Maybe a bit pedantic here, but my low levels of OCD is making me angry seeing scars as not part of the appearance, especially since there is a distinguishable marks subheading. Can I just merge the two into one thing? I don't know how particular you are about the CS. Otherwise, I should have Frosty up asap. Sophrosyne

Thank you. That is excellent. Also, I know you are DMing this, but can I petition that the Khione cabin is a massive, unmelting igloo? With everything inside made of ice? And that the children of Khione sell ice cream from there under the noses of the camp leaders. And on particularly hot days other campers are often thrown out of there for sneaking in to get out of the heat.

Sophrosyne Just as clarification, are Camp Jupiter students allowed to be made or are you going to stick with just the greek pantheon? I know in your plot tab you mentioned Jupiter which is the only reason I am asking.

Daea may be abit hard to handle but shes probably worth getting to know. But I based her on the way Vulcan and Heph acted in mythology. So while yes she will arm people she will also trick people that bother her or make something that does the opposite its intended to.

Though she will be hysterical at times, making things that are just out there and then placing them around. My idea is for her to make large M&M's but out of solid shaped rock to leave in weird places around the camp. Sometimes she will color large rocks other times she will make small ones.

I think he'd think she's great! He'd really admire her willingness to stand up for herself, and he'd love her sense of humor. And if she ever just wants advice, or just a good listener to vent to, he'd be there for her. That's his whole deal, anyway.

She will definitely need a friend as she suffers from she issues that would leave her really vulnerable otherwise. Shes not the biggest talker as she has mostly kept to herself but I can see her weird side striking conversation, especially if she is trying to do something odd or ridiculous.

I almost see Daea and Hollis as foil characters. They work well side by side, with a few similarities, but for the most part, they’re pretty much opposites, and the hope is, what one character “lacks,” the other will fill in, helping each other grow and be stronger by association. Which is going to be a lot of fun to play with, I think!!

I almost see Daea and Hollis as foil characters. They work well side by side, with a few similarities, but for the most part, they’re pretty much opposites, and the hope is, what one character “lacks,” the other will fill in, helping each other grow and be stronger by association. Which is going to be a lot of fun to play with, I think!!

In time she can make the two of them things to help bolster the fact that they are far from combat oriented characters. I just hope hes ready for her episodes of Mania and depression, its going to take a tole on her physically and shes already fragile as it is.

He’s... ready? But also not. Hollis is a very empathetic and giving person, so it’s going to be a struggle for him to learn how to balance being a good friend and not sacrificing his own mental health in the process.

She just has the chance to work herself into the ground or get herself in trouble if she suffers a manic episode. Though I can see her making something to negate those issues as the rp progresses.

I can also see the opposite happening TYPE when it comes to when its really cold out and the students try to sneak into the Hephaestus cabin. Though I can see Daea being the type to sell small objects that generate warmth for the wearer.

I can tell you that Daea would love to learn how to ice skate but she is terrified of being on lakes or in the ocean. I think it will be interesting to see her conquer her fear and try to walk out onto a frozen lake again. Though she would probably feel comfortable if your guy is with her due to the fact that he could keep the ice from melting beneath her.

Things like water and steel gets really cold around him as he radiates cold... so yeah, he will most likely not let anything melt around her. Oooo.. shes going to be bundled up like the brother from The Christmas Story. Shes got an aversion to cold but if shes got enough layers on she will be fine. I think making him ice skates that allow him to create paths of ice from moisture in the air passively would be cool. Though that will be alittle down the road considering she cant imbue special properties into stuff just yet.

Pretty much allowing him to skate off of ice and in the air like the boots of hermes.

laceanddoodles I know how you feel and I like the power contrasts that exist. My girl isn't a fighter by any means and is there to give the fighters better gear. Everyone needs someone to equip and clothe them with the best OR Worst... if you tend to piss her off alot.

Yeah... Hollis' main strength comes from his ability to make people feel better about themselves, give relationship advice, and help solve interpersonal drama. And in an rp filled to the brim with angsty teens, that might come in handy. At least, I sure hope so!

I have a feeling she's really gonna hate his "I can make you rewatch an argument from their perspective so that you realize that they think they're in the right just as much as you and you're both just trying to get your needs met so let's make a compromise" ability, after a little while...
