roof. The first floor is her shop the second is her living space, the basement is mainly for storage but when things get real it can function as a magical panic room. The roof has her greenhouse. I imagine her living in one of the more bohemian areas of the city.

Right now we've brought Bael, a poltergeist/ghost, in for holding and killed a big Japanese skeleton beast. About an hour ago a plane just appeared out of nowhere on the outskirts of the city, down south. No serial number or anything. Thats weird, but there were no fatalities so..."

They all took down a giant skeleton creature born from famine victims the night before. Also, for time and day- it is currently late afternoon Sunday. The bombings happened Friday in the story. So, there's your references.

Yes! Buwan was claimed! Though I am still waiting on @DreadfulDragons to reintroduce him... though, they may choose not to bring him back until the beginning of the sickness arch... Buwan was kind of supposed to alert the department to what was happening, but ah, well! Haha
