Conundrum: The Question Without An Answer (Season One)

Venom looked back at the two women smiling like a mad man as they questioned him. He couldn't help himself, the chance to have a little fun in any situation was always present in Venom's mind and he usually took that route.Venom wiped a tear from his eye and then looked to the messenger "Ah Madame Messenger, Miss Sinciato and I were merely sharing a drink together is all. A toast to a very well deserved beating we received at the hands of the Terestios." Venom had reached into the pocket of his robe and produced his flask as he talked, and at the end he was raising it high to the two lady's and taking a swig.

Venom was finding this situation more and more hysterical as the seconds passed by. Thought he was always looking to laugh and have a good time, something about his giggling now seemed a bit to unnatural. It wasn't until Lucas began to sweat a bit that he noticed something was off. Being closest to the door, he looked to the two women and noticed they had yet to begin giggling or sweating. He was finding it harder to concentrate and his vision began to blur a bit.

Finally the answer he was looking for came in a standard hospital safety precaution as a small box like alarm began to go off on the side of the room . Venom focused as hard as he could and saw what the box was. He looked back at the door and cursed at the man behind it.
"Merde!!" Venom closed his eyes and concentrated on his soul essence. He began to let the energy fill his lungs so that he could filter out the toxin in the air. After taking a few deep breaths he turned back to the other two and made his way over to cart beside the bed. He pulled out two mask looking devices with long tubes attached and attached the tubes to ports on the wall behind Leandra's bed. He handed a mask to each of them after turning the valves "Your going to want to put these on for a moment. It seems our friends on the other side of that door is filling the room with something not quite FDA approved"

Venom then walked around the bed back to the window he had entered through, his fingers extending into their long dagger like form. With a quick swipe of the glass, the window burst into pieces and fell to the ground below. Satisfied that after a few moments the air would be breathable again, venom walked back over to the door. The heat in to the room was still rising, and Venom began to wonder if the man was tring to kill them. He did not think on it to long, as he took his hand and jabbed it through the door, assuming that the man was still on the other side of it.

Iskra narrowed her eyes at Venom's explanation of his presence. He was definitely one of the trickier Hunters present here and they would have to keep their eye on him. Seeing right past his excuse, Iskra immediately put her hand to her ear, as she said over the coms, "I have Mr. Lefluer here with me in Ms. Sinciato's room. Can Mr. Lefluer's Messenger please come and take him off my hands?" While Iskra did this, Leandra glared at Venom and said spitefully, "I wasn't sharing no damn drinks with you, Venom." Iskra shifted her attention to Leandra briefly and said, "Ms. Sinciato, please. There's no need to fight over anyth-" Her speech was cut off though, as Iskra furrowed her brows when she began to feel herself sweating a bit. What in the world? Glancing over at Leandra, Iskra noted that she'd grown quiet and was even panting a bit now. This wasn't good.

Leandra remained silent in her bed, as her vision was beginning to go in and out of focus. It was all she could do to focus on her breathing alone. Her chest was lacing with more pain and her heart was racing in fear of what was to come. She had no means of defending herself. Not right now anyways. With sweat dripping down her face, Leandra found herself too weak to move her arms anymore or even to speak. Luckily, Iskra was more capable and with the ability to control air, it didn't take her long at all to activate her ability and begin automatically filtering the gas out of her own body. Once she felt normal again and capable of breathing, Iskra quickly took one of the masks from Lucas and secured it on Leandra, who then immediately inhaled deeply and visibly relaxed a bit while her oxygen began to filter itself once more.

Irritated by the Omada's methods, Iskra then said to Lucas, "Now, try to not do anything rash, Mr. Le-" Yet, before she could even finish saying her sentence, Lucas had shattered the window to the room, immediately allowing the gas to begin filtering outside. Exasperated by Lucas' methods, Iskra then said to him, "Mr. Lefluer, honestly, I can control air and filter this room with ease without us needing to break the window." Rolling her eyes, Iskra shifted her attention away from Lucas, as she then shifted her stance so her feet were shoulder-length apart. She then began maneuvering her hands gracefully through the air, as all of the gas recently released into the room began rapidly depleting and dispersing just outside the window. Once she was done, Iskra stood up straight and looked at Lucas with a satisfied expression only for her expression to become dismayed when Lucas punched his hand through the door. Was he trying to kill the Omada? Eyes wide, Iskra briskly walked up to Lucas' side and then angrily said, "Are you trying to get us in trouble or worse? We can't just attack the Omada, Mr. Lefluer! There are rules!"

The Omada

Tobias stood there with his hand on the door causing the temperature rise higher and higher. After a few moments, he could hear giggling and such go on within the room. This made him start to realize that the gaseous substance was beginning to take effect. As he continued to stand there, he began to hear the alarm within the room go off, which alerted of any kind of contaminants in the air. Tobias rolled his eyes reminding himself he was, of course, at an infirmary owned by the council. He knew after hearing the window bust that his technique was no longer operable. He knew for sure the medics will be en route soon. He didn’t have time to start another technique.

Well, as he stood there trying to think of something, a hand was being shoved through the door interrupting his thoughts. This startled him a bit a few inches longer and it would have been a full force punch to the abdomen. Tobias smiled then took his finger and pointed it at the area around the hand. Lighting his finger like a torch, he began to circle the dagger melting the material around it. Hopefully holding the hand in place, Tobias took his hand off the door, stepped back a few inches, inhaled, then exhaled an explosive flame at the door blowing it straight off the hinges. As soon as that happened, alarms throughout the entire hospital began to ring. "Way to go Tobias. A little too strong." He thought to himself. Tobias shook his head growing angrier by the second. This mission was turning out to be more cumbersome than easy for him. @Newtype @babyjoker36610

Venom sat there after he jabbed his hand through the door, listening to the Mesenger berate him on his methods. He sighed before turning to the girl and placing his free hand on his hip "Madame, the man on the other side of this door just tried to poison us and then roast us alive. I do not think he is playing by your, rules." It was as that moment that Venom began to feel the door heat up around his hand and slowly close around his wrist. HE gave it a few tugs before looking back at the woman beside him. "Merde..." Suddenly with a burst of flame, the door flew off the hinges and backwards towards the wall adjacent to Leandras bed. Venom consciously tried to keep the door from hitting anything that might cause serious damage, like say the critically injured individual lying in the bed. When he reached the other side of the wall, Venom threw his what weight he had into the door smashing into the wall, shattering it into pieces. He himself slammed into the wall with his back, reopening his stitches from earlier. He winced as he felt the pain spread across his back, but none the less got back up rubbing his now slightly burned wrist. In the now opened door way, Venom looked over the man he had only caught a glimpse of before, and smiled. "Monsieur, vous devriez être plus prudent. You could have hurt one of these fine young ladies." He turned back to Leandra, and full well knowing what kind of mood it would put her in, gave her a wink. He turned back to the man at the door and sprinted across the room, dragging his extended dagger like fingers across the wall as he ran. Once he was within range, Venom lept at the man, intending to put one of his claws through the man.

A message rang out across the radio that made Recluse relax a bit. She had spent the last few hours looking in every nook and cranny in the hospital for Mr. Lefluer. But upon hearing Iskra's voice informing her that he was with her, she was able to breathe. Perhaps the knights wouldn't find out and punish her after all. She turned around immediately and sprinted down the halls until a loud explosion inside the hospital made the alarms go off and suddenly she was running even faster. She knew something was going on and far be it for her that she was going to let some psychotic egomaniac make her look the fool. By the time she arrived at Leandras hall way, she could see the Omada standing in front of the smoking ruins of the door frame, while Lefluer was mid strike. She became very serious very fast as she reached across her hip to a coil of rope she kept at her side at all time.
"Mr. Lefluer that is quite enough!!" Recluse snapped as she readied her whip and hurled it across the distance between her and the Omada, wrapping the end around Venom's neck and yanking him towards her. Venom slid across the hospital floor towards Recluse until he was laying beside her, where she promptly placed a stiletto heal down on his chest, maybe placing a bit more pressure than most on the heal.

Leandra had no idea what was really going on at this point. Despite having the mask on and being able to breathe now, she'd already exerted herself too much and her vision was fading in and out. Frankly, she was amazed that she was still conscious. Iskra, on the other hand, was more than upset with Venom's methods of handling the situations and, since he wasn't her Hunter to deal with anyways, she literally face palmed when Venom was sent flying back with the door and ended up striking the wall near Leandra. Rolling her eyes and shaking her head, Iskra looked at Venom and then said, "Yeah, you're definitely never going to be in any form of a leadership position. Ever." Having ignored what Venom said before being unceremoniously flung against the wall, Iskra began walking over to Leandra's other side, which was Lucas-free...and door-free, to see how she was faring. Leandra was in fact faring just fine by now, as she'd used some breathing technique to bring herself to a calmer state of mind and managed to get enough oxygen back into her body so as to counter the effects of the gas on her. Unluckily, she did all of this in time to see Venom wink at her. Immediately, Leandra felt angry and irritated with Venom for doing such a repulsive thing, but she was so weak by now that she literally couldn't do or say anything about it. Being injured truly sucked.

Right as Iskra reached Leandra's side, Lucas was already up on his feet once more and..charged at the Omada. Eyes wide, Iskra took a step forward with one of her hands outstretched towards Lucas and cried out,
"Lucas, wait!" Before Iskra could make any moves though, a whip came flying out of nowhere and suddenly wrapped around Lucas' throat and yanked him out of eyesight. Luckily, Iskra had heard a familiar voice before this happened so she didn't feel overly concerned. Problem was, now they had a pissed off Omada to deal with. Staying by Leandra's side, Iskra warily eyed the Omada in the doorway, as she waited to see what he'd do next. Meanwhile, Leandra's eyes were already beginning to flutter shut, as everything that had recently unfolded had completely depleted what little energy she'd had left.

Kehinde glared at Anuli wis disdain after feeling the pain of his palm. Kehinde was about a few seconds from dropping the guy, but he decided against it because he was feeling nice. Anuli cleared his throat alerting Kehinde of someone approaching. It was the guy who was just in the hallway out in the open. After hearing the guy breaking in with his introduction, Kehinde and Anuli just blankly stared at the guy. Especially when the guy went on about how Anuli should be doing his job. Who did this guy think he was? But when he put his foot in his mouth that seemingly made things better, “Well I guess I’ll answer you then,” He gestured walking from behind Kehinde, “I’m Anuli Delany Stalker ranked Messenger from the Elder Council Messenger Division.” Kehinde began to roll his eyes at Anuli for trying to be all official, “Oh would you just tell the guy what he needs to know? Nobody cares who you are anyway.” Anuli looked over his shoulder with fire in his eyes, “Cool it you annoying little brat. Better be lucky I’m not pounding you to a pulp.” He cackled returning his gaze back toward the graduate named Kimirou.

As was saying…..” Anuli was interrupted by his fellow messenger stepping out. By the looks of it, she looked irritated, “Look, Nicky, I’ve tried. This kid is about as stubborn as a mule. Not too mention we have his faction mates are running around also.” He explained. Not a second later luck turned out to be a bitch when one of the Omada turned the corner. Anuli quickly stood in front of Kehinde keeping him from view. Kehinde looked around Anuli’s legs to see what was going on. Anuli was about to question the Omada, but he seemed to take more of an interest in Nicky and call her by a different name. This was, of course, odd because she looked like she was comfortable with the guy. “Nicole?” He thought to himself. Another thing that was puzzling was that she knew the Omada on first name bases. Anuli began to quizzically look at her. “What the hell is going on? Have they fought before?” He thought returning back at the Omada.

His thoughts were interrupted when the air around him began to change. Nicky or Nicole was raising her soul essence. Anuli knew it was about to get ugly. Nicky then through the ball in his court, indicating for him to jump in. Anuli accepted, “All the way,” He responded raising his soul essence. Anuli looked back at Kehinde and Kimirou, “You two go in there with the other graduate. This won’t last long at all.” He smiled. Kehinde chuckled, “I don’t think so…I’m not about to miss an opportunity to handle one of these guys besides the odds would be better if we fought alongside you.” He returned standing to his feet. Anuli's soul essence began to fill the hall with a smoky haze. This was one of his techniques he used to bring down the visibility for an opponent. His fellow messenger would have an issue with this because he made sure they knew how to fight through smoke. Come to think of it, she was better at trumping this technique than anyone else. “With the smoke in your condition you going to have…” He stopped when he looked over at Kehinde and noticed his eyes looked violet in color. This was different than before. “Mr. Delany, you obviously forgot that haze and my ability work wonders together. I don’t have much, but it should be enough to help you guys out.” Kehinde suggested, “Kimirou is it? Got anything you can lend to help these ever so nice Messengers?” He asked focusing his attention on the Omada.

Anuli wasn’t expecting this, but it seemed it would be better considering it was an Omada they were dealing with. All of sudden a loud boom came from the floor above them. Alarms began to ring about the hallway alerting of some sort of issue. “What was that?” He asked Nicky. Kehinde almost lost his footing from being startled by the blast. “What the hell is going on?” He questioned aloud. What was supposed to be a simple escape turned out to be something totally different.

Nicky turned her gaze back towards Dye, glaring angrily, standing rigid. She noticed Anuli and Kehinde's little side argument, and without so much as turning her head one bit, spoke towards them. "Anuli, I'd have to agree with him for now. Long as he doesn't do anything stupid, we're gonna need all the help we can get 'til the Hiringu arrives." Vienna watched the scene unfold from behind the locked door, looking back and forth between the Omada and Nicky as she tried to piece together the events unfolding despite only hearing muffled, unintelligible voices from her less-than ideal vantage point. It seemed Nicky was gearing up for a fight, and was surprised as her hands began to shimmer and crackle with lightning. She'd never seen the abilities of any of the Messengers before. Her curious look deepened as Anuli began to fill the hallway with smoke.

The smoke made it much harder to see what was going on... but it was also darkening the hallway. If she timed it well enough, she may be able to shadow-step through the door. After all, all that was required to shadow step is for the patch of darkness to be clearly visible, either unobstructed or, in this case, through glass or another see-through substance. The voice once again warned her to wait for an opportunity, even though she already wasn't planning to jump out there right now. She sighed in annoyance at her Koumpi before beginning to peer more closely through the window, analyzing the situation.

Suddenly, a loud boom was heard from above. Vienna looked towards the ceiling, but couldn't quite tell where it came from. All she knew is it couldn't be a good sign.... if she had to guess, the battle beginning right outside her door wasn't the only one happening right now. Nicky jumped a little at the explosion, then turned to Anuli for a second, still keeping as much of a visual as possible on Dye. "Hell if I know," she remarked, before moving one ball of electricity to the other hand, molding it into a dagger-like, crackling lightning bolt, and putting her newly-free hand to her earpiece. "Status report! Did anyone see that explosion on the second floor just now? Do you need assistance? Nicky out." She listened intently for any reply, turning back to dye and watching closely for his next move.

Darious watched the scene unfold and at that moment, he decided how foolish protocol seemed. But he came to that realization too late and all he coud do was stand there until the Soul Stealer moved into the hospital. He watched in frustration as Rico fell to his knees seeming to lose all control over his body's movements. 'Damn it. Konservi Zeta!. I should have seen that coming...Rico should have seen that coming. To hell with protocol' he thought to himself.

It happened in a few heartbeats, too fast. Any chance Rico would have to react was stripped from him right there.

"Shit" he said outloud as he felt the touch on his neck. a few moments later his body shut down as the effects of the Konsido took hold of the messenger. He was only able to watch as The pirate used Kinisi and vanished from sight.

'I hope he doesn't do anything stupid' the messenger thought to himself as his mind struggled to regain command of his movements.

Darious reappeared in the reception area twenty paces to the side of the Soul Stealer. He hadn't mastered his Kinisi enough to stop on a dime so he slid a few feet and gracefully spun himself around just in time to hear the Soul Stealer demand the graduates. Protocol never meant much to the Pirate. He knew what the orders were and as far as he could tell, he was the only person around at this time still able to carry out the Knight's standing orders.

His pistol roared without hesitation. The muzzle was aimed at the same arm he had used to execute the Konservi Zeta Konsido on Rico a few moments ago. There was a fair chance this was the Soul Stealer's dominant arm, the one he would most likely use to instinctivly draw his sword.

The Omada

*Press Play* Tobias stood there as the alarms resonated throughout the hospital. He was a bit upset because he had to resort to such methods because of a foolish graduate. He stepped forward inside to see that the blasting of the door had little effect on the graduate. He then saw the guy follow up with a counter-attack, Tobias was about to react when a whip like thing wrapped around him. Was it an Hirudo? At a time like this? He through his gaze over in the direction of the whip only to see another messenger had just shown up to the party. He then looked back at the other messenger that now stood in the room by her perspective graduate.

Tobias was at strange odds. Although he could take both of them that wouldn’t be smart in a situation like this because it would require speed and strategy, “Alright Tobias get it together. You have one by the wind to your 1:00 and another to your 9:00. What to do?” He thought trying to come up with different avenues he could take. He then factored that one of them had a whip for a weapon, “She could just take out my legs if I tried to even make a dash into the room.” He then noticed that the Messenger in the room was eyeing him, “Could she be planning something?” He then let a smile slid across his face, “Look ladies. I’m not here to fight” He threw his hands up, “I’m just here to ask a few questions and be gone.” He remarked hoping to diffuse the situation. He knew it would be long until people would be arriving on the floor they were on. He took on hand and placed it on his ear, “How are things going on your end. I’m a little cornered.” He radioed looking back and forth at the two ladies. @Newtype

Nicky didn't move one inch as she relentlessly glared Dye down, channeling her soul essence as more electricity began to spark slightly from different parts of her body. She noticed dye step back in reflex as lightning arced between her hands. "What, you afraid of some lowly messenger?" She remarked threateningly, "And a woman, might I add? Fight me like a man!" Of course, she didn't expect Dye to lose his cool... no, that was her own problem. Given the odds, he wouldn't be stupid enough to fight them directly. Of course, in classic Dye fashion, he returned her goading with his own, without even acknowledging the verbal jabs. She was almost expecting the clone trick as well. 'Dammit Dye, you haven't changed at all in eight years', she thought, frantically looking about for more clones. 'Heh... I'm one to talk...' She then spoke aloud for the others to hear. "Attack the clones and they'll disperse, guys! Shout if you find the coward himself!" Still no response from the others... someone pick up dammit! And where the hell is that damn Hiringu?!' She thought frantically, before taking a few deep breaths to refocus. 'Gotta keep my head in the game... can't let him get to me...' She spotted one of Dye's clones through the haze and shot a lightning bolt towards it, then it dissipated into Anuli's smokescreen like it was never there. She began building up more energy, searching through the haze frantically, unaware that one of the clones had snuck up behind her unnoticed.

Vienn spotted the wayward clone, but because of her very limited view of situation, assumed it was the real Dye. Without hesitating, she concentrated and shadow-stepped out into the fog, catching the clone by surprise with a Scythe swipe at the back of its neck. Nicky Jumped and turned around, aiming a bolt of Lightning at Vienna before she realized that's who was there. "V-Vienna! Dammit, I could've hurt you!" Seemingly not shaken up by Nicky's outburst, Vienna spoke in her usual even tone, channeling the power of the surrounding darkness so that only Nicky could hear her voice. "Yes, but it looks as though you need help. I'll be careful." holding out her hands, she began drawing the darkness into one hand, making the area in which Dye and his remaining clones were hidden a bit easier to see through, though still fogged over. Nicky sighed, and silently nodded towards Vienna before focusing on the task at hand. Suddenly, the alarms stopped blaring, which caught Nicky off guard and made her jump a little. Not at the sudden lack of noise, but at the sudden spike in soul essence and electric energy that accompanied it. "Dammit!" She cursed aloud, no wholly realizing it. She put her hand to her earpiece and sent a transmission. "If that was what I think it was, the Soulstealer's about to make an even bigger mess of this. Eyes peeled, everyone! Nicky out."

Leandra utilizes a custom sniper rifle, which fires soul essence bullets and can be compact in that it will compress into a pistol when needed for close quarters combat. Whenever she's not using her sniper rifle, she leaves it compact as a pistol and stores it in a holster, which is on the backside of her belt. She also has several decks of cards hidden around her uniform so as to use with her ability.

Iskra remained where she was at Leandra's side, wondering what she could in fact do to this Omada. In fact, she wasn't entirely sure what his Ability was, though it had to have something to do with fire considering the explosion from earlier and then the burns on Lucas' hand. Narrowing her eyes at the Omada, Iskra was fully prepared to begin channeling the oxygen away from where he was currently standing, thus negating any possible fire attacks and also causing him to suffocate. Not that she intended to kill the Omada, but if she could make him pass out then that'd work just as well. Meanwhile, Leandra remained semi-conscious in her bed, her eyes shut now while she simply listened to what was happening around her.

Hearing what the Omada said, Iskra narrowed her eyes and then angrily shouted, "Get the hell out of here! Can't you see my Hunter isn't capable of answering any of your damned questions anyways?! She needs her rest and time to recover from her extensive injuries. Or are you too dim-witted to realize this?" Gritting her teeth and tightening her fists at either side of her, Iskra then threateningly too a step towards the Omada before stopping and focusing on thinking up some Konsido that could help in this situation. Especially if the Omada reacted to her step and tried to attack her or even Leandra.

Lucas was poised and ready to strike when out of no where he felt something leathery wrap around his neck and he was yanked away from his target. The hallway of the hospital seemed to spin around a bit before he was once again on his back, wincing from the pain. Sliding down the hall floor he stopped underneath a glowing hospital light. His unamused expression as he lay spreed on the floor with the whip tight around his neck, felt a bit familiar as he starred into the light. "The only thing missing is a giant monster.." His thought was interrupted by a sharp pain in his chest. Lifting his head to see the black stiletto heel on his chest, and followed the leg up to its owner. He smiled as he recognized the leather pants and black blouse of his Messenger who was holding his make shift leash. He smiled up at her "Merde Madame Recluse, This is quite an exciting side of you. Je tiens à vous voir en rien bot vos chaussures."

Recluse kept her eye trained on the Omada, She could see him assessing the situation, which she too need to do. She had jumped in before to much had gotten out of hand and her ward had been ripped to shreds by the man. Now that she had him under foot, quite literally, she could look over the situation a bit. It was then she heard a voice over the com and recognized the voice of Vienne. Recluse froze as she mentioned the Soul Stealer, which was not someone she wanted to run into here. She could here the commotion coming from the struggle on the floor below, she new they didn't have a lot of time. She looked back to Iskra as she talked, then to the Omada "My hunter and I are healthy enough to speak and will talk if it will get you the hell out of here. What do you want?"

Darious' eyes widened. Not out of shock that the Soul Stealer had managed to deflect his shot, he had pretty much expected that given the level of skill this man had demonstrated so far. His eyes widened as he caught glimpses of the projectiles streaking through the air. He had barely enough time to draw his own sword and thankfully as always, the wind responded promptly. As he arched the blade upwards in a blur, the wall of wind erupted in front of him. Tearing at the walls and picture frames hanging throughout the hallway he was in while shattering nearby windows. The wall of wind was not quite dense enough to stop the projectiles from penetrating, but it was certainly enough to stagger their trajectory enough to avoid direct contact with the hunter. He did feel the sting when one of them grazed his shoulder then sunk into the wall behind him like the others. Immediately he felt a slight disruption in his soul essence. It wasn't a significant amount, but it was definitely noticeable and from that sensation, the hunter was able to conclude that those needles did something to a person's soul essence.

'They better give me a raise or something after this shit' he thought to himself. He allowed the wall to fade but kept his sword drawn with the tip facing down and a pistol trained on the man as he listened to the Soul Stealer's hoarse voice.

'Listen, about earlier. I apologize about that Im just trying to get this over with. You understand right?' he asked while forming a gesture as he spoke. Unsure of the significance of the gesture, Darious immediately fired at the man's free hand before he could add any more gestures to it.

"Now you want to talk? Very well then. Let me ask why it is of such dire importance to speak to the graduates with such haste? I'm sure you've heard of their condition. Why can't the questions wait until they recover a bit?" Darious asked without so much as blinking despite feeling a slight yet uncomfortable sap of his soul essence."Why is your Omada so interested in all of this? Sorry if I missed the memo. I've been too busy laying a dead comrade to rest." he added coldly .

As the smoke began to radiate from Anuli and sparks from Nicky, Kimirou looked over to Kehinde. He eyes began to emit some kind or purple or violet light. Kimirou was then met with his words encouraging him to jump in. He then looked back over to the Omada who was now disappearing into the smoke. His mind thought about a technique he had been practicing. The third time he thought about it, he heard the voice from earlier. "My child use it. You may see it will be to your advantage. Your soul essence has recovered quite a bit. So go ahead." With those encouraging words, Kimirou began to raise his soul essence. This caused the temperature in the hallway to drop several degrees. Kimirou then raised his right hand to his mouth and flattened the palm facing the ceiling just below his lips. His mouth began to salivate, but he the blew.

As he blew an icy breeze escaped his mouth. The breeze released ice shards into the smoke as well as a sort of added solidity to the smoke making it more of an extreme fog. His eyes then iced over once again. The voice resonated again. "With this sight, you are granted you will be able to see the smallest details of things. Go ahead try to look into one of the ice shards." Kimirou quickly thought to himself. 'The shards are too small for anyone to see let alone look into.' He then noticed that the shards were growing larger. "They aren't growing larger. It is the vision you are granted." The voice resonated once again. Kimirou halted when he noticed a reflection of the Omada in one of the shards. The Omada produced several clones of himself. A few moments later Nicky confirmed what Kimirou just saw. His eyes shot from shard to shard. "Guys I can see him and his clones. I can see everything." He spoke to his comrades. Even though he knew what was happening he didn't know how he would explain it. 'I wonder' Kimirou thought to himself. He then waved his hand slightly. This caused the shards to shift and move. 'I thought so' He thought again. At that moment, he clenched his fist. Several of the shards combined together into multiple needles and shot at the original Omada. Kimirou then chuckled and looked over to Kehinde. "How is that for a contribution?" @Newtype

Still trying to take in what's going on, Kehinde began to calculate other factors that were playing a hand into this. He heard the messenger Nicky ask if anyone need help. Probably for those just above them. "Could they be engaging them as well?" Kehinde thought looking around. As Kehinde sat there, He heard a voice in his head speak to him, "Look, kid if you aren't gonna pay attention then why even bother handling this guy?" The voice spoke. Kehinde looked around to see where the voice came from, "Come on son. I'm in your head. Take a second and look at what that guy did." Kehinde looked over at the guy named Kimirou. To his shock, the guy was spewing an icy smoke out of his mouth causing the hallway to feel chilly. "Gonna stare or listen to me?" The voice questioned.

Kehinde whispered back trying to keep from looking weird, "If you're going to be a smartass then keep quiet." Kehinde returned. "Don't forget you need my help. So get used to it," The voice retorted, "Take a look up. See those shards," Kehinde looked up and saw the shards. When he did so, they seem to reflect a violet color to the hallway. "See what they are doing for you eyes?" The voice questioned, "Things are about to get a little interesting for this guy. Stand up son." Kehinde did as was told. He heard Kimirou ask him a question about his efforts, Kehinde smiled rising to his feet, "Quite a contribution indeed. Thanks." He responded. "Now then," He added walking into the smoke, "Alright son, you are about to attack the visuals of your opponent. With the inability to perceive reality your opponent won't be able to stand a chance against 5 people." The voice explained, "Now focus your attention on to those shards that are speeding toward the guy." Kehinde did as he was told and looked up. Causing the light of his eyes to radiate off of the flying shards. "Keep the idea of your technique within your mind. Doing so will hold together the structure of the illusion you are producing. Focus."

At that moment, Kehinde faded away within the smoke, Anuli caught a glimpse of him fading away. He squinted his eyes to get a better look at what Kehinde was doing. He was feeling the hallway get colder and colder. Kehinde materialized just behind the flying shards with a smile, "Hiss....." His voice resonated within the minds of those who heard him. Saying those words would cause the shards to make a hissing noise as it soared through the air, utterly toying with the unfortunate victim of the illusion. If the opponent heard the hissing noise it would disrupt their sense of direction of the shards. They would also fall victim to a simple yet complex illusion of the long dark hallway.

Kehinde looked over his shoulders, "Alright you guys let's end this." He then raised his head and locked eyes with the guy, "Now, let's play a game of chess," He chuckled sinisterly. Anuli saw bits and pieces of Kehinde. He wasn't aware that Kehinde nor the other graduates possessed such power. For a moment, it took him back to the old days. "So this is the power of the graduates huh?" He chuckled. "Well, then it is my duty to protect them." He continued. "Alright you guys, it seems as though talking won't do for these guys." He radioed, "Looks like we have to do this the hard way." With that Anuli dispersed into a cloud of smoke and begun his attack.

The Infirmary is saved, but not without consequence

All passengers please fasten your seat belts for landing.” The flight attendant spoke over the intercom. Tempest and her assistant Wes did as were told. Not long after the plane landed, The two made their way off the plane and into the Airport. They had heard conditions were bad in their absence and need to get over to the infirmary quickly. Tempest was a little tipsy so Wes had to do most of the work for now.

As they entered the airport with the number of people filing out, Wes went and placed Tempest down on a nearby seat. He walked back over to the luggage area to wait for their things. The luggage was taking longer than usual. Wes continuously looked at his watch to keep up with the time. As he waited he heard someone faintly call, “Wes!” The person hollered trying to get his attention. Wes was not a bad looking guy. He was about 5’10 and had a bit of a slender build, bushy brown hair, and a fair complexion. He shifted his head in the direction of the call looking to see who it was. He waved alerting the person of where he stood. They quickly maneuvered through the crowd to get to him, “Wes thank goodness your back.” They commented trying to catch their breath. Wes smiled placing his hand on the man’s shoulder, “Glad to see us huh? We’ve missed you too.” He responded looking over his shoulder to see if the luggage was coming. “It’s the infirmary Wes, you gotta get over there!” The man exclaimed still trying to regain his composure. Wes jerked his head back a little in confusion, “Is everything alright?” He questioned feeling his stomach sink. The man finally regaining himself rose to an upright position, “No…no! The Omada they have been snooping around the infirmary. Word is the Soul Stealer was on his way as we speak! Maybe even there now.” The man emphasized with a pale look on his face.

A chill ran down Wes’ spine upon hearing the man talk. This could have happened at the worse time. With an Hiringu not being there, they will tear up the place. “Those bastards.” Wes stomped his foot. “Beeeep…..Beeeep….Beeeeeep.” The pager connected to the tipsy Tempest sounded. Wes and the man shot their attention over to her. Every medic and Hiringu knew what those three beeps meant. Trouble. Wes without thinking dashed over to Tempest, shoving past people in the process. He opened her lab coat to see the emergency signal at the Infirmary had been tripped. He shot a look back to the man. The man already knew what was going on. He nodded, “Go on ahead.” He gestured, “I’ll stay with your luggage.” He finished. Wes nodded and shook Tempest in hopes of stirring her. She was not budging. He then took her arm and swung it around his neck. He lifted her up, “Damn girl you put on a few pounds.” He remarked dragging her then throwing her onto his back. “You have got to shake that habit.” He thought to himself about her drinking problem.

*Press Play* He then started to get into a stride and literally hauling it down the airport. Airport police had caught on to him thinking he was trying to kidnap someone. One of their officers began to yell for him to stop. He ignored them and was now almost at the speed of Kinsi. Before he knew it he was out the double doors of C.C International. He paused a moment gauging the distance from the airport to the Infirmary. He also had to factor in he was carrying cargo. So could his body even make the trip. He shook his head and saw a taxi. He threw his hand out, “Taxi!” The yellow cab pulled up perfectly. Wes ran up to the car and flung open the door he turned his body to get Tempest in and then himself, “Council Memorial Hospital Step on it!.” He demanded, closing the door. The taxi driver looked over his shoulder, “Regular folk like me aren’t allowed on that establish….” He was interrupted by Wes, “Well today you are about to be a part of the best rescue this city has seen how does that sound?” He proclaimed looking at the taxi driver by way of his rearview mirror. “Wel…” He was interrupted again, “Step on it come on!” Wes demanded pushing his palm into the man’s seat. The taxi driver threw the gear in the drive position, slammed his foot on the gas pedal causing the tires to screech, and pulled off as quick as he pulled up. Just as Wes pulled off 3 airport police off ran out stomping their feet at the loss. Wes looked back and smiled then he slid down in the seat.

The taxi driver was putting the engine to the test as he drove the car. He was weaving in and out of traffic, using emergency lanes, hoping medians, and even blowing intersections. He made a screeching turn onto the freeway climbing it at least 65 mph. Wes then began to turn on his communication device in hopes of connecting through to the other medics within the infirmary. Like in all situations like this everything is working against you. The communication device was not picking up on the signal. This was quite unfortunate because without that there was no way to communicate to any other hunters.

Traffic on the freeway was heavy the taxi driver hopped on the emergency lane. Speed was now down to about 39 mph. Cars seemed to didn’t want to move out of the way. It was lucky for them that no police were around because Wes was not up for trying to explain the situation. After awhile the taxi finally exited the freeway turning on to Council St. This meant he was about 5 min out from the hospital, but in times like these 5 minutes was like a whole two hours. He saw the traffic that was gathered from the blocked off area. “Stop! I handle it from here.” He commented, pulling out a hundred urd bill, “Keep the change.

He opened the door and pulled Tempest out vigorously by her legs. He was still shocked that she was still knocked out even with the bumpy ride. Once he pulled her out he mounted her upon his back. He closed the door and ran onto the sidewalk. He hopped vanishing into thin air.

Tobias looked at both messengers. He could tell he was making the situation worse minute by minute. He then heard one of the other messengers tell him to leave. Following that another messenger obliged to answering the questions. He smiled throwing his hand up to the messenger within the room, "Wise decision Recluse." He commented turning to her. Watching her, he began to read her movements, facial expressions, and any fluctuations in her soul essence. For all he knew, this could be a trap of some sort. He looked back over to the messenger in the room. "Iskra....Iskra...Iskra...why must you be so stubborn?" He sarcastically questioned. The flames seemingly growing by the second radiating into the hallway.

*Press Play* Rounding the corner were a few medics. They stopped on a dime gasping at the scene unfolding in front of them. Tobias heard the group come and as if in slow motion he looked over his shoulder at them through the flames. "Hold it!" One of them called out to him. "Tch" Tobias replied looking back at Recluse. "So what do you know about last night's attack?" He questioned the two standing in front of him. "I said don't move!" The medic once again yelled. @Newtype

Whilst that was taking place, The Knights were about to get up and return to the clean up area when two Omada members and Cleirigh’s assistant Cassandra walks through the door. They approached the group with a serious expression on their face. “Margaret Lindon?” One of the Omada spoke. Margie looked up quizzically, “Yes?” She answered. Cassandra looked over at her, “We’re here to take you in.” Margie’s eyes widened, “Take me in?” She questioned.

Cassandra nodded and signaled for the Omada to retrieve her. They began to make their way over to her. Ralph and Sebastion simultaneously stepped between Margie and the Omada, “What are the charges.” They questioned standing firm. The two Omada stopped, “Interfering with an investigation. She placed messengers in our way preventing us from conducting a proper investigation.” Sebastion looked at the Omada, “That’s too bad she’s not available.” CaSandra stepped forward, “Don’t make us utilize force Sebastion.” Ralph and Sebastion placed their hands on their weapon as did the Omada. CaSandra shook her head and took a step back.

Margie slid her hands through Ralph and Sebastion, “Guys don’t worry I’ll go.” She proclaimed standing to her feet. Sebastion shot her a nasty look, “M…Margaret what the hell are you doing? This is a bunch of crap.” He tightly gripped his weapon. Margie threw out her hand, “That’s enough of that Sebastion. They are simply doing their job. One of the top rules of being a hunter is to never raise your weapon to your fellow man unless the circumstance calls for it. Stand down.” She observed walking toward them. Sebastion grabbed her arm, “Damn it, Margaret! What about the plan?!” He exclaimed. Margie jerked her arm away and continued her stride, “It’s Fine Sebastion. You have nothing to worry about. Keep on going. This is just a minor hang up that’s all. I’ll be out in no time. Go check on the graduates. I have a feeling something isn’t right.” CaSandra met her, “Well said about the rules,” She remarked signaling the Omada, “You haven’t changed a bit.” Margie looked over at her, “Hmph and some bitches are just that, bitches” She chuckled walking out the door. Ralph, Sebastion, Gaia, and Ava stood there in utter shock. They turned to each other, left a tip, and without word nodded. The group then vanished, using Kinsi, disappearing without a trace. @Newtype

While the omada, messengers, other graduates were clashing with each other, Sora and Josef were raiding drug lockers. They were searching for a drug that would give Sora good dose of soul essence. But it was clear the battles were getting very on the floor above. "You know kid even if we do find it I am not sure how much you should take, too much and you could die." Josef said scanning the label and information on one of the bottles. Sora said calmly "Well that's a risk I am willing to take after facing an ovida head on and bouncing it back to its sender."

Josef smirked a bit and then exclaimed "Found it, it looks like a hardened shard of soul -". He was cut off by Sora snatching it from and then vanishing from the room using kinsi. He bursted into the lobby shard in hand to find the festivities were already over. " Looks like I missed it all. If the Omada has left then those slug paced hiringu most of finally shown up." Sora said out loud not knowing they were actually in the room but if he did know he probably would have still said it. Sora sensed Josef coming using kinsi and tossed the shard into the air to see Josef scramble to just barely catch it. "You know if this thing broke it could explode...... I think. " Josef commented.

He spared just a moment to revel in the fact that he had managed to draw blood from someone with such a great level of skill but it was short lived. The sheer magnitude of soul essence seeping from the Soul Stealer was exciting yet terrifying all at once. This man was more than capable of striking the pirate down where he stood and they both knew it but at least he would go down fighting.

Darious couldn't say he was upset once the messenger appeared between him and the Soul Stealer. He did however not like the fact that where the messenger was now standing, had left the pirate without a clear shot at the Soul Stealer should the need arise but the fact of the matter was that given this man's soul essence Darious was forced to doubt he would have had the chance to get another shot off.

He could not help himself as he wondered what it would truly be like to be a Soul Stealer. Did the man have hobbies, family? What role did the man actually play in all of this? Did a soul stealer ever grow weary and seek out apprentices or was the role so shunned that none ever pursued it. That brief time Darious spent distracted almost costed him his life as the Soul Stealer vanished only to reappear down the hallway. The pirate saw the man fling the needles once more, but this time he could not even see them as they careened towards him and the messenger.

He barely caught sight of a glint of metal as it shot past him and hit the needles causing them to drop to the floor several feet from Darious.

The exchange between the assistant Wes and the Soul Stealer who's name was Ilari was brief yet laced with tension but Darious was relieved to see its conclusion as Ilari left the infirmary without further resistance. It was good to see Rico was starting to recover and he expected a punch in the face once the messenger realized he had left him outside.

He kept his pistol leveled on the Soul Stealer as he exited but called to him "Soul Stealer...Ilari, I should have liked to have a conversation with you under different circumstances. Perhaps some other time."

Truth be told, Darious knew that the Soul Stealer was just following orders for the most part. Up until he had actually wounded him, there had been no real killing intent in the Soul Stealer's actions. The man was extremely rude though but the pirate knew nothing about him to really be judging him. But he did know this. If Ilari had truly wanted him dead, Darious was positive he would not be standing to watch the events come to an end.

He looked back at Wes.

"I think all the graduates are up on the next floor, though I've just arrived here so I'm not entirely sure." He scratched his head then holstered his pistol. "I know that the Omada sent a bunch of their agents to interrogate and question the ones who fought against the Terastios earlier. And when they were unsuccessful, they sent in the Soul Stealer. that's about all I know." Darious wiped the dust from his blade on his sleeve before sheathing it "The last I heard from the Knights, they ordered us to do whatever we could to prevent the Omada and their Soul Stealer from extracting information from the graduates."

Recluse watched the Omada carefully as he in turn watched her. He knew he was sizing her up, waiting to see if she would make a move weather it be physically of with her soul essence. Recluse didn't care, she continued to stare him down with her unblinking brown eyes stare. She could see out of the corner of her eye that Venom was shifting himself up onto he elbow so he could see the events a bit better. She heard him chuckle "Did you not hear Mr. Scaryman, we took down a monstre of a woman who looked an awful lot like your motHURK" Venom's childish insult was cut short as Recluse pressed down on him with her heel and pulled the slack out of the whip still wrapped around her his neck. She did this without flinching or moving her gaze from the Omada. When she heard the foot steps of the approaching medics, she didn't know weather to feel safer or more worried for what the man might do to them. So she decided to talk to keep him occupied. "High class Terastios attacked downtown last night. Seven newly graduated students stepped in to help the situation. Six of them survived and where brought back here. One died." Recluse felt Venom stop squirming at the mention of one of the graduates dying, he apparently had not be informed.

Carefully watching Tobias, Iskra sneaked a glance at Leandra when Tobias shifted his attention away from her. Leandra was definitely unconscious now and Iskra felt amounting concern for the Hunter. She didn't look good and being strained in this state at all most likely had worsened her condition. Her heart rate monitor was going too fast for sure and Iskra felt her own heart racing at the mere thought of Leandra not making it. It definitely didn't help that Tobias had pushed it with this whole spectacle and had even injured one of the Hunters, Lucas. What was wrong with Tobias?

Hearing Tobias speaking to her, Iskra gave him one of her signature glares before spitefully saying, "Because you're trying to kill my Hunter and Recluse's Hunter! Just for some measly questions, too! Why can't you just let these Hunters heal up and then come asking for questions?" Narrowing her eyes at the growing flames, Iskra then stepped away from Leandra's bed and inhaled slowly while shifting herself so she was standing with her feet shoulder-length apart. She then began fluidly moving her hands about before she narrowed her eyes at the nearing flames, as she began sucking the oxygen out of the flames and consequently making them dwindle in size and power. Alas, since Iskra and Leandra were the only ones currently in Leandra's room, Iskra was unable to protect Recluse or Lucas since she couldn't even see where they were down the hallway.

Vienna looked on as the other graduates lept into action against Dye. She'd hazard a guess that any non-Shadow, perhaps even a few of her more stubborn faction-mates, would see this as a perfect time for some one-upmanship as it were, but not Vienna. Her actions thus far in this confrontation have already aggravated her wounds to a quite painful extent, and furthermore she found this moment perfect for another kind of opportunity: the opportunity to observe, to watch and learn as mere Graduates such as herself outwit an Omada, notoriously known for thier power. "Impressive," left her lips as barely a whisper, as she witnessed the Gambler and the Scout utilize thier techniques in unison to great effect.

Nicky chose to ignore Dye's goading 'compliment,' preferring to try and show him what stopping to taunt your enemy does in a situation like this... but the graduates beat her to it. She stopped glaring Dye down just long enough to glance back and notice the cause of the sudden drop in temperature, the Gambler known as Kimirou. She was astounded by the events to follow, Kehinde's soul essence rising whilst Dye began to panic seemingly in reaction to thin air, and the Scout in question appearing right behind him. Her lips curved into a small smirk. "You're being outdone by graduates, Dye," Nicky mocked venomously. "Looks like you've lost your touch."

All of a sudden, Nicky felt something that made her heart skip a beat. A sudden, massive spike of soul essence from the direction of the lobby. She stopped in her tracks, eyes wide, her focus lessening and soul essence dropping. That could only mean one thing: The Soulstealer was about to live up to his name, which was terrible news for anyone immediately around him. Dammit, if the Hiringu doesn't get here soon..

Dye Suddenly heard Ilari's voice on the intercom. “Alright Tempest has showed up. Let's go.” His eyes growing wide, putting on as convincing a facade' as possible right now, he responded to the apparition's words. "I'd love to, but I just got word your precious Hiringu showed up." Nicky glared more intensely and spoke up, threateningly sparking the air again."I'll believe that when I hear it from someone who isn't full of shit." She put her hand to her Messenger device. "Can anyone confirm the presence of an on-Duty Hiringu on the premises? Respond ASAP. Agent Nicky out." She waited in anticipation for a response, while watching Dye's next move closely.

Kehinde watched in amusement as the Omada seemed to fall victim to the simple trick he played on him. From what he could tell, things were looking to be coming to an end soon. “See what you can do if you just listen to me?” A voice in his head spoke. “Consider this a glimpse of what lies dormant within you. Work hard enough and you’ll be able to mess up someone's entire year.” The voice finished. Kehinde smiled shaking his head. He could feel the fatigue coming back upon him minute by minute, “Perhaps I’m over doing it.” He thought. It was then he heard the other messenger share a few words with the Omada. Kehinde chimed in, “It’s being more than being outdone,” He lightly chuckled, “It’s the mistake he made underestimating his opponents.” Kehinde brought his hand around to his front in order to administer the final touch, “It’s a shame. I was beginning to think you were capable of killing us.

With that he closed his eyes, envisioned the devastating bit of the illusion, and then opened his eyes to pitch black. “What the..?” He curiously remarked. “Eaaaaasy now. Don’t go creating extra strain on yourself.” Anuli spoke materializing just behind him covering Kehinde’s eyes. “Let it go. You’ll get him next time.” He continued reaching out for Kehinde’s arm and sliding his hand across to the other eye. Anuli gently pulled on Kehinde causing him to step back. “What are you doing?! I’ve got him right where I want him.” Kehinde barked trying to break free. “Yeah?! At what cost?” He retorted. “Your father wasn’t bullshitting about this mental stuff. You need to rest.

At that moment, a surge in soul essence tickled the nerves of Anuli and Kehinde. Anuli froze in mid step looking in the exact direction of the lobby. “What’s going on? What was that?” Kehinde questioned feeling the same sensation. Anuli shushed him quickly in response. He took a glance over to his fellow messenger only to see her demeanor change. This puzzled Anuli because she seemed a bit calmer than usual. He didn’t have time to ponder on it because he knew things were about to make a turn for the worse. “That can’t be good for the person who has encountered him. I can’t believe that guy would stoop to such a level.” He shook his head.

He then took Kehinde and propped him up on the wall. He reached into his back pocket, pulled out a pouch, and dipped his hand into it. When he did, his finger tips had a black substance on them, “I’m doing this for you own good,” Anuli spoke. He brought his hand forward and flicked them throwing ash into Kehinde’s face temporarily reducing his eyesight. “That ought to teach you.” He rose to his feet. Kehinde began to bark out at Anuli in anger. He spewed all kinds of words at him because of the deed. Anuli just mocked him rolling his eyes. He almost drove his fist into his mouth, but decided against it.

Whilst Anuli was dealing with Kehinde, he felt the surge subside just as fast as it emerged. Anuli’s eyes widened thinking the soul stealer upheld his name in all of it glory. He shook his head in anger and looked back over to the Omada. He then heard him mention the arrival of the Hiringu. The anger quickly left, “That would explain why the feeling died down.” He thought. He looked back at Kehinde knowing that he needed to get him back to the room for the Hiringu. He then looked over at his fellow messenger, “Well it won’t help standing here. Lets go see for ourselves.” He offered. He then kneeled down, picked up Kehinde, and threw him over his shoulders, “You try anything stupid and I’ll cripple you.” He hinted. Kehinde angrily folded his arms knowing he could do much in the condition he was in. Anuli turned around and started down the hall clearing the smoke as he went. @DergTheDergon @babyjoker36610 @OwlOne

Nicky, now having snapped out of her sudden change in Demeanor due to the Soul Essence spike dying down, turned to Anuli after watching him round up the irate Kehinde, her arms crossed. At his suggestion, she nodded."Good point. I think we're done here, right Dye?" She turned and glared towards the Omada in question, who saw this as the perfect opportunity to retreat so quickly that she barely caught him disappearing around the corner and down an intersecting hallway. She couldn't help but smirk a little, muttering to herself absentmindedly. "I see you haven't changed, you damn coward." Shaking her head, she then turned and looked over the two graduates who weren't being manhandled by Anuli. "You two should be resting. We've got this covered," She remarked, casting an extra long glance over Vienna. Getting the hint, she nodded and stepped back into her room, closing the door. Turning back towards Anuli, Nicky scratched the back of her neck bashfully. "Oh, and uh, I'd appreciate if you didn't tell anyone that I know the Omada... It's a long story, and I'm not supposed to tell anyone. Also, don't call me Nicole. Ever. A-anyway, let's go." She abruptly turned and started briskly heading towards the Lobby. Something was obviously amiss about her.

Kimirou watched as Kehinde took advantage of both the micro ice shards and the ice needle. The nurturing feminine voice spoke in his head once again. "This is what should be known as team work. Your abilities and his abilities working hand and hand. An unspoken bond of hunters, disregarding the faction system. This is why you graduates were powerful enough to defeat the Terastios." Kimirou's eyes still locked on the actions taking place, he thought to the voice. "I wonder if you can hear me. If so can you explain what happened yesterday?" The voice delicately responded. "That is a thought for another time. For now bask in the glory of your teamwork."

Kimirou's eyes shot over to Nicky as she teased the now influenced Omada. Then they darted over to watching Anuli disable Kehinde from behind. This ticked Kimirou off and right as he was about to react a spike in soul essence distracted him. He looked around and noticed it distracted everyone there, besides the already distracted Omada who was going on about water. Then the soul essence faded and the Omada came back to his senses. The Omada stated the Hiringu had finally arrived. Kimirou's eyes darted over to Anuli who was now throwing Kehinde over his shoulder. Kimirou reached out his hand in their direction. "I don't think that is..." Kimirou was interrupted by Nicky basically telling him to go back to his room. Kimirou, however, had other plans in mind. Instead, he followed behind and wasn't taking no for an answer.

Meanwhile, Alf was just saved by a Hiringu assistant. Then the pirate expressed the graduates whereabouts as well as the reason he was there. Alf wanted to strangle the pirate once he realized he had no idea where Kimirou was. He slipped away and on his was back he ran into Nicky, Anuli, Kehinde, and Kimirou. "There you are." Left his lips as he angrily noticed Kimirou. As he walked towards Kimirou his anger turned to concern as he noticed Kimirou's eyes were iced over. By the time he made it to Kimirou, all he could do was place his hand on the Gambler's shoulder. "You okay? Can you see?" Alf asked. Kimirou smiled."Yes, Actually I can see even better than before." Alf smiled in satisfaction. He then turned to the other messengers and expressed his gratitude for them keeping an eye on Kimirou. "Thanks guys for what you have done. By the way, the Hiringu is here but she is passed out drunk. That should tell you who it is. But at least Wes is with her. He is actually ready to work. Come on." Alf gestured for them to follow as ge began walking from in the direction he had just come from. @FrontLine @DergTheDergon @Affili @OwlOne

Hiringu Mazu (Tempest) & Wes

I’m not moving,” He nonchalantly shrugged at the medic, “I’m simply asking a few questions.” He cackled looking back at Iskra. He could honestly understand her reasoning for protecting her target. The thing that made him smile was the fact that just like him if she were given an order to kill one of them. She would do it in a heartbeat. He giggled, “Kill them? Shows how incompetent you are. Why would I kill the one I need answers from?” He sighed, “I’m better off killing you two because you’re just in the way.” He then heard the graduate Recluse was holding spew out an insult. He shook his head in disappointment. “That’s funny I feel like I agree with you,” He smiled kneeling down to the graduate, “Because if my mother almost killed you. Think of what I can do as her son,” He winked looking back up to Recluse.

As he rose, he heard her explain the previous night's events. He rubbed his face in frustration, “Tell me something I don’t already know. Like why they were there? How did a Terastios that size get there? Why are you guys even here?” He then looked over his shoulder at the other medics, “Take another step and I’ll burn this floor to ashes.” The medic threw his hand out to his colleagues, “Stop, we can’t risk that with a guy of such level. He’ll annihilate us.” Another medic then spoke up, “Well we can’t just stand here! We have to protect those……” He was interrupted, “Quiet! I won’t hear anymore.” He looked, “We’ll wait till he is caught off guard then go in.” He proposed. The other medics agreed then waited.

As they waited, word came through to them about the arrival of the Hiringu. They exhaled a sigh of relief when they finally heard the news. With that violent spike in soul essence, they figured it was them handling things down stairs. One of the medics laughed confidently out loud, “Looks like your time is up Omada!” He approached with ease, “The calvary has just made their debut.” @Newtype @Affili @Lioness075 @zCrookedz @babyjoker36610
