Anuli and Kehinde were at each others throats. With Anuli's got headed nature and Kehinde's slow taunting jabs, the situation was bound to escalate. As Kehinde stood there, He was starting to see Anuli was seriously getting upset. For some reason, he was enjoying the fact the Messenger was growing angrier. "Someone is starting to get angry. I'd simmer my soul essence down if I were you." He offered to the messenger. "I'm about to fail my mission because of you. Shame. I was actually going to tolerate you." He reached for his weapon. Kehinde's eyes widen as he slowly began to transition to defensive mode. He had to keep in mind this guy was far more skilled than he was. "I don't think that would...." Anuli placed his hand on his blade behind his back. The sound of it resonated with the room, "Oh...no...don't stop talking. You had a whole lot to say just a moment ago." He chuckled. It was then Nicky tried to smooth over things with an additional explanation.

At this point, it seemed like reasoning with Anuli was a lost cause. Anuli eyed her after she spoke. His anger toward the situation was clouding his judgement on many ways. "Save it." He returned. He was about to say something else, but Alf interjected trying to diffuse the situation. Kehinde and Anuli simultaneously gave him a 'stay out of it' type look. Kimirou then added his two cents which stirred the pot once more. Kehinde shook his head and began creating a distance between Anuli and himself. Anuli noticed this and smiled, "Well now. Backing away so soon? I haven't properly punished you." He unsheathed his sword. Anuli’s soul essence was beginning to fluctuate. Kehinde confused looked at him, “You’re joking right?” He questioned still not taking the situation seriously. @DergTheDergon @babyjoker36610

Anuli shook his head and was almost about to pull his whole weapon out when in the knick of time one of the knights showed up. He was so quiet Kehinde didn’t hear him come. At the sight of him he breathed a sigh of relief because he wasn’t trying to fight Anuli. Anuli quickly resheathed his weapon as if nothing happened. The knight went by the name of Niclaus. He also happened to be the eighth Knight. Kehinde rolled his eyes at him because he was messing up his name. “All these guys are strange.” He thought. Although he was strange he did have a point to some of the things he mentioned. He looked over to Anuli, shrugged, and sat back down. Anuli on the other hand, wasn’t so quick to let go of the issue, but had to because of the ranking official within his presence.

When the Knight sat down and began talking about this and about that, Kehinde just waved his hand through the air. The only thing he heard was they were going to be working together. He rose forward in his chair a bit to get a clear understanding of what he was saying. “Work with them? Impossible.” He thought looking around. “We can’t even get along with the messengers let alone the fact we are from different factions. Hmph he’s delusional.” He sat back.

Kehinde was about to reintroduce himself, but Darious beat him to it. His explanation of the device he had was intriguing. He listened to every word that Darious spoke. When he finished Kehinde chimed in, “So this device,” He reached for his glass, “How good will it be detecting Hirudo’s of a higher class. Maybe something higher than that we fought?” He took a sip of his drink and placed it back on the table, “We need to see how a prototype does before we all get one.” He offered. He looked back over to the knight and furrowed his eyebrow, “I wonder what it is they have up their sleeves.” He thought to himself. @Affili @DergTheDergon @OwlOne @babyjoker36610

Darious ran his gaze across the room. It seemed everyone was satisfied with his explanation so far. Much like the concept of soul essence bullets, it was too complex to explain all the intricate mechanics of such devices. All anybody really needed to know was if they worked.

"Well higher classifications of Hirudo follow the same basic structure of their minions. Take a Terastios for example. It's basically just one lump of smaller Hirudo all amassed together for added strength. It's still primarily a small Hirudo when it comes down to structure and form. There's an indicator on the device that can take an estimate of strength so It should function on all levels of Hirudo" The pirate finished with a nod. "Yes, It shouldn't be too difficult to test it on a lower level Hirudo. We just have to find one, or get someone to summon us one. I trust our new fearless leader can offer support in that" he added eyes resting on he Eighth.

Let the games begin!

"Which brings us to our next point." Nereus offered, placing down his glass. *Press Play* "Best behavior everyone." Adjusting his clothes and then fixing his hair he reached over into his bag and pulled a device out and placed it on the table. He pushed it forward and it perfectly stopped in the middle of the table. He then reached in and pulled out a remote. Before he pressed the power button, he looked at everyone, "Remember not a word ok? Don't speak unless spoken to..hmm what else..." He tapped his chin, "No sudden movements." Anuli interjected. "Sit up straight and pay attention," Rico added. "If questioned be sure to answer promptly." Alf chimed in. "Please...please don't talk over, cut them off, or show any form of rudeness. You have been warned." Nicky smiled. "Thanks, guys." Nereus crossed his legs pointing the remote to the device, "Body language means everything, honey. Without further adieu, I introduce you to our superiors." He pressed the power button on the remote.

This prompted a green light to turn on, a tube then protruded from the center of the device pointing at the empty chairs, a light flashed quickly, and four people, three men and a woman, appeared in the empty chairs. "Nereus darling I thought you'd never turn us on. Love you hair." A silvery sounding voice greeted. Nereus winked, "Thanks hun. Just trying to look good on the job." The woman chuckled looking at the graduates. It was a projection so you couldn't really make out how she looked, but in person she is easy on the eyes, curvy, and a crowd favorite. "So what have we here." She smiled waving lightly. "Yes ma'am these are the delightful graduates you guys requested to meet with. I assume the rest of you will be arriving late?" The woman smiled then shook her head, "Nope this is all you've got for right now. So these are the famous graduates. Don't look like they could carry a wheel barrel." She giggled.

"Una could you please try to be serious. I'm missing the Kunina." A hoarse soft spoken voice chimed in. She side eyed the man that sat opposite from her. "Names." She gestured. Nereus nodded, stood up, then began to speak, "We have Darious Vaunbane he is from the pirate faction, opposite from him is Kehinde Akachi he is from the scout faction. To his left is Kimirou Asura from the Gambler faction. His opposite is Vienna Moors from the shadow faction and then Sora Kuromaru from the ninja faction ma'am." He finished taking his seat. "Ok, Well I'd love to sit and chat with you all but time is short at least for you guys. We have noticed the power you wield as you have exemplified during your fight with the Terastios. We would like to formally commend you on your efforts in bringing down that horrendous Hirudo." She clapped. "However," The man across from her chimed in, "We did not agree with you or your messenger's actions back in the infirmary. Not only did you create an unexpected expense but you did not cooperate with the grounds of an investigation and that is unacceptable." The man leaned forward. "With that being said," The third person spoke, "As punishment for such actions we will be entering you in the Kunina as a last minute entry. The Kunina as I'm sure you have heard is a promotional exam for those who are going into second tier ranks." He inhaled a bit then continued, "I know you're think this isn't really a punishment but it's really a double-edged sword," He chuckled. "If you complete the exam you'll be promoted, if you fail....you'll be put to death for your actions." He winked. @Newtype

The fourth council member sat there shaking his head as if he was being bothered by the exchange. "You can't enter them as a team. They're from different factions." He muttered. "We don't have time to send them home. The Kunina is already three days in." The fourth member angrily threw up his hands, "Tch well I'm not standing for it." The woman then turn to him, "Not your decision to make. This is only for the exams." She returned. The man grunted, "Well then screw it. If they agree with this then they will be killed. End of story." The woman flipped her hair and looked at Nereus, "You have the floor."

Nereus nodded and quickly reached down and brought his bag up laying it on the table. "Alright. You all are a little late to the party. The Kunina started about three days ago. This event is televised so don't let that scare you. I don't have time to explain this year's concept so I'll just tell you the gist of what's about to happen." He pulled out a object that looked like a piece to a puzzle, "There are currently twenty teams of five participating in this event. The name of the game is to capture all 6 puzzle pieces in order to complete the challenge. Easy right?" He chuckled, "Wrong bitches, because the only way to get a puzzle piece is to extract it from a Hirudo or steal one from another team." He reached down and picked up his glass, "Oh and some teams may not have the right puzzle piece so choose wisely. If you get a piece protect it with your lives. Don't forget those you are going against may or may not be on the same level as you. These guys may have been the same rank for years and just decided to take part to promote."

He pointed to the object on the table, "That there is your center piece. This center piece will be laced with rudai to attract Hirudo. Not like that night of course. Just like the other teams they may not hold the correct piece. Oh yeah and other teams are on the hunt as well. The five pieces you collect will have to connect to that. If they all fit you win the challenge. Any member of your team gets injured or cannot continue, you fail. Any member who doesn't participate fails the entire team. If your centerpiece gets destroyed you fail. If you are left with zero pieces you fail." He pulled a vile of rudai from his pocket and looked at the Council members, they nodded, "Good luck." The spoke vanishing.

Nereus uncapped the bottle and lightly tilted it on the object. The object then absorbed the liquid and stored it in a container. Following such practice, a spike in soul essence could be felt, "Its time...." He looked over to Darious, "Alright Devin...time to put that device to use. Let's get out there and show them the force that is to be reckoned with." He chuckled. As soon as he said that something harshly rammed the ship almost knocking Nereus off balance. He smiled regathering himself, "Any questions?" He batted his eyes. "They got a strong one. its soul essence is off the charts. Not too mention their second opponent is formiddible and closing in on the Hirudo fast. They need to hurry." He thought to himself. @Newtype

Vienna's gaze shot over to Nerus as he entered, breathing a sigh of relief as he kindly diffused the situation. 'Impeccable timing,' she thought, 'I was about to intervene... would've been needless bloodshed.' "Nevermind them. A Shadow does not hold grudges with other humans... It's unnecessary, takes the hatred and focus from where it should be." Her Koumpi replied. "Things are about to get much more interesting anyway. This is the opportunity you've been waiting for, whisper."

Her curiosity piqued by her Koumpi's apt words, she focused her full attention on Nerus as he pressed a button on the remote, causing four council members to appear in the chairs. Vienna rolled her eyes at the bickering, but then slowly understood what they were getting at. This filled her with determination... it was sudden, yet the perfect opportunity to hone her skills, and get her blood going by killing Hirudo of course. Besides, failure would seem to mean her death in this case. Way Vienna saw it, that's always how it was as a hunter... three deaths since graduation among her peers have confirmed this. She listened intently to the rules, and while they seemed daunting, the most they did was fill her with excitement and anticipation. If the others could just tolerate each other long enough to pull this off, they'd all come out of this higher rank and, well, alive. What better motivation could there possibly be?

Almost as soon as Nerus emptied the rudai into the strange-looking container, a massive spike in soul essence appeared, accompanied by something ramming the boat. Grasping the edge of the table until the tremor let up, Vienna stood, looking over to Nerus as he asked if there were any questions. "None here... our objective seems very clear to me.... and the sooner we get to it, it seems, the better." She then looks over the other graduates with a neutral expression. "I don't know about any of you, but I've no qualms with working together... it was our combined efforts that killed the Terastios, and the pirates' device seems invaluable in this situation. It seems we have a Kunina to win, team." Her words brimmed with determination and confidence, and she unsheathed her Scythe as she finished, looking at all the others' reactions to this and prepared to head out as soon as possible.

Following the explanation Kehinde nodded. He was generally pleased with what the other hunter had to bring to the table. He wanted to see how one would act in the heat of a hot situation. He looked over at Anuli to see if he was still upset. "Maybe I did go too far," the thought to himself. "He didn't have to slap my hand, though. I'm not a kid." He continued. "Sometimes It's best to stay out of things if they don't involve you." A voice spoke within him, "I understand you didn't like what his reaction was, but you had that coming knowing what was taking place." Kehinde nodded in agreement, "As a hunter you should learn this concept. Involving yourself in other people's affairs will one day cost your life. If it isn't about you and the ones you care it none of your business. Understand?" The voice finished. Kehinde sighed and nodded in agreement, "I understand completely. I'll apologize after this." He replied.

Kehinde was brought back to reality by Nereus pulling something out of his bag. He raised an eyebrow when he figured out what was going on. "Looks like its show time." He sat there and listened to Nereus and the messengers give advice about the council. He took all of them in consideration. Before Kehinde knew it, Anuli placed his hand on his shoulder, "Don't make me look bad brat," He smiled. Kehinde shook his head and directed his attention to the now present council members. Their exchange intrigued Kehinde. They weren't like your traditional council they were more laid back than anything.

The group then went on to talk about a punishment for their actions. Kehinde looked at Anuli and then back at them. When he heard them say promotional exam he had to scratch his head, "How is that a punishment?" He questioned himself. Not a second later his question was answered. He chuckled a bit turning his attention to Nereus. He was going over the details for this so-called challenge. "Other teams huh? That means I'll get to see my senior faction members." He put his head in his hands. "Don't worry you'll be fine. I doubt with the circumstances at play you guys will have any trouble protecting each other." The voice once again spoke.

Detail by detail Kehinde listened intently. He didn't want to miss any details. "If we are going to make This work we need a solid plan." He thought. He was about to relay this, but he was side track by Nereus pulling out a vial. He then took the vial and poured it on the thing he was talking about. Kehinde furrowed his eyebrow trying to figure out what he was doing. No sooner Kehinde's heart skipped a beat. He knew exactly what that meant. Now he was putting two and two together. Following the spike, the ship seemed to have hit something or it took a hit. He caught himself just in time before he face planted. Gathering himself, he saw the graduate Vienna stand to her feet and speak with conviction. He agreed with her and looked to Nereus, "No questions here. If we do have some we'll get a way to contact you or the exam officials." He then looked to the graduate named Darious, "Alright time to put you device to the test. What are we dealing with out there?" He questioned. "Now then looks like we might be making a statement." He thought to himself smiling. @Newtype

Sora stuck to the ninja trademarked silence as things went on and people argued then stopped. He held his silence through the meeting with the council though his koumpi didn't. "You know, a diverse team could make you guys potentially versatile to face the enemy, that way at least some of you know how to deal with pesky faction powers." It said. Sora could almost feel its dragon breath and here the rumbling of its breathing, even when he is not seeing it he can tell his koumpi has a mighty form. Sora faded into True Concealment as the ship was rocked by something colliding with the hull. He thought better to get the drop on the enemy while they're getting the drop on the others only, he'll have to come in at the right moment as to not fail but he has no worries just confidence in his power which according to his messenger Josef is a better choice over konsido.

Kimirou was quickly disarmed of confidence by the Knight ripping his internal being to nothing but a puddle on the floor. This allowed for the constant name mishaps to not affect Kimirou in any way. He was however intrigued by the device that the pirate had been brainstorming. "Donald? I thought his name was Darious." He thought to himself. Really his thought were to his Koumpi to try to force her to speak again. However, just like the last three days of training and dreams, there was silence. This worried Kimirou. Since the dreams started he has had no communication with the nurturing voice. It seemed as though he was lost in his thoughts once again. This was until the council members appeared and broke him out of it.

Kimirou looked up and to his side noticing Alf sitting next to him once again. Alf side eyed Kimirou and looked away in anger knowing that Kimirou was so distracted he didn't even hear the warning. Kimirou listened intently to the council's back and fourth. When the punishment was spoken, Kimirou thought to himself. "Not much of a punishment considering the Kunina should be a breeze for us. I mean we took down a Terastios for goodness sakes." His thoughts were once again interrupted, but this time by something crashing into the ship. The hit was so hard it knocked Kimirou out of his chair and back into his dream. It began with a few flashes of events and then continued with the King in the center of the dancefloor finishing the question of who the marvelous woman was.

The woman's lips opened and this time words escaped. The voice resembled the nurturing one Kimirou's Kcoumpi contained yet it was more harsh and devious. "Nullius momenti est nomen meum, et in tenebris quasi ingeminata remugit. (My name is of no importance, as it rings even in the darkness.) The King's eyes once again widened as he asked the woman to repeat herself, fear trembling from his spine. By that time guards surrounded the dancefloor and began to enter the area. The woman stopped her dance face to face with the king, eyes still closed. The woman standing in a rested stance snapped with both hands. At the moment of the snap, the snowflake designs on the floor simultaneously began to glow a cloud blue frosty color. Remarkably every guard was standing in the center of a snowflake. There was even a single extra snowflake either. As soon as the sound faded out of existence. A pillar of ice produced from the snowflakes growing towards the ceiling. The king's eyes growing with fear nearly shot from the sockets at the sight of every guard trapped in the pillars. They then shifted back to the woman in front of him. Her eyes began to open slowly as she spoke. "Finit hic tyrannorum imperio. (Your rule of tyranny ends here.)" His voice quivered as he replied, slowly stepping away. "Diabolus veneficae, Lionia [leo-knee-ah] Asura." (Demon Witch, Lionia Asura.)" With those words, the woman's left arm was stretched out to her side, the motion of its movement completely unseen. The king's head then began to roll down his back. "Ut magicae fluent aquæ usque in sempiternum. (May magic live forever.) Spoke from the woman mouth in response. The man that once stood on a side the king stepped forward and shouted with joy. "Salve Regina Lionia! (Hail Queen Lionia) And simultaneously responding to him, the entire kingdom repeated him. The unison sound made Kimirou's eyes open. The words "Demon Asura" simultaneously leaving his lips. Kimirou rose himself just in time to hear Vienna and Kehinde speaking. He walked behind them and placed his hands on both their shoulders. "Piece of cake. Thanks for the reward." He spoke to the council member's as well as his new found team. Kimirou then made his way outside to investigate the interruption. It was an alligator resembling Hirudo although massive in size, was standing itself back on top of the water next to the ship. Kimirou yelled back into the cabin. "Darious hope you already have a prototype read cause your prayers have just been answered." @Newtype

First Attack

When Kimirou stepped outside the Hirudo quickly sensed his presence. He let out a skin crawling roar in hopes of getting to back off. The Hirudo then moved away from the boat and then rammed it once again, this time with much stronger force. Once he completed that the Hirudo jumped up in the air and dove back into the water just like a whale. He swam under the boat and rammed it from up under creating a hole under the ship. @Newtype

*Press Play* Flying through the air, came needles that hit the water gracefully one by one. The needles had so much force behind them that they held there on down into the water. The Hirudo sensed the penetration of the water and moved from the immediate area. The person who threw the needles was hot on its trail. “I’m on it!” He yelled, stepping quietly passed Kimirou looking at him with a smile. He leaped from his presence and atop the ship grabbing a visual. “He’s heading towards you,” He spoke. “Got him!” Someone with a more feminine voice responded. She flung her hand in the direction of the Hirudo. Doing this, produced paper that flew everywhere. “Now it’s your turn,” She called out. @babyjoker36610

Got you covered!” A male flew through the air with what looked like a small brush and a jar. He placed the brush in his back pocket and grabbed the jar. He uncapped the jar and spun. This caused the liquid from the jar to leak and fling towards the flying papers. The Hirudo saw this and rose from the water to grab him. The guy was already a step ahead of him, though, He smiled, “Gotcha!” He dropped the now empty jar and clapped his hands together. Doing so caused the ink stained paper to throw out ropes of some sort, “Konservi Mu….” He shouted, “Tu Mavro Fidi.” The ropes took shape and gained speed. One rope after another grabbed hold of the Hirudo holding him in place. “That should hold him.” He chuckled. “Don’t let your guard down.” The man from before called out.

No sooner did he say that the Hirudo violently wrestled with the ropes. Moving side to side he was breaking the ropes. “I need more paper!” The man called to his teammate. “Okay!” She responded. She reached into her pocket and pulled out a roll of paper. She ripped the seal off of it and threw it at her teammate. “Ohhh no you don’t!” He barked at the Hirudo. He caught the roll and unraveled it. He reached behind him and pulled out his brush from earlier. He then reached into his sock and pulled out a pencil. As the roll of paper unraveled, he took the pencil and drew a thick chain with spikes. The Hirudo was breaking through the ropes bit by bit. The guy then took his brush and threw down in the water. As it decended, he reached for his belt buckle, unclipped the buckle, and revealed a watercolor pan. “Gotta love watercolors they’re so artistic,” He remarked. The brush hit the water.

As soon as it did the guy jerked it back by a string and it shot up. He caught it, grasped it, dabbed on his pan, and put color to his drawing. “Here goes!” He yelled. He lunged his hand in the direction of the Hirudo. This caused the image he drew to release from the paper and toward the Hirudo. The rope neatly wrapped itself around the beast as a normal rope. Once the guy realized it was completely around the beast, he snapped his fingers causing the spikes to protrude from the rope, piercing the Hirudo. The Hirudo let out a painful roar. He was just getting started. “He’s all yours now.” Coming from above a girl screamed. The sound waves from her scream could be seen rippling downward onto the Hirudo. The ripples rode the trail of the ropes and even rippled into the water.

The Hirudo’s soul essence began to rise and it dispersed into water freeing itself. Everyone’s eyes grew big seeing the sight unfold. “You guys saw that?!” The guy who threw the needles yelled. Everyone else nodded. “Alright then let's step our game up then. We have to get this piece and move on.” He declared. “Agreed we can’t waste too much time. Others may start to show up soon. Let’s do this!” Another guy chimed in standing watch from a pole. @Newtype

Darious listened quietly at the new bosses holding back grin as they all began to bicker, but the amusement fell awa shortly after as the new bosses explained their next task. Not all that astonishing to find out there was a risk of death if they failed the exam. So it was an exam that really wasn't an exam for the five graduates. Death almost assured by the bosses if they failed the Kunina Exam. If they refused to participate they would be dead all the same.

Nerus proceeded to pour the vile of rudai into their puzzle piece before any of them had the chance to say yay or nay, so whatever option they had at backing out and hauling ass was taken from them almost instantly. Go figure. "Not like you gave us a chance to ask questions any way" He answered after the tremmor supressed.

They had not time for any sort of a plan. There was another impact and the ship rocked violenty then a few moments later a third impact came from the bottom of the ship, sending plates and food clattering every. The wine in Nerus hand spilled from the glass he was holding in the process.

One of the crew appeared in the dining hall with a pallid expression on their face "Sir, There's a rather large reptillian Hirudo attacking the ship, What are your orders?"

"Rather large you say?

"Yes about the size of a car, maybe a little bigger twelve, fifteen, twenty feet or so." the Crewmate informed as another pushed passed him.

"Captain the ships taking on water"

"Damn it. Send half the crew to patch the hole. there should be enough supplies to patch it in the hold. The remaining are to report topside and ready the canons."

the shipmates nodded "I don't think it'll do much more than upset the creature captain"

"Thats fine, We just need to stun it for a few moments until I figure something out! Pepper it with a few of our smoke bombs as well while your at it"

"Aye Sir" came the shipmate's reply through a grin.

"Mercy, They are just as crazy as ever" Darious retorted with a wicked grin of his own. There was nothing to plan really Even if there was, there was just no time.

After Kimirou disappeared outside the first canon shot roared from the deck and Darious grabbed their puzzle piece and tucked it saftely away into his jacket then flash stepped onto the beach to begin violently cursing at the assaulting Hirudo in an attempt to take its attention away from the ship. If that didn't work it would surely be interested in their puzzle piece that the eighth had infused with Hirudo essence.

The crew had missed the Hirudo from the looks of it and they were in the process of reloading when Darious reappeared on the beach. There was another team attacking the Hirudo by this time but their actions had only seemed to infuriate the creature further as its soul esssence rose dramatically.

Darious fired two shots at the creature from the beach just as it disappeared underwater again then stepped back from the water's edge a bit incase it decided to rush him.

It would be fast in the water, but hopfully its mass would slow its movements in the sand if it decided to charge. Darious was fairly certain he would be able to out maneuver the large Hirudo and soul essence bullets moved faster than any Hirudo could also.

A Gymna class Hirudo

After sitting there in awe of the Hirudo disappearing, the team then heard canon being fired. The guy from the pole looked down at the area of the sound. “They shouldn’t be shooting. This is an event. I thought they were informed.” He remarked. “It looks like a pirate ship.” The guy with the needles responded. The guy from the pole slid down it ease and landed perfectly on the ground, “I’ll have a look. Keep your eyes on that beast.

As soon as he took a step, he felt a burst of concentrated soul essence followed by the roar of an Hirudo. He looked back up and saw that his team hadn’t moved. He wasn’t sure so he stuck his finger in his mouth, held it there, pulled it out, and held it in the air. Once he got his answer he spoke, “We have company!” He yelled. “Alright, guys that means someone is here to take the prize we need to make swift of this and go.” He finished. Soon after the Hirudo jumped from the water as if it were running from something. “There he is!” The guy who had his finger out yelled. “Wait!” His teammate barked. “Let’s see what he is running from. I’m sure he’ll attack it.” Just as he said the Hirudo materialized on land just a few yards from the docks and a couple of feet from Darious. It had shrunk in size and changed its appearance from an alligator like to a more tiger-like appearance. He roared at it opponent. Unlike a normal tiger he was bigger, faster, and deadlier. @Newtype

As the ship settled down from the hit, Kimirou decided to go outside to see what was going on. Good Idea so we wouldn’t be caught by surprise. From the looks of it, he caught a glimpse of the Hirudo because he came in and request for Darious to utilize his device. Kehinde was about to get up, but the ship took another hit. This time stronger than the other.

Following that on came one from up under the ship, “Crap is this thing really trying to take us out?” He questioned himself. He was brought from his thoughts when one of the crew members rushed in with a report. He spoke about the Hirudo being a reptilian looking thing. “Interesting choice council.” Kehinde smiled. Darious jumped into action probably trying to protect his ship. Cannons being fired followed immediately afterward. Things were really starting to take off. Kehinde sighed as he sat there shaking his head. “I guess we will never get a break. Might as well get this over with.” He stood to his feet.

As he was about to head out his heart skipped yet another beat. This only meant the Hirudo had increased it soul essence. Not only that Kehinde was picking up faint presences from the outside of the ship. Once Kehinde calmed himself down he headed out the door to catch a glimpse of what was going on. Smoke was everywhere. The Hirudo let out a roar signaling something happened to it. Kehinde stepped further seeing Darious making use of his pistols by firing them into the water. An excellent trick for driving something out. Well, the Hirudo caught his bluff and came out of the water and onto dry land. When Kehinde layed his eyes on the thing it didn’t look reptilian at all. It looked like a big feline or something. “Does that mean there’s more than one out here?” He questioned himself. He then saw the Hirudo blast at something pass Darious. Kehinde’s eyes widened when he saw someone absorb the blast like it was nothing. “What in the world?!” He thought. Following that, the Hirudo sent another one causing the group to disperse into the air. Kehinde was taking mental notes of everything he was seeing. He saw one throw something, another disappear, and another make a drawing.

Kehinde watched on in awe as they made quick a counter-measure. He was most fascinated with the guy who used a Konsido and his ability hand in hand. A sand and dirt could rose in the area of where the Hirudo was. “What are we standing here for?!” Kehinded yelled. “We need to be handling that thing, not them.” Kehinde jumped down and used Kinsi to appear just behind where Darious was. He walked up just in time to here one of the guys question Darious. Kehinde had to refrain from saying anything. He kept playing the words his Koumpi spoke earlier about staying out of things. So he stood there as backup in case things were to go left. “If this is the team we are competing against, we are going to have to come with a solid game plan. Their teamwork is flawless.” He thought to himself. He looked back at the ship to see if could see anyone else, but quickly returned his attention to the task at hand.

A man walked past Kimirou and their eyes met. "Who is this guy. I can't even sense his soul essence." Kimirou thought as the man went for the Hirudo. He became entwined in the marvellous actions that exemplified excellent teamwork. This was until the Hirudo dispersed into the water as an aqua like substance. Then Darius arrived and appeared on the beach, blasting the thing with soul essence bullets and his crew members using cannons. "So much for our teamwork." Kimirou thought.

After a little observing, Kimirou's koumpi spoke. "Have you gathered enough info on the team yet?" Kimirou quickly retorted. "No hi or anything. Three days of silence and that's all you can say." "I had to let you figure out who I was before I spoke again." The nurturing voice obliged. "Well, I know you are like me in many ways. Were you born with an evoked koumpi as well?" He continued. "That is correct my child. Not only was I among the few of our clan that used ice, but I too had the potential that you have in that aspect." She replied.

By this time, Kehinde had made his way over to Darious. Kimirou decided to follow. He looked over to Kehinde and quietly whispered. "New entrance with a twist?" Kimirou blew the glacial breeze as he did in the infirmary. This thickened the smoke as it did before and made it slower at dispersing. The ice fragments once again acted as they did. From the reflections on the particle sized ice fragments, Kimirou could see not only his team but also the now blinded Hirudo and the opposing team. He could sense at least four of the five soul essences of the team but could only see three of them. One of the teammates he saw in the crystals was the guy he couldn't sense. At least he had a visual. Kimirou then began to walk into the smoke. He pulled a dice from his pocket and flicked it at the hirudo. In hopes of hogtying the beast for some added grace. He edged the smoke on the opposite side and contemplated if the others would pick up his plea for assistance. Would the teamwork he wants to implement or not.

As these thoughts ran through his head his koumpi decided now would be a great time for guidance. "Great opening considering this worked out before. You asses people well as far as your current team. But do you also understand their growth? Will you be able to exemplify the concept of their abilities farther?" He smirked a little and answered with confidence. "I hope I will for I have faith in my team. We are the destined few that shall change everything and that is based on the fact we work well together. Do you not remember the terostios? I don't know how but we killed it. That has got to mean something." The koumpi kept silent for a moment. She finally replied. "I certainly remember, do you?" Kimirou tried, but he couldn't it was like his memories were locked away. His koumpi fell silent again.

As the others rushed outside to see what they were so suddenly up against, Vienna receded into the shadow cast by the nearest port window of the ship, peering out the window itself and and spotting the shadow cast by a palm tree on the beach, just across from the direction of several soul essences she sensed. Seeing this as a satisfactory vantage point on the situation, Vienna concentrated and made herself appear there, observing silently as a battle played out before her eyes just at the edge of the shore. It seemed this was another team of hunters... she found it an odd coincidence that the Kunina literally came to her and the other graduates nearly the second they entered it.

Observing the fight with utmost focus, she analyzed the strength and types of thier attacks, and what she could gather of thier tactics. They were very coordinated and organized, which may not seem to bode well for her own little group, if she did not factor in that they were able to end the terastios with no pre-planning at all. Seeing that they had no other choice but to adopt a similar strategy at this point, or lack thereof in this case, they definitely had thier work cut out for them. But, shadows have always prided themselves on adaptability, and Vienna's peers seemed to have it in spades themselves. For now, Vienna decided to do what comes naturally to her as this situation progressed. As Vienna observed Darius fire a few shots at the beast, and the others begin to appear and position themselves, she calmly kept herself still and silent in the shadows, observing intently, waiting for the right time to strike.

Suddenly, dust kicked up from one of the other hunters' attacks... dust that enshrouded the area... made it dark, in a sense. A mistake, mayhaps, but they were too focused on the Hirudo to factor in the advantage they just gave Vienna, and her teammates as an extension. Seemingly making a point of her reasoning, Kimirou froze the cloud of dust like Vienna saw in the infirmary then manipulated it to hinder the enemy team. The perfect point of entry into the fray for a Shadow, Vienna thought.

Appearing a few steps behind Kimirou, he could no doubt see her sudden shadowstep into the fog, as he had spoke of this ability when she'd first seen him use it. Vienna had no idea what the other team could be capable of, but her team seemed to have terrain advantage at least.... and the enemy was distracted. Hopefully, the other hunters didn't notice her enter the fog, nor see her. They'd be able to sense her essence, but for all intents and purposes she had the element of surprise.

Seeing both she and the Hiudo were obscured in the fog, Vienna felt she knew what to do. She headed towards the Hirudo's massive soul essence, scythe at the ready, channeling silence for her voice as she spoke: "Thrive in the darkness, grind the gears of hell. stricken they enemy under venom's spell." While Viena focused the Konsido on the Hirudo's soul essence, everyone within the fog would feel her own soul essence seem to spread throughout the haze, as Kimirou's no doubt has since his manipulation of it. "Konservi Mu: Tu Mavro fidi." The Hirudo was now restrained by the icy, sandy fog closing in on it like malleable walls of Vapor as Vienna cautiously approached it, keeping her steps silent. She hoped that the others could find thier own ways to help secure the puzzle piece as soon as possible. Time was of the essence.

Evan was thrown from the ebony van that was parked not far from the beach that the rest were currently competing on. Letting out a grunt and sitting up slowly, the other occupant of the vehicle aside from the driver stepped out and whispered into her ear "You know the terms." Before turning and hopping back inside. She hated the council's lacky almost as much as she despised the position she was put in. They had been suspicious of the group ever since they began working together, and now with various members dead, they saw it as a perfect opportunity to get some information. Yet in order to get said information, they needed someone on the inside. And, with most graduates at the academy being a bit too smart to work directly for the council, the settled on kidnaping and then threats to brainwash or kill those who failed to comply. Standing and muttering a phrase in French that had everything to do with wishing for him to go burn in the depths of hell.

Checking her Sniper, it thankfully escaped any damages. Setting it upon her back, Evan raised her hood and turned to the nearest tree. Forming claws of bone from her knuckles, she gave a running start before leaping and starting to climb. Hauling herself up quite a ways and settling on a sturdy branch. Once she was steady, she began walking along at quite a fast pace, making her way from tree to tree.

Finally, the ground below was slowly transitioning from earth to sand and the sounds of combat could be heard clearly. Pausing in a tree that bordering the beach, Evan kept behind the trunk that ran up the center. “Sheathing” her claws, Evan laid her sniper on the V that was formed by the trunk breaking off. Peering through the scope, the battle seeming quite fast paced and jumbled. Yet, instead of attacking, the assassin just sat there, observing the scene before her and praying that no one noticed the glare off of her scope.

(Sorry if the length is a bit short, I really just wanna start!)

the Hirudo reappeared on the beach in front of Darious. A little too close for comfort and to make things worse it was no longer reptilian, it was feline which meant it would be a lot faster and adapt at moving through the sand. It roared its challenge at Darious and the pirates pistols replied with a roar of their own as he took aim and fired directly at the creatures open mouth then rolled tot he side in case it decided to charge. It spared a moment to fire a blast towards the other team that was hanging around . It hadn't taken the pirate long to figure out these guys were another team of hunters. Based off how they moved and carried themselves they had been working together for a while. Thus far they had shown no hostility towards him so as they continued to attack he stood fast and chose to ignore their questions for now, focusing most of his attention on the Hirudo but still keeping tabs on the other team. He felt Kehinde and Kimirous presence and found some relief in that.

They responded to the hirudoss attacks with a series of well timed and executed attacks which caused dust to rise and encircle the beast. The thick dust was beginning to bother Darious as he was the closest one to the Hirudo, yet could barely see its form through the thick dust cloud. once a member of the other team used another konsido, the pirate made out a number of swords about the creature through the dust and Darious was now aware of Vienna as she executed a konsido of her own to restrain the distracted hirudo. Chances are the other team had at least one piece of their own and it seemed they were still looking since they were attacking this hirudo that had clearly been summoned for Darious and his team but the likely hood of Darious and his new found team getting hold of the other teams pieces at this time was slim and there was no guarantee they even held the correct pieces. But if they could get if from this hirudo before the other team then they were guaranteed to have a correct piece of the puzzle. It seemed the best course of action right now would be to continue attacking the hirudo. So, once Vienna executed her konsido, Darious unsheathed his blade and whispered to his two comrades.

"I'm going for its legs. Keep a close eye on our guests in the mean time. I'm not sure what pieces they have right now but I know for certain if we can get our first piece from the Hirudo we'll be off to a good start." Without another word, he charged then slid in the sand along side the distracted Hirudo and swung the blade at one of its legs in an attempt to sever it and hopefully figure out how to extract what they needed from it at the same time. If he didn't figure it out right away, they would at least have a three legged lamed beast instead of a four legged killing machine.

The Metagrams

As they waited for a response from the pirate. One of them picked up on slight movement within the smoke. The one who called to The pirate shot a look to the two behind them letting them know about it the nodded and waited for what was to come. Sitting there traveled a whole lot. They watched as one of the hunters made ice form out of smoke. One of them even clapped, "How artistic. I need to learn that." He smiled. "Hmph I could beat that," his teammate laughed. They continued to watch as the hunter then tried to flick Dice. It was hard to see so they were seeing bits and pieces.

Following that, they picked up on another presence. This time more faint than that of their partner. The newcomer also graced the field with excellent footwork. She ended things with a Konsido. "Beat that Gage!" One of them spoke. "I will." Gage smiled. The opportunity came in the form of a twinkle from the sunlight bouncing off of something. Gage threw needles in a direction of the light and jumped down from the tree and slammed to the ground with fierce soul essence. Visibility was low in the cloud of smoke. Temperature a bit chilly. @Newtype @DergTheDergon

Sora chose this moment to reveal himself as he currently seemed to have the best chance at getting at the hirudo. He exited True Concealment and then used his shapeshifting to sprout a pair of wings on his back. As he did so he could here his koumpi "Some dragon claws on your hand and feet would be ideal for this, just saying you want to not look like a fool in front of everyone. Since its in the air everyone is going to see this." Sora took his Koumpi's advice as his arms became scaled and his hands become long razoe sharp and shining metal claws with his feet and legs following suit. Then Sora lifted off the ground and attempting something not many ninja get to do before they master Free Movement which was aerial combat. He flew at the hirudo at high speed one claw ahead and one claw off to the side making it a nice pierce of slash option. As he neared the hirudo he would try to skewer it from the front with his front claws but if it tried to avoid him by moving he would lash out with his feet claws, leaving his other hand claw to to deflect or counter any typical strike from the hirudo.

Evan watched both teams get their asses kicked by the shape shifting hirudo. Drawing back from the scope of her rifle, she contemplated on what to do. She could try and damage the thing and risk hitting dragon boy, or try and take it's gaze off them with a few purposefully missed shots. Making up her mind, the assassin looked down the sights of her firearm once more. Aiming slightly upwards, she had to crouch in order to obtain a decent few of the beast. Yet, as she prepared to pull the trigger, the branch beneath her swayed a bit due to her weight. Shifting, Evan tightened her grip on the weapon before taking aim once more. Getting the flying beast in her sights, Evan pulled the trigger.

She had about no time to see if she hit her mark or someone else due to the recoil that then caused the weakening branch to snap. Letting loose a cry of surprise, Evan fell out of the large tree. Her rifle landing beside her, she let out a groan, the wind was knocked out of her. The assassin's spine flaring with pain, her bones took quite a bit to fracture, but when they did it would be a fast recovery. Remaining on the forest floor, Evan tried to collect herself.

Kimirou's conversation with his kompi was quickly interrupted by him sensing Vienna entering the smoky area. He felt her soul essence rise as she used Tu Mavro Fidi to contain the beast even more. "Great job Vienna," Kimirou thought to himself. Following her was Darious entering the smoke and going after the thing with his blade. Kimirou's eyes widened as he felt a few shards of ice get shatter by needles. Kimirou looked back at the other, but it was too late. Something made the earth quake beneath them and had entered the smoke. Once again Kimirou could see it was the guy whose soul essence he couldn't quite sense. At that moment, Kimirou searched the microscopic ice shards for the hirudo but to no avail it was gone. Kimirou then noticed the guy jumping from the smoke and could hear him yell back it's under ground. Kimirou raced from the smoke in the same direction as the other team. The hirudo then made its way into the air. The beast lunged back and shot an ovida towards the smoke. Kimirou's kompi quickly yelled at Kimirou. "Now!" Kimirou quickly clenched his fist, this caused all the ice within the smoke to piece together and solidify into a half dome shield above his teammates. The ovida crashed into the ice and dissipated along with the shield itself. The beast then fired two more rapid succession ovidas. @Newtype @Newtype @Affili @StoneWolf18 @DergTheDergon

Kehinde stood there and watched as his teammates made their attempts at bringing down the Hirudo. Kimirou using his ice like before, Vienna sliding in with a Konsido, and Darious following closely behind them with an attack to the legs. With everything clouded into the smoke, it was really hard to see. Kehinde then felt a substantial amount of soul essence come from inside the smoke. It slammed into the ground with great force just like as if someone dropped a brick. If that didn’t take the cake, the Hirudo emerged from the ground and took to the sky with not a scratch on it, “Are you serious?” Kehinde thought, looking up at the beast in a different form. “Yep. You guys have your work cut out for you this time around.” A voice in his head responded. “Not to mention your opponents are skilled.” It finished. “I’m well aware of their skills. Plus let’s not forget that they have a flawless teamwork model,” Kehinde replied.

Whilst Kehinde was looking, he saw someone leap into the air. It looked like the guy from earlier. He then tossed needles at the beast with precision. Kehinde followed the needles with his eyes as it struck the beast. He was left in awe at seeing the spectacle take place. He then saw the guy try to bring the beast down, “He’s crazy!” Kehinde thought. “No, he’s smart. Think about it, what can an aerial beast do when restricted.” The voice chimed in. Kehinde then noticed one of the teammates start drawing something in the ground. This confused Kehinde because why would he be doing something like that when your colleague has the beast. Not a second later the beast got the upper hand on the guy and it slammed him cleaned out the sky. Kehinde shook his head, “You were saying?” He joked with his Koumpi. “Well, maybe he didn’t calculate that one.” The voice responded.

Once the beast let out a roar, Kehinde knew things were just starting to get serious. Out the corner of his eye, he saw something fall from a tree. It looked like a girl or something. Was she from another team? Could she be an ally of the team they were dealing with? All these thoughts ran through Kehinde’s head as his eyes fell upon the woman. “Worry about her later. Right now your teammate is airborne engaging the beast.” The voice interjected. Kehinde turned his head to the sky and saw the hunter named Sora in the sky. From the looks of it, he had changed forms. “Perfect!” He clenched his fist, “That thing will be down in no time.” @Newtype

Following such action, he saw Kimirou hurl dice at the beast. It began to form into something different. “What is he planning to do?” He questioned himself. “Well, you aren’t gonna stand there and see are you?” The voice remarked to Kehinde, “Focus your energy on the flying dice and give these guys a glimpse of a night after a few drinks.” Kehinde nodded and spread his feet apart. He began to raise his soul essence a little to cushioned himself from harm. “Good now give those dice a bit of a sparkle,” The voice directed. Kehinde confused questioned himself, “Boy do it and stop questioning me.” The voice retorted. Kehinde closed his eyes and brought his hand together. He slowly opened his eyes and envisioned the dice traveling from four different directions and himself standing behind the beast. Once he fully opened his eyes he could see the ice dice coming. “Good…good…now you see what the beast can see. Amplify the sunlight to blind your opponents and the beast. Doing so will help in the long run trust me.” Kehinde was shocked to see himself in 4 places at once. He couldn't seem to wrap his head around the whole thing. “Don’t lose focus now boy! Reach into your pocket and grab a flash grenade.” The voice directed. “I don’t have a flash grenade,” Kehinde replied. “Yes, you do you must forget I can subconsciously tell you to do stuff so I had you grab 3 unknowingly. So get to it come on!

Kehinde reached into his sweatpants and to his shock the voice was right. Kehinde pulled one out, pulled the clip, and tossed it in the air. Doing so caused a bright light to flash over the area. “Now then. Let them piece their minds together after that.” The voice interjected. Hopefully, his teammates closed their eyes. Kehinde still in shock held his focus for the next move anyone made. @Newtype @DergTheDergon @Affili @StoneWolf18 @OwlOne

Vienna nodded towards Darious as he whispered his plans to her and Kimirou, taking out her scythe and focusing to sense the soul essences of the other team. One of them was very faint, probably masked by an exceptionally powerful hunter. Suddenly, she began to feel tremors in sand below, and the Hirudo's soul essence grew in size as it seemed to wrenched itself free of the fog by burrowing into the ground. "Hmm, very clever," Vienna's koumpi mused within her mind. "Don't despair though. It may be out of this darkness but you are still here... as long as you are here..." 'I have an advantage.' "Yes. You can shadow-step instantly to any location inside the same shadow, by simply focusing on the darkness and envisioning where you want to be. You will need to use this technique to survive." Before she could mentally question her Koumpi on what it meant, she sensed a powerful beam of soul energy heading her way. An Ovida, no doubt about it. She noticed Kimirou's soul energy grow, and before she knew it the smoke seemed to significantly lighten as the bits of ice within it were solidified into a dome above the smoky area, blocking the Ovida. She then felt another one coming, closing onto her location this time. "Now!" Her Koumpi demanded, and with that she closed her eyes, envisioning herself on the other side of the fog. She felt a shift as if she had shadow stepped. Opening her eyes, she saw as The Ovida crashed into empty ground about 10 feet away from her. "Very Good. All of your techniques will gradually improve in such ways as you continue to listen to me," her koumpi remarked. Vienna breathed a sigh of relief, before feeling another Ovida seeming to come for Darious that time. Confident he could take care of it, Vienna took this time to reorient herself. @Newtype @FrontLine @babyjoker36610

Everything was moving fast and Darious would have loved to take the time to appreiate it as it all fell into place but he had noticed that his blade never made contact with the Hirudo. If it had, he was not aware of it but it seemed as though the creature vanished yet again. The ground beneath his feet was rumbling and he could feel the vibrations as whatever the Hirudo had morphed into moved away from him then burst into the sky. The dust coud was still hindering the pirates visibility but he could make out Sora change forms and launch an attack of his own.

The other team had began another counter attack and as usual, it was well executed but from the rise in Darious's other team mates soul essence it was clear they were planning and executing an attack of their own 'It seems those guys are working together without effort aswell but I wonder if it is them our their newly awakened Koumpi?' he observed to himself as he watched the needle user plummet towards the ground after his own teams plans failed against thie powerful Hirudo

He sweapt his blade in a genle ark and sent a coushin of wind towards the falling needle user o break his fall a little bit. Sand was soft enough, But from the height he was falling the accumulated velocity would make his landing extremely hard and damaging and as far as Darious was concerned they were not the enemy as yet. He had watched their attacks fail against the shape shifing Hirudo just as much as his own initial plan had failed.

Since he spared the time to aid the other team member, Darious barely had enough time to dodge the Hirudo's Ovida attacks and came out of them with several lacerations from flying rocks and debris that had scattered when the attacks hit the ground. As Vienna shot her own version of an shadowy ovida towards the Hirudo Darious took aim and fired two more shots at the muscles on the base of each of the Hirudos wings. Hopefully the bullets would also become infused with ice shards but Darious would have to leave that up to Kimirou.

Darious tucked his face into his arm as the flash grenades went off and it took a few moments for him to blink back the spots before deciding to rellocate himself away from the dust clouds. He reappeared where he had last seen Kehinde and abscently flicked the blood trickling from a laceration to the sand. He stood there with his sword ready and a pistol in his free hand. Nothing to do right now but wait.

*Show Intro. Listen befor reading first part.*

Rebecca: "Elisha, we are back with the Kunina. There is a lot of action going on for it to be only the third day of the trials. What are your thoughts so far?"

Elisha: “I have plenty of thoughts becca. One being that this popcorn is divine! It’s brought to you by the Council Pops. Where popping is made easy! Meanwhile, things are starting to heat up here at the Kunina. We are three days in and no one has completed this challenge yet! Could this mean an overtime match?

Rebecca: "Great plug in Lisha. I'm sure Council Pops feels as though, that was money well spent. Now we do have a guest today. Council Member Dawn what are your thoughts?"

Dawn: "Well Becca, It's a pleasure to be here. I must say. The council has a little present for our viewers. An added treat if you will. Please move the view to Isle Harbor."

*The cameraman signals his production team to shift the view for those who are tuning in.*

Elisha: Uh Oh! We have something brewing down over there. Is that a Hirudo? Can’t really tell from the smoke that’s blanketing the area.

Rebecca: "Don't use excuses, Lisha, we all know you're as blind as a bat. Don't you see that. There are people on both sides of the beast. I think our guest was speaking of them. Someone needs eye surgery. Especially since they obviously can't see their current wife. Yikes Elisha!"

*The cameraman then slides a piece of paper to Elisha to see. Before Elisha read the note then looked back up to speak.*

Elisha: “Well Becca I guess I had that coming considering I walked in on you and your assistant. Buut that's neither here nor there. I just received word that we have a replay from this situation. Let's go ahead and analyze that footage.

Rebecca: "Atleast my assistant looks human Elisha. Tell the yeti hi for me won't you? As we start off you see one of the newcomers come on to the poop deck astonished by the Hirudo. Then a participant passes him with a "How you doin" Wendy Williams flair. After this and the entrance of his team members, the squad put all their efforts into helping the beast escape. Great job guys."

Elisha: “Let's not forget that flawless teamwork performed by them to counter the beast attack. Great use of that Konsido. Wouldn’t you agree?

Rebecca: "Could it really be considered a Konsido when he uses his ability and not the traditional means Elisha? I think not but the teamwork was grand if they meant to just cloud the situation. Dawn what about the newcomers? Who are they and why enter them now?"

Dawn: "The newbs are a council sponsored squad made up of fresh graduates."

Elisha: “Fresh graduates? What faction are they apart of?

Dawn: "Well Elisha. There is a Gambler, a pirate, and a scout. These are the people you see. There are also a shadow and a Ninja but they have yet to make an appearance. And to answer your question Rebecca, they were entered as punishment."

Elisha: "Punishment? By making them work together? I thought the Council was all about keeping things….you know….separate.

Rebecca: "What do you know about separate Elisha? You are so attached to those pants, you have worn them everyday for the last decade."

Dawn: "The punishment is not to work together but to survive. You see several Council Members have made a bet. The graduates living and getting promoted, or being slaughtered like the peasants they are."

Rebecca: "The viewers can also bet at Flyorsplat.com where death makes you money."

Elisha: “Hehehe so not funny. Well then there you have it folks live from the Isles is a live action battle to see who will get a piece. If I’m not mistaken This team already has two?”

Rebecca: "You're right Elisha. The Metagrams are a group from the Assassin's Faction you just don't want to mess with."

Elisha: “So I’ve heard. So let's go ahead and dive into the action shall we?

Rebecca: "Look at that Elisha. One of the graduates just walked into the smoke. What do you think he is going to do?"

Elisha: “I can’t tell with all that smoke…..woah! look at that folks the guy just froze the smoke bringing an early winter.

Dawn: "That's Kimirou Asura. He is from the Gambler's faction. His abilities will definitely bring Jack Frost to shame."

Elisha: “I can vouch for that. This battle has got to be more intense than the others we have seen in the past days. I’m hanging off my seat!

Rebecca: "And now someone else is entering the smoke, but I can't really make her out."

Dawn: “Looks like Vienna Moors. She is excellently skilled at stealth work. If anything she could sneak up behind the opponent. You know she is the perfect example of a shadow, using their most sacred art."

Elisha: “WOOOOOAH!” Look at that folks. To Mavro Fidi on deck! With an arsenal like that I would run home to my mommy."

Rebecca: "Are they all going to enter that smoke? Cause that Pirate just did. Swinging the blade the entire way. As they say on the Isle 'If you can't beat em slice em.'

*Dawn’s assistant walks over to her and leans over whispering something in her ear. Her eyes widened for a bit and she turned to her assistant. Her response was inaudible but it was enough to change the expression on her face.*

Dawn: “Looks like we have a change in plans you guys.

Rebecca: "What do you mean Dawn. Do you have breaking news?"

Dawn: “I do”, She sighed, “Per the council we have added an additional team member to the graduate team. It’s an uneven five against six.”

Rebecca: "But both teams are fighting against the hirudo, why the sudden change?"

Dawn: “I’m not sure I don’t sit on the senior council. I only do as I’m told. End of story.

Elisha: "Will this affect the Kunina for the rest...."

Dawn Interrupts: I don’t know. I only know as much as you do right now we can only see how this plays out.

Rebecca: "Well let's get back to the action before Dawn goes Kunina on us."

Dawn: “Yes. Look. Gage Delacroix just hopped down into the smoke. That guy right there has a lot of promise. He was top of his class five years ago. There he goes again into the air now watch closely as he utilizes his technique.

Rebecca: "He is the one to watch. Did you know he is number 78 in the Casisto. For the viewers at home the Casisto the Who's Who of Hunters. It is a list of hunters from One to One hundred based on multiple factors. You can get one from the Council Grand Omada Library. They cost 10,000 Urd. It's worth it due to you never having to purchase one again. They constantly update."

Dawn: “Yes he is. Gage is one of those hunters that are precise. Just look at how he threw those needles. He is a master at needle use. He possesses a unique Awakening as well. Hopefully, we’ll get a chance to witness the true power of the real Illari Gaal. If you know what I mean.

Rebecca: "Don't you have his trading card Elisha?"

Elisha: "Why yes I do. I have both Illari Gaal and Gage Delacroix. The only thing is Gage just came out right after his entrance into the Casisto. By the way there are only five in existence so far of each."

Dawn: "Don't tell me you play Huntrix, Elisha?"

Elisha: "I do. It's the hottest trading card game out there. I am currently building a deck even Cleirigh should be afraid of. Meanwhile, our favorite Gage was just swatted out of the sky...by the now flying Hirudo. Boy! I tell ya this thing is all over the place I can’t keep up!

Rebecca: "Is that the guy you were just talking about?"

Dawn: "No that is only the fifth member Becca. When you died your hair you hit the nail on the head didn't you?"

Rebecca: "Oh the girl falling out of the tree is the sixth member and addition to the graduates.I see now."

Elisha: "Oh I just noticed her myself could she turn the tide here?

Dawn: "Look there the guys name is Sora. A Ninja that will evolve right in front of you. And the clumsy girl is Elizabeth an assassin according to my sources."

Elisha: “Hmm can’t wait to see what she brings to the table I’ll tell you that.” @Newtype @Newtype

As the hirudo dissipated, something fell from it. Kimirou used his eyes and quickly noticed it was no a puzzle peice. For one it was too large in size. For his second thought his kompi chimed in. "These hirudo are surley full of suprises aren't they?" Kimirou smirked and thought back to her. "You mean to tell me that hirudo existed in your time?" Without hesitation his kompi replied. "Well of course. That was all part of the grand scheme of things. For what would be the purpose of power, if there was no responsibility placed upon the beholder?" Confused by the voice's remark, Kimirou's smirk faded. "Well don't dilly, get on with it." As the object hit the ground a rather furious and grotesque voice spoke in Kimirou's head. "Let's see who can keep up with me." With that Kimirou took a few dice from his pocket and flicked them in separate directions, all discretely with one flick. A few of them towards the feet of the other team and a few of them towards the beast's direction. Unfortunately, the dice that were thrown towards the new hirudo only hit the ground behind the beast. Surely the other team will be preoccupied with the crystal ice to give his team a head start. "See you guys later. Looks like we have a piece to get." Kimirou stated as he passed the few members that were currently present. Kimirou signaled to his fellow team members to follow. Kimirou threw five die to the ground in front of him. Right before hitting, they each transformed into boards. @Newtype

Kimirou stopped right before he entered the wooded area, to look back at the girl that feel from the tree. He made his board travel over to her. He looked down at the girl and began an introduction. "Kimirou Asura. Are you friend or foe? Before you answer I must tell you. The introduction doesn't matter. Either way it is sufficed as you will either know the name of your acquaintance or the name of your capture. The decision is yours." Kimirou in more than one way, just with an introduction, gave the girl an ultimatum, either join their team or be frozen. Kimirou's kompi commended him. "It seems that our traditions didn't die. Also, it looks like the tongue of ages and taken refuge in your mouth. Congratulations on the correct form to protray with your words. You are learning well my child. Your lessons even come from the way that I speak and the honor of your ansectors." While the girl contemplated, Kimirou sarcastically responded in thought. "If I start speaking that dead language of your time please end my existence." Kimirou then stood in silence waiting on the woman's response. @StoneWolf18

Evan let out a groan, trying to get her breath back. But before she could stand, someone approached her. Ignoring most of what he said, she responded by sitting up, summoning her claws of bone is self defense was needed and responded "I'm...here to...join you..." Obviously out of breath. Regaining some of her composure, she slowly stood. "Names Evan, and according to the council, I'm joining your little group." Taking half a step backwards, she bent down and grabbed her sniper, giving it a quite once over to make sure it's okay. Setting it upon her back, the assassin stood wary. He had said capture, so this wasn't going to be pleasant.

(I apologize for the length, didn't want to bunny)
