I don't know what you just said, but I've told you my conditions so keep that in mind.

You don't always have to be necessarily evil one of the group, but that don't mean you have to be lawfully good. Their are such thing as chaotic good.

it is a general rule if you are playing evil in a dnd game the general idea is you are evil to everyone but the group otherwise it runs the game

Okay, this is a pet peeve of mine and I'm sorry, but could you capitalize and punctuate just a bit, just a bit. I'm terrible at it myself, but it would go along way for me to understand you better.

But on that note, just keep your "evil" trait to your personality and interactions, and not to actions. Especially heretical actions.

I'm going to quote you somthing from the Deathwatch with somthing from the wiki:
"Amongst a hundred men, there may be none fit for the Adeptus Astartes. Amongst a hundred Space Marines, there may be one fit for the Deathwatch." -Watch Captain Brand

I know you don't have much motivation for this secound one, but
1. He's too young, or at least, he has done anything to prove he is worthy of Deathwatch. They only take the best of the best.
2. He's a bit...generic, in all sense of the word. There are so many possibilities for Loyalist chapters as well as space marines, he just seems...bland, so much so that i'm afraid i can't accept him.

But tell you what, since we have a lot of people now I'm willingg to let you have a Thousend Sons Blackshield on one condition: No heresy, no betrayals, least not in this rp or the deathwatch.
I'm being lenient as is allowing traitor marines as blackshields, I know gms who won't put up with traitor marines in their deathwatch game.
What about the flesh change?

Back when the Thousand were first formed they suffered a gene seed defect that caused them to turn into chaos spawn at random but after the rubric of Arhaman it was fixed.

Long as that doesn’t happen...unless your thinking about making adding more to your secound character.

The defect was fixed during the horus heresy or shorty after. As for the second as you said he was not needed i will remove him.

the defect was not fixed, it was Magnus sacrifice to tzeentch that made the flesh change stop. The rubric prevented that massmutation at a terrible cost. the eldritch dustification/zombification of an entire legion.

i counts stopping it as fixed yeah the cost was there but it stopped

the flesh change occurred two times. first before Magnus was found. when Magnus was found, he sacrificed his eye in a ritual to save his legion. then it started all over again when they got to the planet of the sorcerers.

yes then they did the rubric and the flesh changed was stopped and never mentioned again and hes not a rubic he is a sorcerer

the sorcerers were also affected by the rubric. I don't see how they would either be willing to stop worshipping tzeentch or even thinking of repenting. because the sorcerers soul already belong to tzeentch. the only way I can see a thousand sons marine to still be active and loyal is if the marine was in stasis during the attack on prospero or something like that.

or maybe seeing his legion reduced to dust feeling the pain and everything made him think wait a minute maybe the warp critter aren't the good guys look at what has happened maybe just maybe we were wrong

a chaos space marine who wants to repent for the emperor is possible as long as he never sold his soul. However if he sold his soul, he can't repent. such units are for example Berzerkers, plague marines, rubrics and their leaders. However a cured rubric would most likely turn to the empire.
curing a rubric has been done at least twice. once by Ynnead and once by doing the ritual of the rubric a second time. However they usually turn out brain damaged
