Just make it clearer that they fight demons in particular .
Also, they have a good relationship with the inquisition, and will have a strain relationship with chapters such as the space corgis and black temples, since those Chapters dislike Witchcraft of ANYKIND.

can anyone get along with the black templar... can they actually remain calm long enough to not go on a crusade through a watch fortress because people aren't angry enough?

Fair enough, but still it’s notable relationship strain. And don’t forget the space corgis, since I learned today that they had a punch out with the grey knights, so maybe successors of the grey knights might not get along swimmingly with them.

who knows they are basically kicking my guy out for thinking wrong so yeah he might not really care he already doesn't get on super well with other astrtes so he would be strained with all others.

Chapter Dynamics are important, as their dynamics will at least be part of your character’s dynamics, and should be noted on your cs sheet in the appropriate section.
Besides, make for some intreasting banter, since we at least have one of the wolves.

Okay, now that you bring it up, how does your character get kicked out of his Chapter and THEN GETS SELECTED FOR DEATHWACTH SERVICE? If he indeed is still wearing the padroun of his brothers.
He’s be a blackshield otherwise.

you know what would be really funny? if our chsracters had a bff-like relationship. they are basically polar opposite. a savage brute of tall mechendrites and a humane space marine librarian.

general idea is he has not done anything wrong and he is skilled just he has views they don't like so they figure sending him there would be a good use of him given any deviance from their teaching can cause issues. it would more or less be a just please go we can't keep you go be an asset to someone else
