Here's our thread, hope you all like it! Everyone else seeing this thread, please step in too


Just a head count, is anyone interested in making a guard captain, priest, or elven keeper? We'll need the commanders to begin the fight, and I'd rather someone else do it so I don't get accused of bias as the GM.

I haven't put a ton of thought into what character I'll be making, but Priestess is a possibility. Likely Elven. I'll have to double check the thread once I get to work, and look everything over, before I'm sure, though. :3

I would very much like to play a character in some form of command, though I am not picky. Judging by the time period implied by that picture of human men-at-arms, mature adventuring companies should exist. Playing the commander of one of them would be my preference, commissioned or volunteering for the defense of the city.


EDIT: Whoops, nvm, these numbers are tiny. I had thought that Acheron was a big city, I'll have to edit my plans.

@Pentagon yeah sorry for that, but there's always trained knights passing by, who naturally would be able to push the plot a lot because of very extensive military training. Mercenaries and the like.

By my count right now there's 1 neutral character, 2 townies, and 2 elves. However 2 more people have expressed interest in being town aligned. So by my count townies have a slight advantage in player character count, assuming these characters are made.

Just a heads up for everyone, I'm currently working on a character, Priestess of Acheron, who is an Elf recently defected from the Elven forces.


Given that she's lived her entire life with the Elves, she will be a bit of an outsider among the town's residents, but I thought it also presented an interesting opportunity for having possible ties to other characters that are still on the Elven side of the battle.


TLR: If anyone has an Elven character who'd like to have some sort of backstory/prior relationship (romantic or otherwise) with my own, feel free to PM me and we can discuss stuff. :3
