Yes, story-wise, but not game-wise. Tech advancement dice is rolled when your nation discovers something or advances in some ways.

Click on the gear icon that toggles to bbc code. You should be able to see a '[dice][/dice]' or something like that written. Erase it.

Edit: Or, at least, I think that's how it works.

QuirkyAngel Does population give you anything aside from your country dying when it reaches 0? Because having a high population can be very good thing, since you have a lot more people to recruit into an army, that pay taxes, that do trading etc. It's pretty good all around in real life, but I don't see any point taking it, aside from the single point you need in order to not be wiped off the map. Oh, also can there be a summary section in the Lore Chat so that we can have a quick refresher on what's been happening and add certain important events?

As of now, nothing else game-wise. Story-wise it can be used plenty as you described.

Oh ok, sounds good. In that case, I'll probably choose Economy instead. Cause I was thinking of doing a Chinese Dragon that controlled the weather and calmed the seas, which is very helpful if you need rain for crops (population), but can also be very good for seafaring culture (trade/economy)
