I didn't know that you were the only one before and I don't mean to offend you, so I can change how she was found but she wasn't in the camp before the war since that would affect my other character. How about she found the camp after the war and helped with making the institute along with Carter. Would that be acceptable?

How she gets there isn't of Caine's concern. If you really want this role, you need to tighten up your writing, starting with your bio. Details are your friend, but getting to the point is the main goal for a character biography.
Also, find a better power. Caine can channel darkness in his sleep. Find something original, multi-purposeful and powerful. That would make your character stand out more.

The Egyptian demigods are generally more OP than Greek/Roman ones. Only people I've RPed with in the past will be allowed to create one, since I don't know whether newbies will take god mod with that OPness. So, if you could switch to something else, that would be wonderful!

A writing sample doesn't give me much assurance that you won't be extremely OP at some point, friend. Find a Greek/Roman God/Goddess that's similar to the Egyptian one you're using. You asked and that's my answer.
