I just had a crazy idea

A Kastelan Robot from the Adeptus Mechanicus though I believe the Dark Mech took some for themselves.
If these showed up, would it be more likely they showed up as enemies from the Dark Mech or support from the Ad Mech?

I’ll think about using it as an enemy from the Daark Mech, actrually, seems like a good idea.

The crazy idea I had in mind is this:
The AdMech support the Kill Team via a Kastelan Robot for fire support.
Now, I know that it would be a very, VERY unlikely thing to happen if not outright impossible. So I plan it so that the AdMech deploys the Kastelan alongside the Kill Team for support rather than have the Kastelan join the Deathwatch outright.
Could it happen?
