Here is the required information for your character. Feel free to format it as you wish, add to it, etc., but everything listed here (except where noted) is required.

(No, there is no non-binary or transgender here. This is a more medieval setting, and back then, you were what you were, boy or girl.)
Personality:
Be detailed enough that I know what to expect them to do. I don't need down to their order of brushing their teeth, but I want to know what they'll say yes and no to, what they'll do around new people, that sort of stuff. Shy? Afraid of spiders? Perhaps not very good with jokes? That kind of stuff.
Backstory
Detail is key here. I want to know what they do, why they do it, and how that lead them to where they are now. I don't want to see a bunch of "poor kid who had to fight for food and decided to join the military for promise of food and riches" kind of stuff, that's too bland and generic. If you're writing your character as poor and homeless, I want to know why they're poor, why they chose to steal food rather than work an honest job. Most importantly though, it needs to work with the setting. There is no Revolutionary Army, there is no more Night Raid. You may add elements like new wealthy families to the world, but if it changes the way the world itself is structured, no. For example, don't create a member of the old Night Raid and try to make them canon, and don't create a whole kingdom off to the east of the capitol and start a war. (I know some of this stuff sounds like it need not be said, but trust me, there's a lot of people who will just write this kind of stuff up without even asking for permission first. If you do have some idea you want to write up that would influence the structuring of the world itself, then by all means talk to me about it, because if it works, then I'll probably allow it. If you go out and just write it without asking though, don't expect a yes from me even if it works.)
Teigu:
This is for use only if you discuss with me beforehand about starting out with a Teigu. Your character will have to have legitimate reasons for having one at the start, and I have to approve of it. If you start out with a Teigu, you'll be very low on the priority list for characters to have an opportunity to get a Teigu, even if yours gets broken, stolen, or lost.
One final thing. This won't affect character acceptance in any way, but this will affect your characters' experiences in the RP. The characters are being recruited by the current Queen, meaning that they will go through background checks and will be subject to approval by the Queen herself. If your character has some past of crime, or hasn't accomplished anything noteworthy, whether it be on a grander scale or as a simple in-community thing, then the acceptance process may be a little tougher. (Not to say that it will be that way guaranteed. Accomplished characters whom leave a bad impression may end up with such treatment while characters without noteworthy past may breeze on through if they leave a good impression.) Just thought I should mention this since it's kinda how the RP begins, and helps players know in advance what they're getting into with their characters.
