Might check with Lord Morran before I do anything rash. He's my most powerful vassal and also kin to the Baron of Thorpe. If his honor is satisfied by the Darndon men having been put to flight and "winning the battle" so to speak then maybe retaliation isn't neccesary, and I can keep playing the posturing game

If he isn't satisfied, then I'm bout to burn some bridges

Include a shitload of cheap clubs in the armories so we can hopefully minimize the slaughter of innocents, and instead just make a few simpletons while ransacking

eldritch faend doodles

maybe Mowg men

literal harassment
Also, small continuity error, this is an excerpt from earlier in the RP about Stirgred, which is now a lord? Would I have their support if they're still a sheriff or are we rolling with them being a noble?

I'm also curious if the religious vassal of Belstrad would join us against Sunwick, they're north of Sykes and Abercroft, and east of Stirgred.

...faithless," Kenric says. "They doubt Edmund's ability to stop them from doing as they like... still, they overlook the Royal Sheriff in Stirgred, and Baron Styervrigante, brother-in-law to the king." "As for Duc Selastin of Sunwick... Paragon knows who he will choose to support," Sir Arenos...

dammit will edit

thoughhh it could be that a separate royal sheriff from its lord is just hosted there

Even if you said 'fuck it he's a lord now' it's fine to me, but my original plan did somewhat rely on Stirgred being a homie.

The sheriff is still a homie

Probably placed there to deter Dyrnwaldification
