what has stopped Carmondy or Dinerwald from just landing an army and destroying them. that's like if Cuba was a pirate haven lol

imagine seeing some weird ass ship off in the distance bearing no colors and matching no known designs and suddenly a dozen fishmen come out from the depths and board you out of nowhere
